The accommodations were luxurious and impeccably designed. We loved having the patio doors open allowing us to enjoy the gentle breeze with our morning coffee. The unit was well stocked and had everything you could need for an enjoyable vacation. The location was perfect with easy access to beaches, shops, dining and outdoor activities. I highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking an unforgettable vacation in one of the nicest locations on Maui.

This was our second stay in this wonderful condominium at Wailea Beach Villas. And it was equally, if not more, enjoyable. Unfortunately, this last trip has formally ruined us for any other place.
Admittedly (with some embarrassmwnt), only my wife and I have stayed at this location, which seems ridiculous considering the size of the unit. Somehow, we've overcome this guilt. The unit is beautiful, comfortable, and stocked with even more amentities, we believe, since our first stay in 2022--in particular, in the kitchen!
We usually spend a good deal of time at the adult pool, but this trip we spent two days at the family pool and ended up enjoying it maybe even a little more. Both are wonderful for spending a lost day with a book and a drink -- or two.
Lastly, the location is superb, close to so many places we enjoy: secret snorkel sites (I cannot divulge); the lovely mall next door with great food and great shopping; and Kihei, a few minutes drive away ( for more great food, more shopping).
I admit, the daily rate can be hard to accept, but if you can make it work, do it. We tell ourselves we could be gone tomorrow, and we don't want any regrets for how we spent today. Which is how we are justifying our plan to stay here again next year, maybe even bring a friend or two along. Maybe.

Condo was a perfect set up for 6 adults (3 couples). Well appointed. Nicely positioned at the condo resort property. The water view was even better than I expected. The condo was due for a deep cleaning - likely gets a lot of traffic because it’s a great value, property management was very receptive. It is extremely close to the grand wailea. Be mindful of any construction going on at that property when booking.

Our family spent a wonderful week at the property. The whole experience was upscale and laid back. The condo was spacious and well appointed with a wonderful lanai we enjoyed each morning and at sunset. Had we not wanted to venture out, everything we needed for our stay was a short walk away at the Wailea Beach Shops. I would highly recommend this property. It was worth the cost!

This is a very nice place and location! The villas have a concierge and beach service where you can get a chair, towel, and umbrella setup for you anytime you want to go to the beach, which is just a walk through the property. The whole place is gated and secure so you need a key to get in and out. There are two pools, one adult only by the beach. There are nearby places to rent whatever you need for the beach - kayak, outrigger, snorkel equipment. Also the shops at Wailea were really nice to have. There's a bigger market to get groceries and an ABC store for reasonably priced souvenirs. Also several restaurants and all easily walkable.
The only issues we had were the shower in the common bathroom didn't have great pressure and didn't get very hot. Also the doors to the lanai get stuck and we weren't able to open them all the way. But it was quite warm the whole time we were there so we wanted to keep them closed to keep it cool inside. The convenience of having a big kitchen to do some cooking and have snacks in the unit was really nice. There are no bars or restaurants on the property but if you go to the market in the shops you can get what you need to make your own drinks or go to the restaurants there. The unit includes a convenient parking spot in the garage and the lobby area has coffee and tea available in the mornings. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were pretty dark for sleeping in the morning. It was a great stay!

We can’t say how much we enjoy each and every stay we’ve had at PH101, where we’ve stayed since 2015 and it couldn’t be more comfortable. The proximity to the beautiful Wailea Bay, gorgeous grounds of Wailea Beach Villa, and to the mall as well as all the fun restaurants along the strip of the bay is just unbeatable. But really, PH101 is a hidden gem of a home! Comfortable mattresses, perfectly comfortable rooms, gorgeous L shape lanai with view of ocean! The kitchen is updated, ample space, and well set up! We feel spoiled each time we have the opportunity to stay. Consistent 5 star holiday! Until next year!

We couldn't be happier with our stay! The property is absolutely gorgeous. You can open up the glass doors 100% to the lanai which is an extra treat. Large master bedroom and bath when you need a break from your group. The condo has private space outside the front door to put sandy shoes and the location is a short walk to the restaurants and stores across the street. As a bonus, it's a gated community on both sides (parking entrance as well as beach access).
The staff is extremely accommodating to any questions/requests you may have. Janna (assistant for the condo) was amazing and extremely responsive regardless of what time zone we were in. (Planning was on East Coast). So helpful with grocery and restaurant recommendations.

To say this was one of the best vacations EVER, is a bit of an understatement. This property was perfect for so many reasons. The location was perfect (central to everything we wanted to do). The size/layout of the home fit our group perfectly. My favorite thing? The chef's kitchen which included two refrigerators with enough space for all the items I cooked (and drank) during the week. Perfect for group meals and entertaining while cooking. The Lanai - large enough for us all to have evening cocktails watching the sun set. Can't say enough about the space. Linda and her team were kind and helpful always. Daryl (who was with property management I think) went above and beyond assisting with any requests we had including happily shuttling my mom (who doesn't walk well) to/from the adult pool. Great vacation, FABULOUS rental, beautiful island filled with kind locals. Can't wait to return!! Thanks so much Linda for everything!!!

