Nice Kihei location with beautiful sunsets and green turtles on NOAA beach directly across the street.
From this location, you can easily get virtually anywhere on the island within 20-30 minutes. We especially enjoyed the beaches south of Wailea and poking around Lahaina.

This is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach (it's literally just across the street). The property is beautifully maintained and the condo was very comfortable. We appreciated all of the amenities and the great communication from staff. We highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui at the Sunny Maui condo. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well situated for beach time, restaurants and attractions. It was just as advertised. There was ample parking and the pool was steps from our front door. The condo was quiet and peaceful, providing a wonderful home base for all our activities. Someone from the company checked in to see if there was anything we needed or if they could help set up activities for us. The concierge was very helpful before the trip, as well, helping with reservations and recommendations. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Maui and a good company with which to do business.

This is a great place to stay near many beaches. We crossed the street to watch the sunset and walk on the beach. The condo has everything you need including kitchen and washer and dryer. Communications are great including answering any questions promptly and offering activity suggestions. Great place and we hope to return!

Kihei Bay Vista is right across the street from the beach and is in a wonderful location for maximum beach time. Quiet and secluded, yet right in the middle of everything. Pool, BBQ grills, lovely gardens, a lanai and a well-stocked kitchen are exactly as the pictures show. Closet full of beach toys and supplies was a plus! Definitely will stay here again.
