BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

We stayed in many bay and golf villas in Kapalua and this ridge villa is great. Very modern with new appliances. It is not on a waterfront, but panoramic view of ocean is great. The window A/Cs are a bit loud, but I am a light sleeper. Overall, I would for sure stay here again.

My family and I had a lovely stay at this condo, it is incredibly well-situated with a lovely view of Molokai and Lanai. The condo had three lovely bathrooms, lots of room, an incredible lanai and everything a family could need to make the stay absolutely wonderful. The sunsets and sunrises were amazing, the proximity to four beaches was great. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

The most lovely place - beautifully renovated and decorated and extremely well-equipped (e.g., kitchen gear is spot-on and there were plenty of towels - bath and beach). Views from the primary bedroom and LR lanais were spectacular. We ate outside most evenings. V much appreciated the second bedroom with two beds instead of one. Only downside was communication with Maui Paradise Properties over coffee machine. Took 4 days for them to resolve.
Small points: Instructions binder could be updated re recycling and where to put out garbage. Two helpful additions would be a clothes drying rack and a dustpan and brush.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. We've been staying at the Kapalua Ridge Villas for years and this was among the nicest we've seen. During our stay the coffee pot and blender broke down and the management company replaced both items immediately. They checked in with us every few days to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I would rent this property again when we go back to Maui.
