Very prompt communication with owners. Nicely updated ground floor unit, steps from pool, hot tub and grills. Beautiful grounds and good restaurants. Complete kitchen set up. 2 AC units, in both living room and bedroom. If you're not an early riser, you cannot avoid street/parking lot noise. Pack your earplugs

The apartment was very nice and the location was too. Beautiful resort. Easy access to the beach. On the negative side Solar panels were being installed on the roof, and it was very noisy. Not a peaceful quiet day. The people above me got the worst of it, they were friends of mine, and basically we could not be in the apartment during the day.

Loved our stay in Napili! Having two separate pull outs was WONDERFUL for my kids, plus the bedroom for my husband and I. Condo has been recently renovated and is beautiful, kitchen was well stocked, and there were tons of pool/beach supplies! Needed to get in touch with owners about something early in the trip and they were super responsive. Would definitely stay again if it’s available.

We love Napili Shores! This condo is well set up, with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. This unit has a lanai that is very private; it’s tucked away near the back pool. We did hear quite a bit of pool noise, but it was just happy people enjoying themselves and it didn’t bother us. We hope to return next year!

Location, location, location! We snorkeled in two beautiful bays and enjoyed comforts of a small, well-maintained resort. Our condo had everything we needed to cook simple meals and relax. The owners were easy to work with as was the on-site management.The landscaping of the grounds is beautiful and the two pools are immaculate.

You can’t beat Napili Shores, the location is the best. You are minutes from the best snorkeling, tide pools and the best beach in the island. We look forward to staying here again. This condo was great for us, the kids could play in the pool while we got meals ready and they had a huge lawn to run on. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we could possibly need and was nice and clean.

Although almost all units here have AC, this one doesn't and wasn't highlighted in their description. We were OK this time but knowing this, I would not stay here again since it can get hot and humid. Otherwise all was OK.

Napili Shores is ideal for vacationing with family and close to two wonderful beaches. The condo was very comfortable, clean and air conditioned. The proximity to the pool was a plus for us traveling with kids and the pool and beach toys provided were a real bonus. The accessibility and responsiveness of the hosts was fantastic. Don’t hesitate to book this property, we had the most enjoyable and convenient vacation there.

Only issues were that we were told the room was clean and they allowed us to check in but it had not been fully cleaned. There were no sheets on the beds or towels. We also had to call to get beach towels and there was not enough shampoo and soap for the week. Overall the place was nice and what we expected though

Property was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Could not contact cleaning company until the next day. However, owner was very apologetic, and cleaning company came the next day. If the get the kinks worked out, this will be a good place to stay.

This was the perfect location for our family trip to Maui! It had all the kitchen tools we needed so we were able to cook at home and enjoy the complex as much as possible. We had two kids so being right next to the pool was ideal for us. There is a very short walk to a wonderful beach and having boogey boards and beach chairs provided was super helpful. Check in procedures were easy and unit was clean and well cared for. Thank you Linda and Scott!!

Great location - Napili is one of our favorite places in Hawaii. Just a few steps to the pool and beach. Condo is comfortable and has just about everything you’ll need. Hosts are responsive and helpful. Whenever we had questions they responded almost immediately.

The room was great. No issues there. My concern is that this operation allows people to come to the pool very early and reserve lounge chairs. Here it is the crack of 10:20 in the morning and way less than half of the chairs that have towels and other miscellaneous crap on them are actually occupied. There are families walking around looking for places to sit that can’t find anything because of these inconsiderate jerks.

The property was beautiful- the unit was a nice location near the pool, and right by the bbq’s. I love a lower unit, and this was perfect.
The bedroom has a king size bed that was very comfortable! The pull out bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom was a decent size and amenities were available.
The kitchen had lots of appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster, barbecuing tools, all very nice when you want to cook in or barbecue.
The overall location of Napili Shores is my favorite, a great place to meet friendly people.
I will definitely re-book! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The resort facilities are terrific. The beach is amazing. The Pools are right outside your slider, and breakfast from the Gazebo was a he beat we had on our vacation. Overall I highly recommend staying here.
We had two relatively minor issues. The first was that the resort, Napili Shores Maui by Outrigger mistakenly checked the wrong person into our room. This was resolved by giving us a comparable room for the night before we checked into our Vrbo booked accommodation. The second was that the air conditioning didn’t really work. It turned on in both rooms but there wasn’t much cold air coming out of either unit. Not a huge deal for us, but I imagine others might be annoyed. Hopefully the owners fix this issue. The place is otherwise an affordable oasis and presented true to the pictures on the listing.

This condo is just the perfect location. From the short walk to perfect Napili Bay, to the pools and high-end gas BBQ's and picnic tables, it has everything you could want. We loved having the two on-site restaurants to choose from too. I will definitely come back!

You can’t beat the location. The resort was conducting work on the pool for half our stay, but there’s nothing the owners could do about that. We appreciated the owners leaving beach chairs and other equipment for our use - a nice touch.

This property is perfect for a special trip or a family vacation. Just a quick walk over to Napili Bay beach for some relaxation. We saw more fish and sea turtles here than on the paid snorkeling outing we did.
Had no reason to contact the owners during the stay, but up front communication about the accommodations & property was excellent.
Would definitely rent again!
