Maui is our favorite island and Wailea is the best for beaches so this was in the perfect location. Loved all of the amenities, bathrooms/showers, kitchen, you name it. Plenty of towels and the washer/dryer is a huge plus. Thank you!

This was a great condo and location for our family. Wailea golf courses, shopping, and several beaches are minutes away. The place itself is lovely, clean, roomy, and comfortable. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook. The ac units work well, but they were loud when they turned on during the night. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place.

We booked the condo at relatively short notice due to having to relocate. Melissa and Brian were great hosts - easy to reach and very helpful. We had a fantastic stay, the appartment is spacious, well appointed and has modern alliances. Our children loved the family swimming pool (which was a nice temperature) and the resort grounds are immaculately kept. We were very sad to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa and Brian's property. The hosts were kind, responsive and always helpful. The property itself was lovely. The AC units worked great, the washer and dryer were new and efficient, the unit was well-kept. We loved the location and always enjoy staying in this part of the island. The beach chairs and towels were much appreciated!
One small thing to note - we didn't read through very specific details on the property listing - but there is not an oven in the unit. We went to make a frozen pizza one night and only realized then :)

House had everything we needed. It was spacious and the 2 full bathrooms came in handy. It is fairly quiet. The lanai is large enough with chairs and a table. We are from Honolulu and it was the first time for us in Wailea. This place will be first on the list when we make another visit to Maui. We got lucky and booked in between 2 reservations.

I absolutely loved this place; amazing location in Wailea near all the beaches and resorts. Right near a small boutique shopping complex and a golf course as well. The VRBO was spacious, clean, good kitchen, and had a nice little deck. The complex has a pool and hot tub with grills and a bathroom which we enjoyed. The bed was super comfortable and a real plus. VRBO has 2 A/C units both which worked well. Everything was really nice and definitely worth the price. The couch is big and super comfortable so a +1 could crash on it (plus there is a 2nd full bathroom), as did my friend. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO and the hosts were very responsive!

Spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and had almost everything we needed for a 7 night stay. 5 min drive down to Wailea Beach parking lot and walking distance to shops at Wailea as well as a couple of restaurants and coffee shop.
Sofa bed was fine for our 11 year old but not sure that would be good for an adult. Great showers.
Only problem we had is that the AC unit is loud and right next to the bed, so didnt get the best sleep.

We stayed 5 nights in this spacious, quiet condo. It was very relaxing to watch TV in the evening in the large living area. In the mornings we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the lanai which is mostly private, but offers glimpses of the "quiet" pool. The king bed was very comfortable. We liked having two bathrooms and found the towels to be thick and fluffy. The kitchen had plenty of cookware. The only thing we would have changed is the toaster which is ready to retire and a little small, and since we had family over one evening to enjoy wine, a few more wine glasses. The number pad lock on the front door was great, not needing a key and allowing instant access upon arrival. In general, it felt like a home away from home.

We stayed in Brian and Melissa’s unit for 15 days in Feb2023 for our 5th stay on the island. Originally booked this 1br unit for just my husband and I as we were golfing this trip, but our son and his partner decided to visit for a week last minute so the pull-out sofa bed worked well. Check in was simple and we had no issues with the door code throughout the stay. The master bed is sublimely comfortable thanks to a mattress topper and when we found out the linens for the pull out were missing, Melissa arranged to have them delivered within 24 hours.
We normally eat about 60% of our meals in rental units when visiting the island and we found this one well equipped and larger than the photos show. There are many plastic tumblers but guests might want to bring their own reusable water bottles and travel coffee cups to keep beverages hot or cold on their travels to the beach, pool, walks etc.

We loved our stay at Wailea Grand Champions and would love an opportunity to stay in this unit in the future. We spent an evening watching a magnificent sunset from the adult hot tub/pool area where you can look out on the ocean. It was an easy walk for us down to the Shops at Wailea and the beach path fronting the resorts. Don't miss the fish tacos at Coconuts and the hot head sandwich at the Cinnamon Roll place, both are found in the Kamaole Shopping Center. We experienced flood warnings during part of our trip which gave us an appreciation for the comfortable patio and sofa for lounging while we waited for the rains to subside.

