This is a great condo! It’s well equipped for the beach. It’s a nice walk to the beach. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. We were here for the Kona Low storm and it was a cozy place to stay. We had no issues with loosing power or flooding.

We loved everything about this property. There were beach chairs, coolers, pool floats, everything. The beach was a decent walk down some steps but doable. The parking near the beach was perfect. The property was spacious, well appointed, well furnished and inviting. However, we had to use a back up fridge because the main fridge wasn’t working. The common bathroom shower drain was clogged so we just didn’t use that shower and there was a pretty pungent odor coming from a locked closet right outside the master bedroom. We needed to run essential oil diffusers to mask the odor. It wasn’t terrible but definitely noticeable. Other than that, the place was idyllic!

We are avid walkers and runners. There were several paths to take to beaches, scenic tours and easy access to the Honolua store and Kapalua Ziplines. The full kitchen allowed us to cook together and enjoy the scenery from the patio.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Ridge Villas. The area was beautiful with spectacular views and a great ocean breeze. We did have an issue with getting into our unit one night and had to wait outside in the rain for over 30 minutes. The gentleman who arrived to help us was friendly and got us back into the unit, however the property managers were less than timely in responding to the situation the following day. The unit is as photographed and very lovely but the AC in one of the rooms did not work very well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
