This studio has been fully remodeled in Oct 2018. This condo is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. It features a brand new full kitchen with dishwasher for your convenience and full size (5 burner) stove in case you want to cook some good food. All the appliances are stainless steel and brand new. Bedroom, dining area and living area also feature new furniture.

This condo does not have AC installed, but it features 2 large ceiling fans and a large tower fan. If you open the sliding glass doors by the ocean and the screened in front door it keeps the place cooler.

Both the Queen size bed and the Queen size sofa bed have very comfortable and brand new memory foam mattresses. The headboard in bedroom features USB ports on both sides so you can easily recharge your electronic devices.

The 43" flat screen TV comes with Spectrum Cable service featuring a bunch of HD channels and also a Chromecast device that will allow you to cast anything from your phone or computer (Netflix, Hulu, SlingTV, etc...) Lightning fast WiFi internet connection at 200+ Mbps.

Beach gear for your use includes: boogie boards, snorkel gear with fins, beach chairs and towels, umbrella and beach cooler with ice packs.

The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Duo, so you can use K-cups or brew a pot of coffee using coffee grounds.

Unit is conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access which is great since the building does not have an elevator. Amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool, 2 BBQ grills and a patio dining area also in front of the ocean. A free private parking spot is available just a few steps from the front door and a coin-op laundry room located just a few steps away from the unit. (You can pay using an app on your smartphone -- it's super convenient!)

This is one of the best neighborhoods you can stay at in Kona. It's one of the few places with a white sandy beach within walking distance.

It is a great central location far enough from town to not feel crowded but close enough to shops and restaurants.

A great place for snorkeling is a little more than 1 mile away at Kahalu'u Beach Park. Also just 2 miles away you can find Keauhou Shopping Center with its grocery/drug stores and restaurants.

Kona Magic Sands is conveniently located on Alii Drive and it has the Kona Trolley stop right in front of it. This trolley will take you virtually anywhere in town.

Across the street you will be able to rent a Blue City Bike as well.

The best way to get around the island is by renting a car.
