BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay during our visit. A wonderful space that is so much better than the listing could have ever prepared us for with a quick walk to the beach and plenty of beach toys and supplies in the unit. Will be back for sure!!

The unit was clean and well kept. We had plenty of supplies for garbage, laundry, etc. Having laundry within the unit was a real advantage.
The location was great - a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Grocery store is nearby.
The bed was comfortable. WE very much enjoyed our stay in Kihei.
Even though the descriptions say there is a elevator to the floors, they don’t t tell you that there is several stairs that need to be climbed or descended to reach the condo. Persons with having a disability of climbing or descending stairs will have a hard time reaching this condo
Felt like home and comfortable clean
We were very impressed by this condo. It was very clean, wonderfully equipped, very attractive. Bed was comfortable, shower excellent, location good--short walk to Kamaole Beach. We did not cook meals in, but it would have been easy considering the supply of cookware and utensils. Parking was ample, but could have been more convenient, especially on arrival and departure.
This property has everything you will need to enjoy your stay....Beds is a little uncomfortable for us but beside that absolutley no complaints, would definiltly stay here again. .

This was a great spot for our second time to Maui! Very nice and well-appointed kitchen with everything that we needed during our stay. The lanai was large and completely shaded, and overlooked a relatively quiet drive and lots of landscaping -- great birdsong in the mornings! The queen bed was quite soft, so if you need a firm mattress for back support, this one might present a problem. Otherwise the bedroom was spacious and nice. The bathroom was efficient -- definitely not large and the shower felt small, but we never ran out of hot water so that was great! Throughout the unit there were multiple ceiling fans that really kept air circulating well. One downside was how loud the air conditioner was, but the upside was that it did keep the unit cool when we needed to have it on. There was a nice pool and hot tub area for the complex, but we never even used it because we wanted to spend all our time at the beach that was just steps away. The groundskeepers at this complex did an amazing job of keeping all the common areas sparkling clean. There were quiet hours that other residents and vacationers respected, which was a huge relief for light sleepers. We used the beach umbrella and beach chairs a ton, they were awesome to have provided with the rental. Last note -- there are so many great little restaurants right within walking distance from this condo, make sure to check out Maui Thai Bistro! We would definitely consider staying at this location specifically or renting from this property company again.
Overall, this place is a must-stay!! The only two criticisms I have is 1) I wish we received some better instructions when arriving/checking in at night. We weren’t informed ahead of time that there is a large parking lot in the back and the street was quite dark so at first we were a bit confused/didn’t know where to go. However, the communication with the property manager(s) was fantastic and they responded to me right away and got it all sorted out. 2) I do wish the unit was stocked with some cooking oils and better spices. Before arriving, we did a big grocery shop at Walmart but didn’t get any oils. I also initially didn’t think there was any laundry detergent provided but we ended up finding it located under the kitchen sink. The unit is very clean and spacious. The location is perfect perfect perfect! It’s a 2 second walk to Kamaole Beach 1 which was very clean and nice; there’s a lifeguard too. The plaza next door, Dolphin Plaza, has some delicous eats + gelato! Up the road a10 min drive is a bunch of yummy eats, food trucks, a Foodland grocery store, etc. The property of the building is very well maintained; the pool + hot tub looked very nice too. Everyone in the building was very nice and friendly. There isn’t an A/C in the bedroom but on warm nights we used the ceiling fan and there’s a portable fan in the closet, and it was nice and cool. We did see some resting sea turtles at a nearby beach, Kalepolepo. Also, included in the unit are 3 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a hard cooler. They also have a filtered water jug in the fridge which was awesome because we got to refill the water bottles we purchased, and there’s ice containers inside to make your own ice. Sitting out on the lanai was also beautiful. The bed was very comfortable for us and the sheets are very soft. 10/10 recommend staying here!!! Thank you for a great experience.
We had a fabulous stay at A207. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect. So close to the beaches and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Back in Vancouver now and missing Maui already.

We had such a great time visiting Maui. The other residents are so nice and it feels like home. This condo is located just a few minutes (walking) from the Kam beach 1, breakfast restaurants, snorkeling gear, shopping centers, scooter rentals, and so much more!! I’d definitely stay here again!
This was a good week staying here. My son recently had knee surgery so the parking was a challenge, but we managed. It was a few minute walk to famous Kameohle 1 beach. It’s the beach we go to the most. This unit is very spacious and clean. I love the upgrades. Mahalo!
