The unit is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. Alii Cove is located on prestigious Alii Drive, less than a mile from Kailua Pier, and a 10-minute walk to Coconut Grove Marketplace with restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Enjoy spectacular sunset views from the main and upper lanai. This unit is a short walk to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and BBQ area. Nicely decorated with high-end island-style furnishings, it includes a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a spacious great room, guest bedroom, and bath on the lower level. Upstairs, the loft offers a mini office space, lounge seating, and a hide-a-bed couch.

Beach chairs, cooler, and other beach gear are provided for your convenience. Central air conditioning, high-speed internet, and cable TV are included, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay.

The unit was wonderful - very clean, in a very well kept and safe community, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. It has excellent internet connection for working, and the work area upstairs is nice to have. Our young children loved it. There were even games like Clue, Monopoly, Sorry, and a few pool toys, 4 beach chairs, boogie board, etc. From the loft, we could see cruise ships and parasailers. We ate dinners on the lanai, which was nice. The neighboring units were quiet. Communication with the owners is fast and easy. We would definitely stay again. To note, the unit has a/c. The renter has control over turning it on & off and to some degree, control of the temperature. The owner controls a preset program that has a minimum temperature that the a/c can be set to. For our stay, that was 76 degrees (we could not turn it down lower). But, that said, we were very comfortable and never found it necessary to contact them to ask if we could have it any cooler. It would not at all hinder us from staying again. Overall, a fantastic stay! I hope we have the opportunity to return.
