Haliipua Villas are the newest generation of multi-family villas at Hualalai offering an array of designer finishes throughout the home. Special features include luxurious mahogany finishes, island-inspired ceiling treatments, enhanced lighting systems, built-in lanai kitchen/barbecue and 2 sumptuous lava rock garden showers. Property features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on the ground level with a spacious living area on the upper floor. Panoramic ocean, coastal and sunset views are enjoyed from a large, covered, ocean-facing lanai with Hualalai and Mauna Kea views available from the mountain facing windows of the villa. A "bonus" family room is situated on the ground floor leading to a tropical-landscaped courtyard with bubbling water feature. The king-bedded primary bedroom includes walk-in closet and large ensuite bathroom with outdoor shower garden. Bedroom 2 is an ocean view room with twin beds that may be converted to king, and ensuite bath. Bedroom 3 is a "second master" with large, ensuite bath and shower garden of its own.
Kitchen is well equipped and is open to a sitting area and "great room" with high, vaulted ceilings and wonderful ocean views. The villa is fully air-conditioned with zone controls. Two golf carts can whisk guests off to the Sports Cub & Spa and Four Seasons Hotel in just a few minutes or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Jack Nicklaus-designed Hualalai Golf Course = excellent, central location in the Resort!
This villa has undergone a complete renovation in 2023 with new kitchen, flooring, furnishings, fixtures, accessories and more!
Bedroom configurations are as follows:
Bedroom 1 (Lower Level) Primary Bedroom - King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, and outdoor shower, lanai w/ocean views
Bedroom 2 (Lower Level) - Queen Bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with shower, lanai w/ocean views
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level) - King Bed (converts into Two Twin Beds upon request), TV, Ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower, and outdoor shower, lanai w/ ocean views
Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.
The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

We booked this villa for a family Thanksgiving trip with our adult son. We all had a few days of work and the home provided the space needed. Bedroom were spacious and bed/linens were comfortable. The photos provided were actuate. You're a short walk to the Four Seasons, but the Villa has 2 golf carts. Plenty of outdoor space and nice ocean and sunset views. Property managers were helpful and kind. Great communication. My only request would have been to have bathrobes. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay and appreciate having a Villa like this to enjoy.

We enjoyed the villa in our week stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and all the furnishings were of good quality. It's set back several hundred yards from the ocean but the pictures undersell the view. My favorite part was the second floor lanai -- we ate breakfast there almost every morning and enjoyed the early morning views and relaxing start to the day.

The villa was immaculate, well-maintained, fully stocked, minutes by golf cart, or jog, to Four Seasons and beach, and had great panoramic ocean views.