What an amazing stay in Wailea! A quick 10 minute walk to the shops at Wailea and the beach. Another quick 10 minute drive to quieter beaches outside of the hotel scene.
Overall such a fantastic location, central to everything you could want to visit and/or eat. The property itself was so easy to check in and park. Everything you could need was available for you at the house.

The location and close proximity to beaches and restaurants makes this place ideal for a vacation. The ability to utilize beach equipment was appreciated and the coolers were used often on our trip to Hana and the beaches. Definitely would recommend the unit. We were too busy that we didn't even have an opportunity to utilize the pool, but it is right outside the unit.

Melissa and Brian's unit in Grand Champions is walking distance to the shops in Wailea, a short drive to the Lava Fields and a great location to explore the rest of the island. Comfortable mattress, great sofa bed, well appointed kitchen and baths made for a comfortable stay while we explored the island. The beach chairs, boogie boards, beach bag, cooler, snorkeling gear and umbrella were great additions enabling us to beach hop throughout our stay. We will seek out this unit again when we return. This accommodation was incredible. The hosts did an amazing job of welcoming us as guests on their property. The unit was cool when we arrived and well prepared for our stay. Overall it was great! There wasn’t too many cleaning supplies (no dishwasher soap) to run the load of dishes upon leaving but we did our best to hand wash everything in preparation for the next guests as it was done for us! We even left some Tupperware behind as a courtesy for anyone who enjoys cooking as we made full use of the kitchen and enjoyed our evening dinners in! Thank you Melissa and Brian for hosting us!

Working with Brian and Melissa is very easy and they make the experience from start to finish an incredible one.
The property is beautiful, quiet, right next to the pool which has 2 community grills (propane). Very clean, on-site staff is friendly, an easy 1.2 mile run to the Beach and less than a mile to the mall.
Fantastic food and ice cream at the mall which is super simple to walk too. If you are looking for an incredible experience at a remarkable home, you need to stop searching and reach out to Brian & Melissa to work with them on your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is great - nicely secluded from traffic noise, etc., but only a few minutes from the beach, shopping centers, and access to the highway to get to other parts of the island.
The condo was updated, clean, spacious, and a really lovely spot to unwind at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend it if you're staying in the area (especially if you're not a fan of crowds/traffic - that you may find in the resort areas/properties.)

Melissa and Brian, the hosts/owners, have thought through everything in this spacious one bedroom, two full bath condo to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. The condo is decorated beautifully.
It is a great location, lots of restaurants, shopping and fabulous beaches close by, even walkable if you are so inclined.
Don't hesitate to book this condo. A footnote: It is an upstairs unit and there are no elevators, which is not a problem for most folks.

The pictures on the listing of this place don’t do it justice. It is much more spacious and, in our opinion, more beautiful than the pictures indicate.
The property owners have done an excellent job setting up the place with useful tools to make our stay more enjoyable amd convenient. For example the beach umbrella and the corkscrew accessory it comes with to plant it more firmly in the sand, the beach chairs, coffee maker with filters, dishwasher and laundry detergent, beach towels, pullout bed, all made a huge difference in our stay.
We have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and they LOVED the pool which is also very close by. At night when they were in bed my wife and I could sneak out and go to the adult pool which is almost right underneath the lanai, it was still easy to hear any cries or baby noises coming from our condo.
The hockey playoffs were on and I was able to make use of the channels available to us on TV.
There are beautiful restaurants near by, shopping centre within walking distance, and the golf course is right there if your lucky enough to squeeze in a few rounds.
Overall this place exceeded our expectations, and everyone we met at the pool was so nice!!

