Wailea Ekolu is a pristine resort that sits on the fairways of Wailea's Elite Blue Golf Course. Enjoy golf just a short 5 minute walk away! Shopping and dining are short drive away at the famous Wailea Village Center. Many more shops and restaurants are just a few steps further at the Shops at Wailea. Just a short drive to shaded parking right across the street from the Kiava Kapu beach access. Ulua and Mokapu beaches are also a short walk away from this location. You can also find some of Maui's famous beaches a short drive away. This beautifully landscaped property offers grills, picnic tables and two swimming pools.

Gorgeous ocean views from the second floor, Ekolu 1606 is a fully-remodeled two bedroom two bathroom unit that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. From the moment you walk in you'll experience vaulted ceilings, cool breezes and stunning tropical views that can't be beat! Beautifully decorated, this condo sits on a beautiful golf course with extensive ocean views. With an open concept floor-plan, you'll enjoy relaxing in the living room with plenty of seating as well as an expansive lanai with amazing views. The couch converts into a Queen size bed (new memory foam mattress) perfect for extra guests. Enjoy some home cooked meals in the fully equipped and beautifully remodeled kitchen! There's seating for 4 inside or you can dine al fresco on the large lanai. Enjoy the scenery of humpback whales breaching in the winter months; there are 3 total lanais! One off the main living area and two additional off each bedroom.

Step into the master bedroom which offers a comfortable Cal-King size bed. Watch the sunrise from bed or on your second private lanai off the bedroom. Enjoy the beautiful en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, fully remodeled! There is also a mini-split AC unit to help keep you cool on those warmer days.

The guest bedroom includes 2 Twin beds, ceiling fan, a mini-split AC, its own lanai and another separate and fully updated bathroom with a walk-in tile surround shower.

This unit does have a stack-able washer and dryer for added convenience. Ekolu 1606 stays cool with mini-split AC's in both bedrooms and the living room, as well as ceiling fans throughout.
