We had a great stay at this condo for our honeymoon. We had one mishap where the pool key wasn't in the room when we checked in but after a quick call, it was sorted out very quickly! Would recommend this stay!

The Sea Village location is great and centrally located near town. The unit however, was pretty disappointing. The A/C machine really didn’t cool the place down, and the broken tube was duct taped together. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. The beds were springy and uncomfortable. There was a coffee machine but no coffee (every other rental I’ve stayed in has offered atleast a single serving of coffee) and the television lagged like crazy. The view from the Lanai was the only saving grace but otherwise, we made sure not to spend too much time in the unit.
We stayed here for the second half of our honeymoon and somewhat regret it. We love Kona but next time we will stay somewhere else.

We rented Sea Village 3310 for five nights, and it was exceptional. It is easy to feel at home and comfortable when it's well-kept inside and out, excellent location and the bed is comfortable. But the best part was the view - simply breathtaking and gorgeous!

Convenient to everything in Kona. Great size for two people. A/c is useless and only in living room, never reached bedroom., so sleeping was awful when it was 80+deg at night. Sun never shines on lanai and sunsets were on side of building and cannot see it from unit. If you go down to the pool you can watch the sunset.
Bbq area is nice and well maintained and a nice community of people. Nice property overall.

This property was just as advertised. Amazing views from the lanai, fully equipped kitchen, a great pool and hot tub, and complimentary beach gear.
We were given very clear instructions for finding the place and checking-in/out. Had total privacy the entire time. And the place was spotless and abjoy to come back to after a night out.
It acted as a perfect honeymoon home-base. Downtown was a 15min walk away and it was easy to head North or South on the main highway from the property.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, low-key stay with all the amenities and appliances one could want.

Condo was very clean. Nice view of ocean and Kona coast. Grounds and pool well maintained. Check-in was easy.
Per the listing - air conditioning floor unit in living area - Inadequate to cool living room let alone the master bedroom (even with 4 floor fans working). Bedroom stayed at 83-85 degrees day and night. We had to sleep in the living area.
No working vent in bathroom, gets very hot and humid quickly. Shower was nicely updated.
King mattress worn. Fold out bed in couch very Uncomfortable.
Basic appointments, kitchen supplies and utensils
The unit had a smell and needs a bit of updating. The moldy rug on the lanai needs replacing.
We will NOT rent this unit again and will NOT recommend it to others.

We had a lovely stay at this location. It was close to a lot of restaurants. Ocean views from the lanai are beautiful day and night. It is well maintained and everything that we needed was provided.

The management company went over and above the norm to help us during our stay. My wife and I developed Covid during our stay. We had to isolate ourselves. We were able to arrange for a later checkout which helped us a lot. The unit was well equipped and very clean. When we arrived the temperature in the living room was 90, the bedroom was even warmer. We had entered into an oven. We put the AC on and many hours later the living room was down to 76. We were never able to cool the bedroom to a satisfactory level. There were three I believe portable fans for our use. These fans moved the hot air…. Our suggestion would be for the AC to remain on during the changeover process. This would help but not alleviate the issue.

The location was perfect and the view was amazing but it gets VERY warm during the day. The way the building faces doesn’t really let a breeze blow through so that didn’t help in the cooling of it. We had to sleep on the pullout couch because that is where the portable A/C was and the bedroom was way to hot to sleep comfortably. The bathroom also got really hot and I can’t imagine how hot it would have got if we used the oven. If this condo had a small window unit or portable A/C unit in the bedroom also I would have gave it 5 stars. The heat was a bummer but the view sort of made up for it and we were pretty much gone all day till dark when it cooled off anyway. I would probably stay here again only if a small unit was added to the bedroom. We also liked the closet with snorkel gear and beach chairs. We had a great time everything was perfect except the room temps.

Came out for Ironman 70.3 Hawaii. Race was up north in Kohala but decided to stay in Kona. Right choice. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Wonderful views. Grocery and restaurants close by. The condo also has all beach things you need - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. This made for great beach outings. Had fantastic stay

Best things about this Unit were 1) View from balcony WOW, 2) location of unit 3) amenities inside the unit. Concerns were the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom (got really hot) and the datedness of the unit. It needs an upgrade. There is an OLD-stuff smell. One other concern was the lack of response from Kona Vacations when I called and left a message about problem with viewing TV. I had to call Spectrum company to resolve the issue.
But, we appreciated the pool area, the location and VIEW. If this were a 2 bedroom unit, we'd probably stay here next time we are in Kona.

Comfortable bed, chairs, well equipped kitchen, and appreciated the portable a/c unit and additional box fans. Back bedroom still warm but ceiling and box fans made it do-able. View was great and location for daily snorkeling was good too. Favorite 3 were Makalewena, Honaunau, Kealakekua.

While the property looks unassuming from the front it is really a hidden gem. The ground are impeccably maintained and our unit was in an awesome location; beautiful ocean view with shaded deck all day. Had everything we needed for our 3 week stay, except AC in bedroom but ceiling fan and extra floor fans helped keep us cooler at night. Would definitely recommend!

The views from the lanai were great. The unit was tastefully decorated and had an A/C, which we only needed to use once. At times the noise level from surrounding units was annoying, but it wouldn’t stop us from staying there again. The kitchen was very well stocked. The location is great within walking distance to Kona. Would love to stay there again soon!

Really great place. Would hesitate to recommend. Kona vacations was top notch and the unit had everything I needed. Perfect view, great pool, spacious suite. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Only drawback was kids were often noisy and parents let them scream. That says more about the parents though. All in all, wonderful.

My wife and I have stayed in the same unit 3 different times. The condo is comfortable with a beautiful ocean view. The portable air-condition in the living room really helps to keep the condo comfortable in the warm Kona weather.

Property was clean and had everything we needed for our one week stay. The view from the lanai was wonderful. A full view of the ocean and Kona.
I'd just wish there was an elevator (3rd floor) for my bum knees but all is good. :)

The unit had everything we needed, including beach gear. The location within walkable distance of the restaurant and tourist area. There is a portable AC unit in the living room, but the bedroom gets a little warm. Overall, great stay and we would stay here again.

Great location. Very responsive and helpful property management. Nice sunset view. Very, very clean and nicely appointed.
Only problem was that rooms get pretty hot, and breezes don’t pass through to cool, so you have to run a noisy air conditioner all night.

This property went above and beyond to be accommodating! From complimentary concierge, to thoughtful touches in the apartment, such as beach gear, literally every aspect of this stay was perfect! The views from the balcony were incredible. The full kitchen had everything needed and more. Overall, an incredible stay that I would definitely recommend to anyone!

The condo is right on a popular street in Kona. The view is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. We had everything we needed and more. There were a few fans we were able to keep the air flowing and an air conditioner unit in the living room. Will be coming back to stay again.
