This fourth floor oceanfront condo at the Kihei Surfside Resort is located at the ocean end of the building, in the coveted "1 stack", which are the closest to the ocean two bedroom condos in all of Kihei or Wailea. It has a spectacular 270 degree view from the kitchen, living room, dining area, master bedroom and lanai. The islands of Molokini, Kahoolawe and Lanai are clearly visible. The view of the ocean and its abundant wildlife is absolutely breathtaking. It was completely remodelled and refurnished and is spectacular in every way! This is "Rosies" personal unit. We believe this is the finest unit in the best location anywhere in south Kihei.
The entire unit has porcelain flooring. All the cabinetry, which was custom made and imported from Canada, is cherry stained maple, and all counters and vanities are topped with luxurious Juparana Delicatus granite. The cabinets and countertops are consistent throughout the unit. Most of the lighting in the rooms are controlled by dimmer switches.
The gourmet kitchen is spectacular! There are large windows through which there is a spectacular view to the south of Keawakapu Beach, (voted Maui's "most romantic), Molokini Crater and the island of Kahoolawe. It is fully equipped with stainless steel Professional Series appliances, including side by side fridge/freezer with water and ice, flat top stove with five burners and warming drawer, quiet dishwasher, multi function microwave oven, garbage disposer, under cabinet lighting and a variety of small appliances including coffee maker, coffee grinder, four slice toaster, blender, crock pot, rice maker and hand mixer. There is also a large selection of higher end pots and pans, baking pans, knives, BBQ tools, extensive spice rack and ample matching dishes, glasses and cutlery. The kitchen peninsula has a six foot eating ledge with three barstools.
The living room has a new cream colored sectional. There is also a comfy reading chair and ottoman. A large 70" flat screen LCD HD color TV with HD cable box, DVR, Blue-ray player and surround sound receiver and multi speed ceiling fan.
The dining area has a 48" round rattan glass table with 4 armchairs with ceiling fan above. Can seat up to 6.
The large, private lanai has two matching comfy armchairs with ottomans and bistro style tables with seating for four - a spectacular place to enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic oceanfront dinner! Turtles and dolphins can be seen year round, whales in season.
The master bedroom has a high quality Euro style pillow top California King size bed with high end linens, multi speed ceiling fan, Hawaiian style rattan furniture, plantation shutters, wall mounted 37" flat screen LCD HD TV with cable box. The closet has a digital security safe mounted inside. The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the building from where the surf is very audible and the full ocean view is breathtaking!
The master bathroom has a full size, walk in shower with a Pulse shower spa system, including rain head, hand held wand/massager and six body sprays. There is an over height vanity with granite countertop, Toto elongated toilet and recessed in the ceiling is a JBL stereo speaker system.
The second bedroom has Sealy Posturepedic pillow top Queen size bed with high end linens. There also is a multi speed ceiling fan, Hawaiian style rattan furniture, plantation shutters, closet, and a wall mounted 32" flat screen LCD TV. This bedroom also has a full bathroom, including shower with a massage head shower system, c/w a hand held wand/massager. There is an over height vanity with granite countertop and elongated Toto toilet.
The unit is fully equipped with, fresh linen and towels, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, beach towels and a cooler. Umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkel gear are not supplied, but are often left behind in the units by other guests - no guarantees. The Kihei Surfside office loans out beach chairs free of charge.
The unit has free, wireless high speed internet and free long distance calling to the United States and Canada. It is also equipped with a state of the art Oracode door lock, whereby each guest is issued a unique code which controls the door only during their stay. No keys!
This unit is an excellent choice for guests who are looking for a very high end, premium oceanfront accommodation in a spectacular location with an absolutely breathtaking and unobstructed 270 degree view of the Pacific Ocean from Keawakapu Beach to the West Maui mountains.

I am going to be Honest as a Guest that recently stayed.
The location by far is the best in South Kihei. Food, stores, groceries are walking distance.
We arrived to a super clean two spacious bedroom location. Each bedroom had its own Bathroom that were spotless. Living room was awesome. Free flowing into the kitchen allows easy entertaining. The couch is perfect size. The decor is a great fit as well.
The Balcony is the spot. Walking out pick a spot and unwind. It is 10feet away from the shore, you will get amazing views during your stay. At 4 stories we saw turtles swimming around. The wind gusts are strong and refreshing.They instantly cool off the location yet making it a full tropical experience. The view of the stars at night is amazing. A palm tree rests perfectly between the Moon and the Big Dipper. Location Location Location!!!
We spent hours enjoying the night sky and morning views.
The place has everything you need. The quality and standards of the location are great. The dishes, silverware, appliances, makes the stay an easy and great experience.
The outside pool is great an is surrounded by acres of Bermuda grass. Great for yoga or walk barefoot.
We highly recommend staying here. Only wish we had more time. See you next year for sure!

Dont know how we got so lucky to be able to stay in this beautiful property. It’s breathtaking once you even drive onto the property. Views, amazing. Turtle views from your lanai. Amazing. Close to food, beaches, everything! Stayed for a short notice honeymoon, I don’t think any other stay or property can compare. We loved this property, are so grateful for it. This property is something extraordinary! Pictures don’t do justice at all with the view . View is 100 times better with real eyes . Apartment was in great condition. Building has pool , amazing sunset view , bbq grill and honestly we could see turtles floating from our balcony unit . If you go to Maui and looking for peaceful place to relax (soemthing less crowded) - you must grab this unit. Cherry on top - this unit on 4th floor and literally right above ocean. We can hear amazing/clear waves sound entire time which was more of the best experience for us! Only one recommendation was - Larry needs to improve or find out a better way to communicate with customers . We do receive emails from him for eveyrhing but I would still prefer direct text /call communication to make journey more smoother . But other than that I would love to be at this place again and again mainly because view of this unit is breathtaking! Every minute was worth spending ! We ll come back again . Aloha !

I’ve stayed in this building multiple times but this was the first time getting a two bedroom unit. And by far this will be my favorite unit. I will return to this one again and again. It has literally everything you can ask for.

This is great location near Kihei. Ocean views are incredible and during whale season you can't ask for a better spot. The beach to the left is great for long walks and offers opportunities to snorkel and enjoy waves to play in. The complex has a grassy area with a heated pool and plenty of lawn chairs to set up by the ocean with palm trees providing shade. Can't say enough about the communication with Larry who went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely return and highly recommend this property!!
