The condo is well appointed and very nice. Loved the artwork! Never had much time to fully appreciate unit (TV, heck - sit down) because we were also gone/on-the-go. We were hoping to grill but they aren't allowed at individual units anymore (and never found the shared ones). Property seems large and didn't get chance to check it all out. Would stay again.

We spent hours on the computer before deciding on which accommodations to choose for our honeymoon in Maui. We could not be more happy with our decision choosing to stay at this condo in Wailea Elua. Janna,our host was a great communicator from the beginning and check-in/check-out was a breeze. She remained very responsive our entire stay as we had a few questions. What a great host! =)
The condo was very clean upon arrival and we were very pleased with the high end appliances, top notch finishings throughout the home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals in once in a while. The AC worked outstanding and the patio/lanai/Master balcony motorized shades were a nice touch! You absolutely cannot beat the location, close to resorts/excellent restaurants and Ulua Beach was fabulous to go out snorkeling/swimming in the ocean every morning. There were many fish and we even saw a few Sea Turtles. Evening sunset strolls on the beaches were crazy beautiful. We used the lower pool near the beach a couple of times, again very nice! The grounds of the entire property were very well maintained and gave us the feeling of paradise with lush foliage, with many trees and plants in bloom.
We will definitely be booking this property again for future Maui stays....it truly has it all! 5 STARS

We have been traveling to Wailea for close to 30 years. We have stayed in different condos at different properties BUT this condo really is the best place we have stayed at. The property manager, Janna, was a real pleasure to work with. She made the checkin a breeze and answered all our questions promptly. The condo is beautifully furnished and extremely clean. The kitchen is fabulous to work in.
And, we had a great view of the ocean and every night a beautiful sunset.

Our family loves to stay at relaxing and luxurious properties. This unit did not disappoint. We absolutely LOVED this unit and complex. It’s a gated complex with 24hr security located steps away from one of the best beaches, Ulla, and snorkelling areas. There is a lovely view of the water from the lanai. The unit is beautifully decorated with all amenities. The beds are comfortable, the linens are lux and the kitchen is a chef’s dream. There are high end appliances( Sub Zero fridge) and every small appliance you need. There is plenty of room to find quiet space within the unit. The parking is right out front which makes lugging things into the condo easy. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella. Clearly, all the guests needs were thought out. The smaller pool is right beside the unit n it’s so convenient to jump in there for a quick swim . The pickelball court is also a minute walk away. The larger beachfront pool is clean and there’s plenty of lounge chairs. The staff (maintenance crew, gardeners and security) were friendly and helpful. Great care is taken to maintain this beautiful complex and it shows. . It’s quiet and peaceful. We did yoga in the mornings on the lanai and it was pure joy. We left our sliding door open at nights and we could hear the waves and in the morning the birds chirping woke us up. For us, the joy of the property was the canopied wooden lounge chairs located on the beachfront bluff right on the edge of the property. We spent mornings and nights reading or just lounging and enjoying the sunset.
This property is situated along a beautiful sea wall that connects you to many 5 Star hotels like Four Seasons/ Grand Wailea (15 minutes walk) if you are in the need for a lounge drink, brunch or Luau. It is also great for jogging or long walks.
Janna is a gem. She is truly an exceptional hostess accommodating all our requests and making this a home away from home. She graciously left us a bottle of wine on our arrival and gave us a later check out. We will recommend this place to all our friends and family. We will definitely be back. It was one is our BEST family trips ever because it was effortless and so relaxing. Mahalo Janna.

This property was very tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings. It is stocked with everything needed all high end. Meticulously clean and has a gorgeous view of the ocean from the Living area and one of the bedrooms. Huge back patio great for dining

This property is immaculate and well-stocked. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs and boogie boards. The beds were comfy. The beach is a short walk down the path. The location is superb. Janna was super responsive and very helpful. We will definitely return.

Condo with great view, excellent features, clean spaces, and artistic decor. Two patios for outdoor relaxing/dining. Elua beach is superb. Snorkle/paddleboard/swim. Condo pool is great/quiet.
Fun little gym. Pickleball court. We know wailea well and this is a great way to enjoy it..can pick up some great meals at local hotels. Janna very nice and responsive as property manager. Thank you to Janna and the owners for sharing this wonderful place.

Property Manager, Janna, was east to contact and provided simple instructions prior to our trip. She called to check on us once we got settled and really went out of her way to accommodate us.
Wonderful stay at this 2 bdr, 2 ba updated condo at Elua Village in Wailea. 2 nice patio’s. Front patio with great ocean view; storage closet with beach chairs & umbrella that we used daily for our very short walk to the beach. Back patio with direct access to kitchen/dining. Back patio BBQ grill and dinning table.

This condo is sophisticated, spacious, and well stocked. The view of the beach was great, with only a few easy steps to it and adjacent resorts and amenities. The complex is lovely and quiet, and Janna was attentive and helpful.

Our family had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. The condos are in a great location. The unit has a view of the ocean. There is a short walk to the ocean from the unit. The décor was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. Which was important since we cooked in more than normal because of covid.

We've been coming to Maui for nearly 20 years now and this is by far the best of the best in Wailea. You won't find a better a location and the condo is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Perfect accommodations! A premium property with all the reviews to confirm the beauty of Unit 1507. And to put icing on the cake, Janna, the property manager is available and so very helpful and responsive! We would return without hesitation! Everything about our stay was 5 stars.
