This newly remodeled oceanfront condo located right in the heart of Kailua Kona has everything you need to make your vacation complete. This one bedroom is fully furnished with snorkeling gear, boogie boards and a kitchen that is a chefs delight. A king size bed in the bedroom and a fold out tempurpedic Queen bed in the living room make this condo a vacationers delight.

A lanai that overlooks the bay so you can dine watching the sunsets or enjoy sipping a cup of Kona Coffee while watching dolphins and whales splashing around right in front of you. This unit can be rented with AC at an additional charge of $15 per day, please inquire with a reservation agent.

Conveniently located in the heart downtown Kailua Kona. Explore downtown historic Kailua Kona. The town of Kailua Kona "hides" some very important Hawaii Island historic spots. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Alii Drive. King Kamehameha I spent his last years living near the current site of the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel until his passing in 1819. The Ahuena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is a reconstructed temple rebuilt by Kamehameha himself and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.

Watch the people and the cruise ships come and go from the Kailua Kona Pier, with access to Hawaii's best scuba diving, big-game fishing, kayaking, dolphin and whale watching. We had a wonderful stay in 403. Well stocked with kitchen items, available parking, overall pretty quiet, food options available literally right out of the elevators to the building, a/c and fans to help cool the condo, and the view! We saw dolphins and amazing sunsets every night. Our only challenge was the bed was a little soft for us. Other than that, it was great!

Our unit was immaculate. Recently remodeled-all new appliances, so clean, tile floor, and air conditioned. Superb view of the ocean, cruise ships, and very close to the Farmers Market. Shopping and restaurants walking distance. KONA ALII VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED.

This condo is pretty well equiped, very clean, with a lot of space. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and body surf boards. Ali the basics (soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc.) were provided. It's well located, with restaurants in walking distance. There are great beaches near by, the best one we went to at approximately 30 min by car. I would return anytime!

We absolutely loved this condo. It's location within the town is perfect and the view is great. There were several nice touches that made our stay better; A complimentary bag of Kona coffee beans and grinder, a couple different sizes of coolers, beach chairs, Tupperware etc. You won't want to miss a sunset from this balcony.

My Husband and I really enjoyed this condo during our 6 night stay in Kona. It was comfortable, well stocked with pots and pans and other cooking items as well as starter tp and paper towels. The showers were perfect - a sign noted it could take time to get the water hot - we always got hot water immediately and the water pressure was perfect. It was nice to turn on the air conditioning after a hot day of touring. This place is close to everything- within walking distance of tasty restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to beaches and other attractions. The sunsets from the balcony were some of the best I've ever seen- it always made the perfect ending to our day.. I highly recommend this condo

What a find. In the heart of Kailua Kona. Recently renovated, ocean and pounding waves across the street, beautiful decor, fully equipped kitchen (sharp knives! dull ones are a personal pet peeve), easy walk to restaurants and shops. Address is Kuakini Hwy but building is on Ali Drive, which is heavily trafficked two lane road. 4th floor for this condo so noise is tolerable and you cannot hear it inside w sliders closed.
