I had stayed at a condo in the Elua community about 20 years ago and loved the access to the beach walking path, the beach, pool and spectaular view. It did not disappoint agan this year! The grounds are immaculate and while we saw and met lots of others while walking, it was very quiet and calm which suited our needs for this vacation. Spacious layout in the condo and wonderful patio space for dining and relaxing. This condo would be my choice again for next year!

This is an excellent condo in an incredible location! The amenities are top notch: beautifully remodeled condo, incredible location, walk to the beach, pools, bbq areas, Wailea mall, etc. The grounds are incredible and the entire complex is well maincured with some of the most beautiful landscaping you'll find.

The property is beautiful, hands down the nicest place we have ever stayed on Maui. The landscape is tropical and the views from our lanai were magical. Every night we sat outside and watched the sunset. The beach is perfect for swimming. I only went to the main pool down by the beach, but the area was well maintained with comfortable furniture and umbrellas. I also enjoyed having the grass area and the covered large patio were you could sit and read a book or just visit with friends.
I can’t wait to return again next year.

Great experience. Not the closest to the beach in Elua, but probably has the best lanai with shade, breeze, ocean view, the nicest decor, terrific kitchen equipped with everything you might need (pineapple corer, sushi serving set to name a few things you don't expect in a rental), and VERY large for a 1 bedroom. Plenty of space to spread out. Also one of the most updated condos I've seen in Wailea.
Great comms with management, no issues of any kind. Probably best equipped I've seen. We literally bought nothing except snacks.

Perfect size for 2 of us.. snorkel equipment and boogie boards, coolers and beach chairs made beach days so easy. Colors of decor do soothing. A peaceful, relaxing experience!

There isn't too much I can add to the ratings I'm providing. The property was consistent with the pictures on the web site. It was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for our cooking. The outside sitting chairs were exceptionally comfortable. The mattress was < 1 year old and quite comfortable. Very nice grill in the common area. The people who booked us did a great job and the staff on site were helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

The condo was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The lanai and views and community grounds were lush and beautiful to look at .One comment- we were in the ground level and could hear everything the upstairs tenants said, what they watched on TV and when the kids would come down the stairs. Not a big deal but something to consider with stacked condos.The property managers left us a beautiful welcome basket and the location of Wailea Elua was perfect for walking to the shops, beach and golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Elua 2011.

This condo blew us away! We got married while we were here and this was by far our favorite part of our stay. The view is incredible, there is anything you could ever think of for beach equipment, everything was spotless and was so homey! Since we were getting married we had most of our family staying in other units and nothing compared to this unit it was perfect. We will defiantly be coming back in the future.

The place is so perfect, the pictures do not do it justice! Every morning we went straight to the chairs on the patio that face the ocean to enjoy our coffee and listen to the birds. Then we would rush back after dinner to watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine. You do not appreciate the difference between staying at a hotel and a place like this until you have stayed here, the sounds, smells and perfectly manicured lawns. The inside is beautiful, bedwas very comfortable. Everything you could need for the beach or pool. Place was quiet and private, thw pool would fill with kids in mornings till lunch, then we would have the place to ourselves until @3 everyday.Stores and shops are close by, security is great and very helpful, plenty of free parking and the walking path along beach takes you to Kihei or to the big resorts.I would return to this place in a heartbeat!

This place is a dream vacation waiting to happen. From the dream kitchen that is stocked to the max to the amazing lanai that overlooks the ocean with views of the sunset every night this place has it all. They even have beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels and boogie boards. We didn’t need for anything. We sat on the lanai every night and had dinner. It was just completely lovely. The bed is comfortable. The furnishings are exquisite. The location is superb. It’s a very very close walk down to the beach that is lovely. It’s a 5 minute walk over to the shops at Wailea. Just say yes to this place. It’s awesome.
