Family vacation. We picked the perfect place. Close to the beach complete with resident seal. The pool was great for kids and adults. Love the sand bottom beach and hot tub. Everything we needed was in the unit including toys for the beach. Great location. Walk across the road to Safeway Shave Ice Starbucks and other stores. Lots of parking available for a larger vehicle.

What a trip! The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and spa and used it daily. There are numerous stores and stuff to do within minutes on the resort. Richard had recommended the Kapaa bike trail which was soooo cool!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed three nights as a multi-generation family (six people ages 8 to 75). Unit was extremely clean and well stocked. It's especially well set-up if you plan to cook in the unit. The amenities at the resort are perfect for little kids - lazy river and water slides were terrific.
Prior to arrival we had some questions and Richie was super responsive.
The VRBO listing needs to be updated with the current WiFi password. The password on the site was outdated which caused some consternation among internet junkies missing their fix.
All in all, we had a great stay.

The kids loved the double waterslide pool. The family hot tub (suitable for children) was amazing. The unit was very nice and big. Way more room than we usually have on vacation! Some maintenance on the showers needed due to a leaky valve but it didn't affect the quality of our stay. Washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus. The condo was super clean and the mattresses had covers to protect them. Lots of closet space! Kitchen was well kitted too. We didn't lack for anything. There is a safeway across the street for easy grocery access. We ate at the Oasis for dinner one night and it was AMAZING. Highly recommend.

Good size 2 bedroom apartment with enough sleeping areas (beds & sofa bed) for my family. It was clean & stocked with majority of the basic necessities to feel like home. Richie was good at responding back to my questions or concerns at a reasonable time.

The resort is in a great location if you want to explore all of Kauai as it is not far to Princeville area (20 minutes) or Poipu Beach (35 minutes) area. There are excellent excursions, like mountain tubing, hiking, kayaking, that are all within 15-20 minutes. Great affordable municipal golf course is very close. Also, it is really nice to have a Safeway just across the street from the entrance of the resort.
The rooms finishings are top high quality with adequate sitting and dining space. Rooms are great size and the entire condo is very roomy. Great tubs and showers. Plenty of towels/wash cloths, etc. There are a lot of beach items you can use.
Check in/out was very easy and everything you needed was in the room or in the informative email sent by the property manager.
Beach is very close and secluded. Water could be a little rough at times when we were there.
Oasis restaurant on the beach was fantastic and very accommodating to our large group.
The only thing I thought was a little odd is advertising a lazy river pool but you could not use floats in it.
I highly recommend this resort as a home base as you explore Kauai

We thoroughly enjoyed our summer vacation to Kauai to celebrate a milestone birthday! We are an adventurous family who kayaked the Napali Coast; hiked to waterfalls; explored so many beaches for snorkeling, surfing and boogie boarding; and ate as much local food as possible. This condo was a perfect place for us to recover and reset. We made full use of the boogie boards and snorkel gear provided as well as the washer and dryer at the end of each adventure. We started our days with breakfast (provisions procured conveniently from a walk to Safeway and Papaya’s across the street) on the lanai and loved having 2 showers for 4 people at the end of each day when we desperately needed them. Our kids would destroy each other sharing a bed so the second bedroom with 2 beds was ideal. Being August in a tropical climate, AC was a must and helped us all rest well. Parking was extraordinarily convenient (such a short distance to lug bags, groceries and tired kids) as was the central location on the eastern shore of Kauai. We could head north, south or inland efficiently. The pool with water slides and waterfalls and the on-site restaurant were terrific! We also walked to rent bikes and rode the paved path along the ocean right from the resort. We had a couple minor issues with our door code and found owner, Richie, to be incredibly responsive. He replied within seconds whenever we had a question and resolved our minor issues immediately. This really enhanced our trip and peace of mind. We had a truly amazing experience!

Super clean condo and property. Plenty of space for family of 5 with teens. Beach equipment, fully stocked kitchen with soap and dishwasher detergent and cleaning supplies as well as foil, plastic wrap, ziploc bags. Keurig and coffee maker. Laundry detergent pods. Shampoo and conditioner for showers. Ice maker was a bonus. Safeway across the street was great. Pool, hot tubs, and beach were perfect. Beautiful sunrise. Great location to travel all over the island.

This property was amazing! The grounds and pool are awesome. The 3 hot tubs were a great treat after visiting the beaches during the day. The unit was easy to get to and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, to beach gear. We loved that it was centrally located and near stores for easy grocery shopping too! If we get to come back to Kauai, I would definitely want to stay here again. Truly an amazing time!

Loved our stay at this centrally located spot that made getting to the north or south easy. The condo was spacious and just as described in the listing and pictures. Rooms were good sized, kitchen had what we needed and bathrooms were nice and big. Comfortable stay and responsive host. Pool area was very nice. There is not a swimmable beach here but you’ll want to explore the other beaches on the island anyway. Thanks for a great vacation rental!

This is a great apartment, with two well-separated rooms, modern throughout, and very quiet. The ground floor location made it really convenient to quickly hop over to the very nice pool/lazy river/hot tubs, or the beach which even has a small tide-pool like protected area good for smaller kids. Richie was extremely responsive with any questions, and everything was as advertised!

We enjoyed our stay in this lower level condo which was conveniently located to the pool. My two kids (1.5 and 4) liked being able to go outside and enjoy the small yard. Condo was well equipped with kitchen and beach supplies.

Family of 5 (kids 7,10,12) spent 5 days at this unit. Property was very clean and well-kept. Unit kitchen was VERY well stocked with all the basics including oils and seasonings which made cooking easy. Public poolside outdoor grills were clean and always available. Additionally, there were toiletries and really anything you could possibly need in the unit. We love the separate bathrooms. All the bedding and beds were very comfortable. Excellent beach closet including pool chairs, boogie boards, toys and snorkeling equipment. Richie was great to communicate with and was very flexible when we had to change our plans multiple times for Covid. Lanai to a grassy area was a beautiful place to drink coffee in the mornings. Easy and short walk to the beach with property lounge chairs available. Kids were able to boogie board right at the beach as well as a snorkel. Water is not calm but my age kids enjoyed hours upon hours playing there in the waves. We saw plenty of critters on the property including large toads/frogs, giant snails, jellyfish, fish swimming in the coral, 2 harbor seals, geckos and crabs (and of course there are chickens)! Kids loved the pool (it was cooler and not heated but our kids didn’t care). Hot tubs with sandy bottoms were amazing (3 on site). Location was walkable to store across the street as well as some amazing shave ice and eating locations. Great location for heading south or north to explore. Really amazing place that has it all! Would love to come back! Thank you Richie!

Everything was clean, location was great, we spent time on both north and south side of the island it was nice to be in the middle so you weren’t taking forever to get home. Super nice to have a few beach items at the house for your use. Close to the pool so we could hit the hot tub and de-sand a little and relax before going in and getting cleaned up for the evening.
Only tip- check the rubber gaskets in washing machine, I found 5 small items (masks, socks) under the lip when I was trying to figure out where things went.

The condo was beautiful with lots of room to spread out for our family of five. We really loved everything about it. Being on the first floor was great since we could walk out the sliding doors and were just steps from the beach and pool. The pool was so beautiful. Richie was always very responsive and helpful when I asked questions. I highly recommend this unit!

The condo is fully stocked, is super clean, and even though it has a parking lot view, it is fully landscaped with much greenery so you don’t even notice. Beautiful and comfortable condo!