This is our second stay at WBV and it further solidified our belief that this property is the perfect place on Maui for a family! This unit has it all! We had 7 people (5 adults and 2 kids) and there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone. We never felt on top of each other. This unit is a corner unit so the lanai is very spacious. Room for everyone to sit and enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon wind down, or Yoga with the glorious Maui breeze. The doors fully open making the lanai another room. The beds are comfortable, the bedding and towels very nice, well appointed bathrooms. The washer/dryer work very well and having the option to do laundry, especially with an extended stay is essential. The owners/manager were very responsive and kind. The location is ideal - a short walk to the beach, other resorts, the beautiful Wailea coastal beach walk, and of course, the shops. We were easily able to run over for an item or two when cooking meals. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could need. The WBV staff are awesome! They enhanced our stay as well! We took advantage of the offsite excursion towel service - very convenient! Having the staff to help with these services really makes one feel like one’s on vacation. Everything is taken care of like a resort (pool, beach), with the awesome bedroom/bathroom/kitchen/laundry of condo. We will definitely be returning to this unit! Mahalo to the Linda, Janna, and the WBV staff for another amazing trip to the most beautiful place in the world!

Stayed in the 3BR/3BA villa near it was amazing!!
Just my wife and I, so way more space than we need, but who cares. Beautiful unit located in a great location. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier (Tony the maintenance guy brought us donuts one day). Outstanding facilities and a three minute walk to the beach where the staff had our chairs/towels ready to go each day.
The Villa had everything you could need, including some stuff for splashing around in the ocean. MBR bed was comfortable and MBA was spacious. Kitchen was fully appointed (two Sub-Zero refrigerators). Only thing that was missing was a Keurig (in-unit coffee-maker has seen better days), so we bought one and are leaving it for the next time we stay here.
I hate posting a five-star review for fear of not having the place available, but already have my 2023 dates in place.

Comfortably and attractively furnished, fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, spacious primary bedroom with large en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and baths. Lovely large outdoor lanai with gas grill and separate dining and seating areas. Glass doors slide away into walls for that open feel and ocean view. Pool and beach attendants were very helpful, going above and beyond for guests’ comfort. Family and adult pools and spas are beautiful and well-maintained. Walk to the Shops at Wailea, with many stores and restaurants. This was the perfect spot for a family vacation and we look forward to future visits.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very responsive and thoughtful. Her care for her guests translates to her home. The bed in master is incredibly comfortable, so rare to find. The location is fantastic: only a few steps to Wailea shopping center for dining, market, and gifts to bring home. Security is also very reassuring (our family has experienced theft in Hawaii in the past).
Pool and others facilities are comfortable and not overly crowded. And access to the beach and the boardwalk along ocean is so easy.
We hope to return again soon.

This penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an extremely friendly front desk staff who checked us in and took all our luggage and groceries to our unit. We were not expecting a four star service at this property, but we received more than expected. When we entered the unit, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and the comfortable layout. The lanai had a lovely view of the Wailea beach and a large dining table where we had dinner every night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it truly felt like home away from home. The beds were so comfortable that we had trouble getting up in the morning. We are a family of 6, and we had plenty of space. The best part of this property is that it is located on the best beach on the island. We paddled, kayaked and snorkeled every day. Everything about the unit was absolutely perfect. Linda , the owner, was always so responsive and so gracious in her communication. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us and allowing us to create lasting memories for our family!

The location of this condo is perfection. Easy to get to your assigned parking spot and you honestly could not be any closer to the shops at Wailea. The spacious lenai was a huge plus. We spent many mornings and sunsets here. The configuration of rooms allows for everyone to have space. We were there with our toddler twins and in laws and felt we had more than enough space. Washer and dryer were a huge plus when traveling with toddlers. The kitchen is spacious and gourmet. Anything you would need to cook is there and easy to find. We really loved the property having two pools. Our kids used the family pool daily and adults would sneak away to the adult pool when time permitted. Safety was also a huge plus. Having a gate and card entry meant anyone on property was staying there. We have no complaints from our stay. It was simply perfect and a spot we will visit again the next time we are in Maui.

We had a wonderful week long stay in Linda’s unit. The unit was spotless and well equipped with everything we could need and then some. The lanai is huge and the view is great. The furnishings are very comfortable snd having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great. Linda was a wonderful host and immediately responded to all of our inquiries. We have stayed at the Wailea Beach Villas a number of times now and we continue to love everything about the property. The pools, the beach and the service are all fantastic. We felt as if we were in our own private little world in this roomy and comfy condo. The unit has lots of space for everyone and the beds are super comfy. Drank my coffee every morning on the lanai, watching the ocean, as the birds sang and the sky changed color. Loungers at the pool were always available, and the staff at the pool and front desk were very friendly. We loved being so close to the shops and other resorts, and relished being at a smaller and more private property. We will be back!

We spent a week at this wonderful rental and it was more than we could have hoped for for our two families!