While in Maui for a wedding at the Andaz, we needed a place to crash in-between the plethora of activities we had planned. I wish we had more time to spend here to go to the pool and enjoy the comfortable living room for relaxing with some TV. But actually, we really just used this condo to sleep, shower, do laundry, and eat breakfast and snacks.
There were so many little conveniences about this place though that made our trip easier. There was a midsize cooler that was perfect for us to take to the beach. We used the chairs at the beach as well which were in good condition and even had a pocket on the back to help carry stuff. We found thermoses we could use to bring our morning tea in the car. We used the toaster and ice packs we found in the freezer. There was detergent already waiting by the laundry. And we love noise and airflow while we sleep, so we reallt appreciated the extra fans in the bedroom in addition to the AC that works great.
The second full bathroom is just outside the bedroom so it was very convenient for my husband and I to each have our own bathroom. Parking space is just outside the condo and the dumpster is just across the parking lot. The condo is on a beautiful Road in Wailea that seems like a lovely and convenient drive to anywhere we wanted to go. It wasn’t far to start the road to Hana from Paia and was a nice ride up to Lahaina for our whale watching boat ride.
All in all, we were so happy with his condo and really grateful for the communication beforehand with the owners that were so helpful and kind enough to answer my abundance of questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are lucky enough to get to go back to Maui… even if we bring our two kids with us next time. (The couch was huge and comfortable!)

We were looking for some place to stay for a few days in Wailea. This was it!! Melissa and Brian were great hosts. The condo is beautifully appointed, felt like 'home' right away. The balcony peaks through the trees to see the pool and feel secluded and cozy. The location is great. We walked to the beach walk and had reservations for dinners at two of the nearby hotel restaurants. Definitely recommend this stay!

This condo is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It is nestled in a tropical garden and surrounded by palm trees. Everything is clean and fresh and very inviting. The bed is like a cloud, with crisp linen and pillows in different softness. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the covered Lanai to the sound of the birds every morning.
This is a corner unit and very quiet.

My husband and I enjoyed 3 days in Kauai and were so happy with our choice to stay in Princeville at Melissa’s place. It was nicely decorated, super clean, comfy bed and pillows, lovely little patio area to have coffee in the morning and huge TV for the moments you plan to be indoors. Best of all— The location was perfect. There were delicious restaurants, breakfast and coffee spots and fun bars within 3-10 minutes drive and we were minutes away from Hanalei and other gorgeous beaches. We drove to the furthest point on the northern portion of the island and hopped out off the car each time we saw a nice beach area to explore. We took a long (2 hour) trip south to Waimea Canyon (highly recommend) and rehydrated with fresh coconut water from a small market on our way back. Perfect place to getaway— thank you, Melissa!

Very relaxing stay - everything just as depicted. Enjoyed pool side and the short walk to beaches and shops. Would stay here again.

The condo was as described. You have a view of the pool and golf course. Everyone was quiet in the complex. There was a security guard in the shack at the entrance (not that there needs to be). It’s a short 10-15 minute walk to the shops, coffee, beach, etc. We were never more than a 20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. It was very nice having a dedicated parking space. The condo it’s self was very comfortable with everything you need and then some. Lots of silverware, plates etc even a vitamix ;). The unit has high speed internet. I worked each morning doing zoom meetings and webinars and never had any issues. The hosts where great. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 9 days and it was amazing. We have both been to Hawaii probably 10 times each, and this was our best experience to Hawaii. The location is killer, close to a few cute coffee shops/ shopping/ restaurants and a great place to go for a run/walk anytime of day. It is secluded from the busyness of Kihei, but literally a 3-5 minute drive to get there. The condo was clean and spacious, pool was great and on somedays felt like a private pool/ hot tub. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Brian and Melissa!

The condo complex is beautifully maintained, and you can't beat the location. The condo itself is clean and well maintained. If I had to be nitpicky, the bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable, but this is purely a personal opinion. I would absoutely recommend this property to anyone searching the area. Thank you so much to the owners for an amazing stay.

The condo is quite spacious, clean, and in a great location. Close to an upscale shopping mall and a market where you can pick up prepared food. The pool is right next to the condo. (We didn't use the pool, but the view was great from the balcony!). We rented a car and the parking space is right outside the condo. Very convenient. If you are snorkeling at Molokini crater, the Kai Kanani boat launching point is about a 10 minute drive to Makena. Melissa and Brian were responsive in their communications. We had a lovely time staying here.

We love staying at this property! The dishwasher is a bit outdated and the water in the bathroom closest to the water doesn't get past a certain temp, but other than that it's a paradise

Beautiful, immaculate condo located in sunny Wailea. Perfect size for our family of four, equipped with all desired amenities, including beach chairs, towels, and other gear. Our kids loved the quiet pool. Ideal location, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and a couple minute drive to the beach. Melissa and Brian were extremely hospitable and responsive. Would highly recommend this property!
