COVID19 CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:

CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:

1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply

2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.

3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.

4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. The move must occur within the same Villa that was originally booked, and rate changes may apply.

Villa C202 was a fantastic home base for our family vacation to Maui! The spacious layout provided separate space when needed and a large area for everyone to come together including a beautiful lanai with ocean views and lush gardens all around. Easy walking access to the pools and beaches, and the Shops of Wailea!

We’ve stayed at the Wailea Beach Villas before, so we knew how much we liked the property. However, this specific condo was perfection. Plenty of open space with all of the accommodations needed for a great trip to Maui! Perfect for larger families or group of friends.

We've stayed at the Wailea Beach Villas several times and it's always a wonderful experience. This was no exception, and this property has already become a family favorite. Spacious, nicely decorated, very clean - just a delight all around. As always, the nearby beach is gorgeous with warm water and just the right amount of waves. And so many sea turtles! We hope to stay here again soon!

A lovely villa with wrap-around open living, three suites, gourmet kitchen and immediate private parking. The very best in vacationing. And you look at the silly folk at the Hotel next door paying $1300 for a standard room and laugh as you are enjoying a three bedroom luxury villa, shared amongst three couples, at the same spend. Our favorite parts of the WBVillas by far are the Adult pool, direct access to the Shoppes and direct access to the beach. Management and staff are always top notch. Will be back as we always do.

The unit had a great layout and was overall very nice. Furnishings were a bit dated but still nice! The location of the unit was excellent, just a short walk to the adult pool and the beach. I would stay there again!

This is a beautiful property overall with a great location to the ocean, Wailea shops and many restaurants . The property has an adult pool area near the ocean and a family pool closer to the lobby …. The property is very well maintained and the staff is very helpful The unit we stayed in provided everything we needed . It is very spacious and sits fairly close to the ocean Parking is easy although we walked everywhere we went during our stay I would suggest this property and this beautiful unit for couples or groups It was a wonderful stay

The condo was amazing - parking was very close by, single story (safe for infants and small children), rooms were large and spread apart, and kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with everything we needed. The location of Wailea Beach Villas was outstanding - you have private access to the beach where they will set up beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for you. You're right next to the Shops at Wailea, and very close to groceries and food options. Management was very easy contact, and would highly recommend this unit, and gladly stay here again.

We frequently use VRBO to stay at places in this price range, including a different WBV unit a few years ago. We had a few issues with this one. First, we arrived just after the 3pm check-in time (listed in the rental agreement), only to be told the unit wouldn't be cleaned until 4:30pm. The front desk folks aren’t responsible for the cleaning staff so they recommended we call the rental agent. Our rental agent Geoff was responsive and helpful and arranged for the bellman to drop our groceries and store our luggage while the place was cleaned. However, at 4:30pm nothing had changed and it took another phone call for us to get the keys and move in just before 5pm. I suppose these issues could be related to coronavirus (extra cleaning needed? Difficulty hiring cleaners?). But if that’s the case, it should be clear in advance so we can take a later flight. Issue 2: The Wi-Fi password was listed incorrectly in the welcome materials. The maintenance person we called to help tried to help but didn’t even know where the WiFi point was located—we all had to hunt. We ended up going through the first night with no Wi-Fi and spotty cell service. The next morning we found the correct Wi-Fi password on a laminated card in the front pocket of the welcome book. For this issue and for the check-in problems, Geoff provided a credit, which is fair enough. Third, there were a few kitchen issues: the built in ice maker didn't work (and there were no ice trays), the dishwasher soap tray didn’t open. The welcome book does provide a link where renters can place a work order, but who wants deal with refrigerator or dishwasher repairs during vacation? Fourth, the downstairs neighbors, a group of young adults, started playing loud music one afternoon. A staff person came by and told them politely to turn it down. We overheard one of the residents treating the staff disrespectfully saying that she was “an owner” and could do whatever she wanted. Thankfully, the the problem did not recur. Finally, a maintenance person rang the bell on the last day saying he needed to look at a smoke detector in the master bedroom because it is dirty and not functioning. It seemed odd that these repairs can’t be done when the place is unoccupied. The location is beautiful and the place is nice, and exactly as shown in the photos, but because of the quirks, we would probably choose a different unit next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. It has everything you could possibly need. Location cannot be beat. Very clean and spacious and terrific views!!!!!!! The mattress on the bed is heaven! We hope to stay there again someday.
