My family loved this property; best VRBO we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in many. Complimentary concierge service to book activities was super helpful. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, fantastic pool/hottub and outdoor patio, best stocked/equipped kitchen ever, easy walks to Pacific and Wed/Frid outdoor market, great beaches nearby and many things to explore on the Big Island (excellent beaches, Hilo waterfalls, Volcano National Park, coffee farms, Kona, outdoor markets). Manta Ray and Snorkel tour companies 1 mile from the property. Fantastic - highly recommend!!!

Lovely, clean and beautifully decorated house in a great location. One person commented that it was the nicest vrbo she had ever seen. Near picklball courts (modest cost for those if used), but not so close that the noise was a bother. Little pool was great to cool down in, hot tub lovely for a soak. Big, modern, well-stocked kitchen. Comfy beds (K/K/Q, 2 singles in an extra room (no closet)), comfy furniture. Downstairs bedroom a little stuffy. Fun little farmers/craft market Wednesdays and Fridays easy walk. Groceries a mile away (but not found on my Apple Maps - In The Keauhou shopping center). Nice (tired and overused but still fairly good) snorkeling nearby with rentals across the street. Altogether a great stay.

We could not have had a better place for our family of 6 adults and one child. The place was immaculate, the beds were wonderful, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I can't think of anything that we needed that was not there. The spa and pool were great as well as the patio area. The wonderful surprise after booking with KONACOST Vacations was the Concierge service that is provided. David was extremely helpful in providing us with information and booking activities for our 6-night stay. You will not be disappointed if you book with KonaCoast and/or stay at this property.

Our group consisted of our adult children and 1 grandchild. I must have mentioned that we were spending a week in Kona for the 40th birthday of one daughter, and along with a welcome gift of local Hawaii treats was a birthday card for her! The first comment made by any of us was "This is the most awesome house we've ever rented". I can't find fault with anything; everything we needed to make this vacation stress free and fun was provided. Every room in the house is large and spacious enough that we were all able to be together without feeling crowded, but yet the room arrangement is such to allow privacy if we wanted to be alone.
The house is in a small gated area nearly at the end of the street so there's no traffic and a golf course is behind the house. Although there is a private pool, we used the community pool one day and had a blast! It's conveniently located right across the street and we were the only people in it. There were no issues during the week with loud parties, etc and the landscaping ensures privacy from the street. There is a buffer zone between the back of the house and the golf course, again providing privacy. The location is south of the hubbub of downtown Kona, but stores and restaurants are just a quick drive away.
The concierge service is a bonus and David helped me buy tickets for Sea Paradise Manta Ray Night Tour where we snorkeled and watched the amazing manta rays swim right up to us! We all will remember this week as a special time together.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous home in a great neighborhood, right on the 4th fairway of the Country Club. The home exceeded all of our expectations. We had 6 people and there was more than enough room. Everything we needed for a week long stay was there. I definitely recommend this home and Kona Coast Vacations. They booked adventures for us and made sure our time there was oerfect.

We loved the house and the pool. I wanted to walk to beaches, but we were surrounded by golf courses in all directions. It was just a short drive to everything, so not a reason to avoid staying here by any means. I just like a walk instead of drive for this type of trip - personal preference. Place was immaculately clean and lovely! I had worried about neighbors due to some previous reviews but we had no issues playing in the pool. We had children giggling and splashing, but we were also respectful. Overall, would def recommend.

This house is in beautiful gated neighborhood about 20 min south of downtown Kona. It’s is truly immaculate inside and out. The backyard overlooks the 4th hole of Kona Country Club so if you like watching golfers play through it’s a plus.
Inside the house was pristine- incredibly clean and tidy. The kitchen is FULLY stocked including a blender, espresso maker and any other appliances + cookware you could desire. The beds are comfortable, like truly comfortable. We were there with our 3 month old and to say we needed sleep is an understatement- but we slept incredibly well. The AC cranks- so much so that we had to turn it off at night a few times.
The two car garage came stocked with lots of beach goodies: 6-7 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, some kids sand toys, 2-3 snorkel sets and a wagon to haul said beach equipment.
The backyard has a great plunge pool with a connected hot tub that heated up within a matter of minutes (okay maybe a matter of 10-20 minutes). The dual doors to the backyard were both accordion style sliders which opened completely to make it feel like the pool was just an extension of the house- super neat.
Each bathroom was stocked with towels, wash cloths and toilet paper.
There are pickle ball and tennis courts a 2 min walk away in the neighborhood. There’s also a small ocean view point about a 2 min walk in the neighborhood that overlooks the 3rd hole of Kona Country Club which sits on the coast line.

Typically the pictures on a listing oversell the property, but not here. The house was extremely spacious and well-decorated. It gave our group of 5 women plenty of space. Great location and very communicative host. Really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed the house so much! 8 of us adults in town for the Queen Liliuokalani race and it was the perfect place to come back to from paddling! The jacuzzi and pool were perfect! The jacuzzi heats up so quick!….great for our tired bodies! The house was large and we all felt like we had enough space to socialize and spend time alone! Had everything we needed and immaculate. Will definitely recommend this property to family and friends!! Thank you!

