This property was fabulous for 2 families. All the beds were super comfortable. There were tv's in every room. There were plenty of dishes with the exception of coffee cups we only had 5 and had to wash every day. Pillows were not comfortable, lighting in bathrooms too dim especially for women trying to put makeup on. There were beach chairs but could use an umbrella when going to the beach. Love that we had the use of 2 golf carts. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at PV140B. The house is beautiful, and perfectly located on the property. We loved being so close to the Golf Hale, and also had options to both walk or cart to the resort. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. We loved being able to cook and meal and enjoy it with a view - whether dining inside or on the balcony. Private Homes was super communicative before our arrival and always available while we were on property. They made registration with the Four Seasons a seamless process. We were just two people, but the house would comfortably host 6 with plenty of room. Don't hesitate - this home is a real gem in Hualalai.

I spent a week at the villa celebrating my 50th birthday with my friends and it was pure perfection. The villa is beautiful with lovely amenities. It's in a great location to the Four Seasons property- easy golf cart trip, and super close to the members pool and beach too. Easy stroll to members beach for stunning sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked w everything you need to prepare some at home meals. Mark Saito (on site contact) was friendly and helpful, and quick to respond. Chenique was helpful w pre-planning as well. 5 stars all around and hope to visit again in the future.

This home was fantastic. The entire experience from meeting the property manager and being shown around by Mark, to the moment we checked out it was clean, had tons of basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies etc, the home was great. Also, the setting and phenominal views a short walk or golf cart to the ocean was awesome! We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful vacation in this villa. Great kitchen with lots of space for prepping and cooking. Comfortable sitting and eating locations both inside and outside. Two golf carts were very convenient for letting us do our own things when the schedule got full. The location is very close to the hotel and it's services which was very nice as well.

We had such a great time with our entire family, including our new 3 month old granddaughter. The villa was a perfect size, 3 bedrooms. 1 master on the bottom floor along with another bedroom for our daughter and her boyfriend. Upstairs on the main floor off the kitchen was a bedroom big enough for our son, daughter-in-law, and our grandchild. The outdoor areas were perfect for family games. The Villa concierge was very helpful with little things that we needed. Liane, the property manager was exceptional! Sending us back items we had left behind along with a shipment that was delivered well after our departure.

My family of 6 enjoyed a two week stay at this great rental property. We have stayed at the resort many times before and we preferred having the space and kitchen this house provided. The location of this house is ideal for resort access, you can hardly get closer when it comes to the residences. The property management team was very receptive to our needs in a prompt and professional fashion. No outdoor dining option at the time of our visit, but I hear the furniture is just waiting to be assembled, which would be a great addition to the property.

What incredible vacation experience! I knew the four seasons resort's had an impeccable reputation, but this particular stay was special. The design and decor were even better in person than in the photographs.
This Villa had everything anyone could imagine. Perfectly appointed and every convenience easily located. The view out of the sliding windows to the patios was spectacular overlooking the golf course. The house is perfectly designed with both privacy and window space.
I could not get over how well appointed this villa was. The tables, chairs, furniture and wall appointments truly gave a tropical feel of the space. Five stars all the way! We will be back for sure!

We don't normally leave reviews but I can't begin to describe the very special experience we had at the gorgeous villa. It's a split level lay out that made 3,000 square feet feel like 5,000-we could have had twice the guests and been very comfortable. Not a detail in the place that's not well thought out, and I felt as if I had slipped into the beautiful home of a friend, not a "rental". Lots high end items, everything is in great shape, fresh, and it's obvious a lot of care went into each room, and the furnishings and finishes are top notch. The kitchen is really well stocked with anything imaginable for a dinner party. We were upset that the roof was being repaired during our stay which is why I did not give it 5 stars, but the manager was very responsive and we soon forgot about the issue. Incredible beds, bedding, ocean views, the resort was a short walk or cart ride from the home, and we had the best time just relaxing between swims, diving, golf, tennis, and wonderful food. Having stayed at other villas, this street is the very best street to stay on for proximity to everything at Hualalai.

The unit comes fully equipped. Lots of towels, kitchen utensils and supplies like garbage bags and paper goods. The unit was spotless when we moved in and was obviously well cared for. Big for a villa with large BRs, kitchen and common areas. Flat screens in every room and very relaxing decks. Maybe 500 yards to nearest beech (2 minute cart ride). Our only gripe was we felt the light bulbs in the master bath could have been brighter for my wife's make up or my shaving. Minor point. We would recommend PV 140 B.
