This property couldn't be better located for a stay in Kailua-Kona. Far enough from the town center to be peaceful and quiet yet just a short walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. The unit couldn't possibly be closer to the ocean and is just a short, easy walk to Honl's beach. The unit is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Although the building is old, it is well maintained and this unit is nicely updated.

The online description and pictures were totally accurate and the experience was awesome. The place was a little small but everything else made up for the square footage. The views from the balcony, the living room, the kitchen and the bedroom were totally breathtaking and beautifully awesome. We went for my husband's 75th birthday and everything was close and in walking distance as promised. you will not be disappointed with the stay Thank you!!!

We had an amazing time in Hawaii and a big part of that was this condo. It was clean and exactly as described on the site. The condo is in an excellent location right on the water and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Kailua-Kona. Condo is well-appointed including all of the beach equipment you need for a good experience. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Big Island!!

This was a lovely condo in a terrific location. You can walk to restaurants and shops and also have access to the main roads for sightseeing. The sunsets were spectacular! The condo was clean and well equipped and the owners were very responsive and pleasant. We would return.

Beautiful little condo right on the water where you can't get enough to watch and listen to the ocean and watch the sunset. We also loved the close location to restaurants and shops and everything else needed. Condo was very clean and the owners extremly helpful and respondent. We appreciated little touches like Travel guide book and plenty of beach gear and kitchen staples. We loved every moment and would without doubt come back any time.

Great location! Close to several restaurants and bars which you could go walking at night. Also conveniently located to explore main beaches.
The apartment itself is small but enough for a couple. It has all the amenities you would need for a beach day, like towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and even some snorkeling gear!
Also had the basic cooking spices, coffee and sugar. The ocean view is amazing!
Some cons: building itself runs on the old side (apartment was recently renovated!). Washer and dryer are outside the unit and with short operating hours for a vacation condo, in which most of the day we stay outside. Other than that my stay was great.
