This is the best location on island. Sunset view was amazing. Nice and quiet. The furnishings of the apartment are worn out but there is everything you need and the place has a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend.

The oceanfront view of this spot did not disappoint. I wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was also nice. Others staying in the complex seemed like a combination of regulars and tourists, everyone was friendly. This spot is also walking distance from some excellent food options, supermarket etc. Parking was easy every time. I would definitely come back.

This condo is located in an excellent location. Beach front, easy access to shopping, restaurants,highways. Instructions for checking in & out very clear. The condo itself is rundown, but all is serviceable. That was made clear when selecting it. AC works but is noisy when starting up. Beach here very shallow but ok for snorkeling. Bonus, There are sea turtles on this beach. Would stay here again.

Loved the view,parking was very good the unit was described as in need of updating and it most defiantly was. Price was fair and like I said that view is not surpassed any place on the island.

This is a perfect low-key condo on the beach. It hasn't been updated in decades, but they are very clear about that up front, so if that doesn't bother you, you'll love it. There's tons of space compared to a hotel room at the same price, so you can spread out a little. The people were very nice to deal with. The beach is beautiful and the water is fairly calm, and Kihei is a nice little town with good food very close by.

The location was ideal. The patio overlooks the beach and we spent many morning having our coffee and enjoying the fantastic view. Easy walking distance to food and shops. The unit was as advertised a little dated which was fine but it needed a more in depth cleaning.

Amazing location. Property just as promised. Clean and comfortable. We ended up on the pull out couch to sleep to the sound of the ocean. Amazingly comfortable sofa sleeper!

The listing is as indicated. The property is quite old and outdated as described. The proximity to the beach is very convenient. The views are great. The beach is very windy later in the day, so we watched the sunset from our lanai.

Beautiful grounds and wonderful pool and beach access. Loved being able to walk everywhere to shop and eat. The condo needs some love and a real thorough cleaning.

As already mentioned, the place is a bit dated, but well maintained. Unbelievable views! Bed is super comfy.
We didn't stay in the place much while we were in Keihei, and it was a short stay, but great location for food and shopping!

Can’t beat location for many reasons. Outside areas, pool and grounds very well kept. Very retro interior. A little “worn” but quite functional.

This place is super outdated and still stuck in the 70s but it’s all about location. Kihei is right there with all the shops and the beach is in walking distance. Sunsets come through the sliding glass door. There is no dishwasher but humans functioned before dishwashers and I didn’t mind washing the dishes. The bed was comfortable and the breeze was awesome! I would go back in a minute. If you can tolerate some 70s living and be right in the center of things while having a beach within 50 feet, then this is the place!! 5 stars all day from me!

We stayed at unit 309 for a week in July 2021. I booked the unit for the view and proximity to the water first and foremost, we were not planning on spending too long in the condo so wasn’t worried about how good or bad it was. After booking we did get an email from aa oceanfront saying it was a standard unit not a deluxe or superior unit and if we wanted to cancel because of how basic it is we can. I found that completely unnecessary and a bit disappointing, a lot of condos in Hawaii are basic with old furniture, not going there for the furniture.
The unit is comfortable, there were only two of us but you could maybe squeeze a child or two in, think the couch may fold out. The bed is comfortable, wasn’t too hot at night. Oven, fridge all worked fine. There were some child size snorkels and fins in the closet and some old beach chairs which we didn’t use, rented everything from boss frogs down the street.
Overall we really enjoyed the stay, breakfast on the balcony every morning looking at the ocean, that’s what you’re paying for, would stay here again without hesitation.
