CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:

1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply

2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.

3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.

4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply.

The villa was beautiful and had all we needed - rooms and bathrooms and closets were large and comfortable, kitchen had all we needed to cook with (and quite a few spices too) TV's, huge lanai, and wonderful when we opened the doors to the outside in the mornings (for watching college football - Nebraska lost both Saturdays we were there, Wyoming won both - go Pokes!) We were in the middle of the property - a few minutes to the beach and adult pool, a few stairs to the family pool. Wonderful tropical plants surrounding us and throughout, a river and waterfalls along the path to the beach. Shops at Wailea next door, golfing within walking distance, neighboring resorts and restaurants. Everyone at Wailea Beach Villas was welcoming, upbeat and helpful always - at the desk up front, the concierge, on the grounds, at the pool and at the beach. I've stayed at other properties in Wailea, this was the best overall for atmosphere, people, and in the middle for access to all the best Wailea has to offer.

This was our second time staying at WBV and again, we had a wonderful stay. The property was as advertised. It was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a trip with children. The location is perfection, the grounds are beautiful, the beach is so convenient. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. We are already planning our next trip!

Overall, this was a great week at the Wailea Beach Villas. Our unit was everything expected base on photos of the unit on VRBO. Kitchen, Laundry and BBQ were all in great working order. Living room furniture is very tired but we made it work. Sliding panel doors are in need of repair. Only one side was operable and even the locking mechanism was worn out and needed TLC to operate. Staff at the adult pool and beach are attentive and helpful. Darrel, Jay and Tiana were all great! Overall, the unit was comfortable and spacaious. We will continue to return to the Wailea Beach Villas in the future.

The location and pool area are fabulous. Villa itself is very nice, especially with doors that completely open to patio. For a luxury Villa, the kitchen was disappointing. Scratched, old pans and the cooktop needs replacing, difficult heat control. Mr. Coffee? C’mon!!! Beds in 2 of the BRs need replacing. Creaky and a bit saggy. The per night rental fee was such that I expected more.

Everything is too notch at the Villas. We brought our family here for Thanksgiving and had two Villas side by side. We had the best time! The beach is so close and many yummy restaurants in the area. We want to come back every year!!!

I would not stay here again. The couch is worn out. Like sitting on the floor. The rug is dirty in the family room. The tv,TV, don't work right. There is mold on the return air vent. No water pressure.

The only downfall is parking. We had three rental vehicles and we told we could park one down, close to our unit. Everyday we would get a text telling us to park up top. Needless to say we had a yellow parking sticker (which indicated up top parking) not a white parking pass. We could not figure out why we kept getting texts, when we were only parking one vehicle down close to our unit. Gregg the property manager was excellent to answer all questions prior to our trip. We should have asked him about parking. Overall a lovely unit.

This home was remarkable - from the moment we walked in we knew we had made the right choice! Gorgeous amenities, steps from two pools and the beach and a short walk to our favorite dining spots on Maui. The beachside service is second to none and all of the employees were so kind and gracious. Having access to the Wailea Beach Shops as well as the beach trail made everything so effortless. We only left by car two times in 10 days! Pools were clean and never crowded, the front desk was very responsive to requests and the unit was packed with great gear and kitchen items. We had plenty of space for our family of 8. Cannot wait to come again next year!!