We had a blast in Kona! This house is awesome, we only traveled with 4 but could have had another 4 with the size of this house! Garage parking, beach chairs (super clutch to have!), coolers, great pool hot tub. You are in a gated community with a pool across the street (we didn’t use as we used the house pool everyday). The only problem occurred with a grouchy neighbor. We were on vacation enjoying time outside and were chastised at 8:30 to quiet down as “we live here” and it was very inconsiderate of us to be so loud. We were outside talking and playing music at a quiet level and knew not to be out past 9. We said sorry but guy kept rambling at us. We went inside to avoid conflict. Two days later apparently we received a noise complaint (email from Kona Coast) from the same neighbor for being too loud at 3pm, we again were just enjoying the pool playing music quietly. Looking at the reviews it’s not the first time grouchy complained at people swimming during the day. So overall great stay, soured a bit by Oscar the grouch over the bamboo fence. Maybe he is just jealous he doesnt have a pool? Kona Coast is super organized and have helpful guides for things to do.

Trip was amazing and the home was open and spacious! Concierge (David) was a great help to us and booked excursions with ease for us. The only thing i would like to see is maybe more towels in the home and the washer and dryer were a bit tricky to use. The lint sensor kept coming on when the lint was cleared, but that's nitpicking. The entire home (up and down stairs) was immaculate, and the entire family was raving about this space. The best compliment i can give is we will definitely be back again in the future! :)

We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this one is by far our favorite. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We were a family of 8 spanning several generations and had plenty of space for everyone to feel

Equipped with towels, serving dishes, beach items, kitchenware etc.
It was especially nice having an extra family room upstairs and two master suites! We enjoyed having coffee on the upstairs lanai with a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean.
By far the highlight for us was the backyard plunge pool and jacuzzi. The kids loved splashing around in it after a long day and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. We had most of our meals out on the patio.
Our only complaint was one of the neighbors. Our kids (ages 10,8,4) were swimming in the pool at 5:30 pm and squealing with delight. The neighbor came over and very rudely yelled at our kids about being too noisy and put a damper on our Stay. After that we felt like we had to tiptoe everywhere and constantly tell our kids to use their inside voices outside. This is a very quiet community - we are kama’aina from Oahu and definitely did feel any aloha spirit from next door.
Despite that unpleasant experience, we would stay here again for the beautiful house and amenities! Kona Coast vacations was expertly run and very communicative to our needs both before, during and after our stay!

House was very nice, and in a great location. You are 20 minutes from nice beaches, shopping and great restaurants. We enjoyed the house and happy with all the utensil and cookware. The pool was smaller than we were hoping for and the pool cleaner stopped working on day 2. We knew about the noise and did our best with younger kids to maintain a low volume. One neighbor asked us to even be quieter than were being since we were.too loud for him. This was at 2 PM in The afternoon, not during the required quiet time. So we felt we couldn't use the pool at the house at all, so we would not get yelled at more. The community pool is just across the street and we used that more. Bigger pool, nice tables and chair and a hot tub. I would stay again but get clarification from the company on noise level for outside as I think kids should be able to have a good time too when you pay a lot to go on vacation. Over all a great house and location!

This house was exceptional! Spotless, beautifully and professionally decorated, with everything you could possibly need for cooking: pancake griddle, cocktail hour serving dishes, coffee grinder: check check check! Beds were super comfortable, and neighborhood is so peaceful: you hear the wind through the palm trees and birds in the quiet morning. Loved having coffee on the lanai each day. Wonderful and communicative property management group as well! Can’t wait to book again!

Stayed the month of May at Holua Kai #11. A beautiful newer home on the Kona Country Club. The neighborhood was very private, safe and quiet. The home was fabulous and Kona Coast Vacations staff was very good to work with. The would solve any questions we had. Beautiful view of the ocean and mountains while have coffee each morning from the upstairs lanai. Entertained by the local each goats each morning and throughout each day by the golfers. Minutes drive to Kona Town and Ali'i Drive and even shorter drive to the local supermarket, can actually walk there for a couple of restaurants too. Going to miss the friendly nextdoor neighbors Tom and Fred as well.

This property was absolutely perfect for our group. From the pool, to the lanai and outdoor cooking space to the spacious bedrooms with wonderful baths - we could not have picked a better location for our Hawaiian getaway. The ability to combine indoor and outdoor seemlessly with the huge sliding doors was such a plus. The neighborhood is cute and it is easy to get to amenities in town or around the island. This is the most beautiful vacation home. It's fully stocked with anything you may need from beach towels to kitchen spices. This host really knows how to make her guests feel at home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the views from the upper balcony were exquisite. Very close to gas, groceries and the Manta Ray dive tour. Plenty of space as the 4th room can be converted into a king size bed. I highly recommend this vacation home! It's worth every penny. We loved it so much I'm gonna book again for next year.

The property is BEAUTIFUL!!! Pictures are very accurate and reflect the property and the items in and out of the home. Amenities were fabulous. Kitchen was well stocked with newer items. Bedrooms are all spacious and all beds were very comfortable.
We experienced a few problems with the spa and dishwasher. Property management team was responsive and worked as quickly as possible to resolve.
We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time at the location. The grounds are beautiful and the home is located central to shopping and beaches.

This was a great house for our family staycation. The house was large, great design, open concept downstairs, lots of extra towels. Good location, clean, right across the pool/jacuzzi for the complex. The house had a pool and jacuzzi but we couldn’t get the jacuzzi to work. Would definitely stay there again still.
