From the moment we walked in, we loved this condo. The living space is open, with high ceilings, and you are immediately drawn to the vie. The lush green of the golf course up close with the beautiful blue ocean in the distance never gets old. The condo is very well equipped, and there is plenty of space for everyone. The two bathrooms also makes it convenient for longer stays. We were able to walk to numerous restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The beaches are a little further, but still less than a 10 minute drive to several different ones. We loved everything about this place and would definitely stay again!

This place was beautiful. It had a great view out of the back balcony. The entire condo was very clean, parking was easy, and it is located in a safe neighborhood. Half-a-mile ish walk to stores and restaurants.

This was a perfect rental for our family! We explored several areas of the island and we all agreed that Wailea and Wailea Beach was our favorite. The unit was well stocked: Boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were great and we used them every day. The kitchen was well stocked, everything you need. The bed and bedding was clean and very comfortable in the bedroom. Fantastic ocean view from the lanai with full sunset view. The only negatives were that there was no TV in the bedroom, and the pull-out bed in the living room was not very comfortable, but overall a fantastic experience and if we come back to Maui we would definitely stay here again!!

Becky’s property was such a perfect spot for a peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing vacation! The condo is super clean and stocked with everything we needed for cooking/ beach gear. The view of the mountains/ocean is perfect, and it’s an easy walk to shops and beaches. Also really close driving distance to other beaches and shops. Also, the bed was so comfortable! All around great condo, thank you for an amazing vacation spot!

Easy communication and check in/check out process. Large and well laid out condo (1 large bedroom and 2 full baths) within walking distance of the Shops at Wailea and Monkeypod restaurant. Nice lanai.

Becky is a wonderful, thoughtful, and responsive host. She has gone above and beyond to make this an incredible home away from home for guests. I can't recommend this unit enough. We're a family of 4 (2 older parents and 2 adult kids), and visited Maui for the first time last week. This was a gorgeous and spacious condo for us. My parents greatly appreciated the exceptionally comfortable bed, quality linens, and well-equipped kitchen. My brother loved eating his breakfast out on the lanai and using the boogie boards. Having two bathrooms was a big bonus after coming back on beach days. Becky's communication and thoughtfulness made our visit so easy and seamless. The surrounding villas area is well-maintained and immensely peaceful. The pools are clean and fun. There is security on site. There is a dedicated parking space and more spaces nearby for guests/visitors. It's centrally located and makes drives to Wailea and Kihei quick and easy. If this unit is available for your trip, book it!

Location, location, location. The key to any rental. The sunset views were fabulous from the lanai. Your condo was only a short walk to the beach and the pool. The accommodations were clean, very spacious and had many of the things you find in your own home. Plus all the things you want to take to the beach. Check in info communicated fine. Condo does have a/c units in the windows rather than central so you have the sound of the a/c especially in the bedroom.... Condo fully supplied.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this property. It’s extremely spacious and has a wonderful view (pictures truly don’t do it justice). The location is also convenient to many shops and restaurants (either a pleasant walk or very short drive away). Becky, the property manager, was great and was able to coordinate a crib rental drop off for our 1 year old to sleep in and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely love to stay here again in another trip to Maui!

We can't recommend this unit highly enough, it is the perfect place to stay. We've stayed in a number of units at Grand Champions over the years, and this unit far exceeds any of them. The listing is accurate, the amenities are much appreciated (beach chairs and umbrella in particular were of excellent quality) and the property is clean and well-maintained. There is a terrific table with seating on the lanai where we spent all of our evenings. Becky is terrific, and quick to respond to any questions. All in all, the perfect holiday experience!

This was our second stay at this specific condo. It was renovated before our second stay and is exactly as shown, with only good surprises awaiting wise vacationers who choose to stay here. The king size bed (and the rest of the furniture) is new and very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make delicious meals in your unit. The views are incredible! The location makes getting to South Maui beaches - the best beaches in our opinion - a breeze. Plus, you are walking distance to the Shops at Wailea and Wailea Gateway which both have good dining options. Neighbours are respectful of bylaws (noise restrictions, adult pool, etc.) and this complex is tucked away from street traffic. You will also find the owner extremely responsive, receiving replies to any inquiries usually within hours of sending a request. Book this condo, or Becky's other condo in the same complex if you are a larger family, and enjoy your Maui vacation worry free!

Condo is comfortable, spacious, and has a lovely view. Were there any negatives? I suppose the nonstick frying pan could use an upgrade, but I have to say the pan is on par with what I’ve found at dozens of other vrbo/airbnbs. Our host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. My wife and I would stay there again for sure, or live there if we didn’t have to work.

It was a pleasure staying in your Condo. This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Grand Champions and 2nd time in #162 and we will be back. We love this Condo for the peace and quiet and wonderful view off of the lanai overlooking the golf course with the ocean behind it. It is extremely well-stocked with items for activities as well as kitchen use. the only thing that would be an improvement would be to update the counter, cabinets, in the kitchen and bathrooms, which are a bit dated (but that is just cosmetic). The most immediate thing would be the lighting......it is really pretty bad in the living room (one little lamp), with a light in dining room that is rather dim, the master bedroom and the master bathroom (really bad for applying makeup). But that is being picky.............it is really quite a llovely place to stay..and thank you so much.

This home was in the perfect little safe neighborhood. We loved the location with a 10 minute walk to Mokapu Beach Park, which was one of our favorites. There is a cute shopping center near by and it is close to many more wonderful beaches. The house it self was well kept with a fresh design. We absolutely loved the balcony with a beautiful view to wake up to. The washer and dryer are outside on the balcony, making laundry very convenient. The pillows are filled with some kind of feathers, so if you are allergic please take note to bring your own. We highly recommend this lovely home!

We love Grand Champions and have stayed at multiple units there over time. Becky's unit was by far one of the cleanest and best decorated. The decor is very chic and modern, and the unit had everything we needed. It's located close to both pools as well, which is a great perk. Great stay, you won't be disappointed.

This is a wonderful condo in a perfect location in Makena. Easy walk down to the Marriott resort where there is live music and excellent Mai Tais for sunset everyday. The condo is comfortable and large. The bed and furniture is very comfy. If you are traveling as a family, there are a ton of beach toys and chairs for you to use. Really a great place to call home for a week's vacation.
