WAILEA BEACH VILLAS: VILLA E101
CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:
1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply
2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.
3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.
4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply.

If you're looking for a quiet facility with beach access and amazing villas, look no further! Our villa was outstanding and very well appointed for a family of 6 (4 kids ranging from 11 to 18).
This facility does not have a restaurant or bar, the good pool is an adults-only pool, and this facility is managed by folks other than the Villa owners (so the check-in process isn't great).

This is the best place to bring the family! The beach is right out the property gate, you can rent snorkel equipment, paddle boards and Kayaks next door at the Marriot.
We loved having a kitchen and stocked it up with food for the week. We spent Thanksgiving here with the family and had the best time.

This condo was gorgeous, the private pool was excellent for the 3 & 6 year old. The MBR is at opposite side of condo from the other two BR's, nice and quiet for Grandparents. Plenty of sand toys, fins, snorkel left in outdoor shower area. The beds were extremely comfortable! The washer dryer were extremely quick and efficient. Well stocked. Loved it,

This is the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed. Beyond clean, perfectly set up, beautiful inside and out, and in a great location. The grounds of the resort itself were also perfectly manicured with a stunning adults only pool area, and the customer service at the resort itself was flawless. We’ve already decided we will be back sooner than later and stay in this same villa. You won’t be disappointed.

My family and I spent 2 weeks at this Villa, great amenities, comfortable bedding, spacious, highend appliances and well appointed.
The front desk staff, concierge, poolside and beach attendants were so pleasant and helpful.
The beach was perfect, clear water, silky golden sand, beach umbrella, lounge chairs and towels are setup and readily available.
We saw several turtles in the water daily.
Truly a great location, from villa to beach and breathtaking sunset by the pool, all make for a perfect relaxing vacation, Mahalo!
