This is a lower, end-unit in low-rise, 2-story complex of just 24 units. Generous greenbelts are on the side and rear. A privacy wall separates the green belt from the adjacent, coastal walking/biking path that runs for 9 miles along the oceanfront.

There are many restaurants and shops within a short walk. Free parking. WI-FI is available with an additional WI-FI as a backup.

This is one of the few locations on Kauai you can enjoy without a rental car. Take a 15-minute taxi ride (7 miles) from the airport. Or let your friends and family take the car for the day while you enjoy walking to beaches, shopping, restaurants and nearby resorts. Rent a bike and enjoy a coastal ride near restaurants and shops. Snorkeling and protected ocean swimming is a short distance away at a nearby lava rock enclosed swimming area. (We recommend swimming only at lifeguard protected areas.)

The unit is located on the narrow strip of land on the ocean side of the highway. Upscale resorts are within walking distance. Walk across the street to two shopping centers to enjoy coffee, grocery shopping and restaurants. There is an oceanfront restaurant just steps away from the unit

We invite up to 4 people to enjoy the convenience of a bottom floor, end-unit with no elevators, no lobby, no stairs. The unit is approximately 700 SF and is not comfortable for more than 4.

Free parking is directly in front of the unit. Additional guest parking is available.

Yes, there are freely roaming roosters. We do have an assortment of beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, etc
