Grand Champions 124 is located near a pickleball complex. Please anticipate some noise during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Grand Champions will be having a Roof Replacement Project starting in May 2023 and estimated to be completed around August 2024 (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm). The roof replacement on Building 14, where this unit is located has been completed. We would like to advise you that construction noise and disruption may occur during this time.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

The location is excellent with one exception; the unit is next to a very busy pickle ball complex, which is great if you are into pickle ball but not good if you are not. It is very noisy which is the exact opposite of what you want and expect in Maui. The unit has great bones and layout but is a bit dated and could use an upgrade. I think the description should be more forthcoming about the noise.

Adult children with elderly parents spent a week relaxing in this unit. The unit was very clean, well appointed with all amenities needed. We had internet issues for half of our stay but the property managers did all they could to fix it. Property managers also very helpful with recommendations on restaurants, etc when asked. Location not 5 star as pickle ball play behind the unit at the local tennis club is loud and impacts solitude of the area.

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our large family to spread out. The complex grounds and pools are beautiful. Plus the location is perfect. We fell in love with the beach just across from the complex (Ulua Beach) and enjoyed the shopping centers and restaurants nearby. You won’t regret staying here. Can’t wait to return!

We highly recommend this condo for a family. It's located on the second floor of a 2-story building. The carpet, sofas and window treatments were all new. The outdoor patio overlooks the tennis courts (no lights so quiet at night) and lots of greenery. It includes starter essentials: dishwasher pods, dish soap, garbage bags, salt and pepper. For a longer stay, you will need to buy more tp, dishwasher pods and garbage bags. A cooler was provided along with freezer blocks and beach chairs and towels. Maintenance was very responsive when there was a minor issue and they responded quickly and professionally. It's about a 10-minute drive to many beaches.

The checkin process was very easy and the location was great. The place was fairly clean but the carpet was awful. We adhered to the leaving our shoes at the door but the cream carpet was dirty and got dirtier by the day. We reached out to the property manager and had them bring us a vacuum. Suggestions: *you say to take the trash out daily, but we did not have trash bags for every day. *something is wrong with the hot water heater or the Valve that releases the water. The water in the shower, once it got hot, was either too hot or not enough pressure when it was turned down. *more wash cloths and dishcloths. We only had one dishcloth and while we did wash laundry we needed more per person. * the iron doesn’t work, it leaks all over

Loved this place! We made so many fun memories here. I’d say the only issue I had is the listing photos showed a cooler and boogie board but those were nowhere to be found. Would’ve loved to know ahead of time so we could have brought our own cooler.

Very nice, clean and updated property. Kitchen has all equipment needed, but no extras (no salt & pepper, etc.). This unit is upstairs. Pull out sofa is okay, but not great.

Our family stayed at this unit for 7 days and were overall very happy with the experience. The condo was clean and in a beautiful condo complex with many plants/trees. The balconies were great for morning coffee while listening to the birds. And the kids loved the pools. There were beach chairs and a cooler for the beach trips. The only issues we had wasn’t enough bath towels for everyone and the coffee maker was tiny. A quick call to the property management solved those issues as a brand new coffee maker was delivered along with some extra towels. There was also no spices for cooking, even salt and pepper, but we just picked some up with our groceries.

Our family of six had plenty of space to feel comfortable. The location is great, near fabulous golf courses, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It could use some new carpeting, but otherwise was clean and the accommodations were comfortable. This location at this price point seemed like a great value too. I forgot an item in the condo and the property manager was prompt in responding and flexible in finding a time for me to pick up. When back in Wailea, I’d definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay. We were able to visit the whole island from here with our rental car. Plenty of places to eat, grocery store, and beach within walking distance.
