NOTICE: Unit 611 will undergo renovations starting March 1st, 2024, with an estimated completion date in the first week of June. The villas are situated at a comfortable distance from each other, and the noise generated during the project is unlikely to significantly impact other units. To minimize disruption, noise-generating work will be limited to weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Saturdays will involve quieter tasks, and there will be no work on Sundays or holidays.

The Kapalua Ridge Villas is located near three of the top State of Hawaii beaches, and these you will find just a short walk from your villa. BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

We loved everything about this property. There were beach chairs, coolers, pool floats, everything. The beach was a decent walk down some steps but doable. The parking near the beach was perfect. The property was spacious, well appointed, well furnished and inviting. However, we had to use a back up fridge because the main fridge wasn’t working. The common bathroom shower drain was clogged so we just didn’t use that shower and there was a pretty pungent odor coming from a locked closet right outside the master bedroom. We needed to run essential oil diffusers to mask the odor. It wasn’t terrible but definitely noticeable. Other than that, the place was idyllic!

We are avid walkers and runners. There were several paths to take to beaches, scenic tours and easy access to the Honolua store and Kapalua Ziplines. The full kitchen allowed us to cook together and enjoy the scenery from the patio.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Ridge Villas. The area was beautiful with spectacular views and a great ocean breeze. We did have an issue with getting into our unit one night and had to wait outside in the rain for over 30 minutes. The gentleman who arrived to help us was friendly and got us back into the unit, however the property managers were less than timely in responding to the situation the following day. The unit is as photographed and very lovely but the AC in one of the rooms did not work very well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
