I loved this condo! I could hear the waves crashing all night from the master bedroom. Iys a great central location for those who want to visit all of the island by car. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if u like to walk everywhere bc there’s not a whole lot walking distance but I loved the location & the condo. Stephanie was easy to get a hold of when I had a question. We truly loved staying here & plan to again!

Wh enjoyed our stay and would return to this init specifically. The condo was well furnished with extra amenities like enough coffee pods to get started, condiments in the fridge and spices in the cupboard. The owner was at the unit just before us and bought a bottle of organic EVOO!

Thank you for being wonderfully hospitable hosts with prompt communication, fully stocked beach gear, and offering many local recommendations to make our stay in Maui so delightful. They even left a thoughtful welcome gift! The location of the accommodation is in close proximity to the beach and in a quiet, less-commercialized area. Crew Rest was a haven in the midst of the wildfires. Our prayers and hearts go out to the amazing people here pressing on and rebuilding from the devastation. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future when we return to Maui!

Crew Rest Maui was amazing! The property is located in a secluded bay that is quiet and peaceful. The ocean is right at your back door. You can see the turtles swimming right from the lanai. We walked the beach every morning. We will definitely be back!

Rented this condo and 2 others for a family vacation. It was the perfect spot. We all had so much fun. It was clean and comfortable and pretty much just as described. The condo was immaculate, and decorated very warm and beautiful. Everything you could think of wanting was supplied and then some :) Communication with the owner was great, Stephanie was very prompt and helpful. The only disappointment was that it is not actually on a beach. There is a small sandy/rocky beach area behind a nearby condo, but we did not access it. I was disappointed because I had researched many places and my #1 thing was to have easy/close access to the beach. But the ocean views made it worth it!

Crew Rest was so comfortable with beautiful views of Haleakalā and Molokini! The location is perfect, near all attractions. We enjoyed watching the sea turtles every day and even spotted a few whales even though it is a month after whale season. There is a park with a beach within a two minute walk and the Maalaea Aquarium and harbor are within a five minute walk. We spent so much time enjoying meals on the patio, we watched an amazing storm from there. The condo is well stocked, with all small appliances, dishes, glasses, silverware, cutlery, pots & pans, bakeware, food storage, paper towels; blow dryers, toiletries, bedding, towels, etc. It felt like home, but better since it’s Hawaii! There was even a nice little welcome basket. The grounds are well maintained and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend!

central location on the island. Quiet, clean condo complex with great views. The air conditioning was a plus for sleeping. I was by myself for a couple of nights before my husband arrived and I felt very safe. Easy 2 min. walk to Haycraft park/beach front. Nice pool and grill area. Great spots on the lawn to sit and enjoy the views. Really nice balcony to sit out on for meals and whale watching (during whale season)

We found the Crews Rest to be exactly as advertised, comfortable, well maintained, kitchen well equipped, and a beautiful location. The owners were quick to respond to any question and even added an air fryer because we asked if there was one. The location was perfect with beautiful views of Maalea Harbor, Molokini crater and Haleakala. It was also convenient to Kihei and a quick jaunt to most everywhere else we wanted to go. We loved the fact that the condo was in a quiet area, near the end of a dead end street.
There was actually very little we would change. It was a little disappointing that there was no direct beach access even though we were probably no more than 30 feet from the ocean but that was not a deal breaker for us. I spent every morning on the lanai with my coffee enjoying the peace and quiet waiting the next spectacular sunrise. Also, not a complaint just a statement for awareness. The kitchen is tiny so you have to get creative if you want to have two people working in the kitchen together.🤣

We took our grown kids to Maui and the Crews Rest was perfect for us. We had everything we could ever need. The view of the ocean was amazing. We loved walking on the beach from the condo and how it was centrally located on the island. The owners made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in the door!

We all had a great time at Crew Rest Maui! The location was perfect and conveniently located near every spot we explored. The condo was well equipped with plenty of beach towels and beach essentials. The lanai was perfect - the view was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed watching sunrise and sunset. Thank you for making us feel at home in YOUR home! The beds were comfortable and so was the pull out couch. If we're ever back in Maui, we will definitely stay again.

If you like things low key this is an excellent place. It doesn’t have the hustle and bustle outside your door. The condo is well stocked with all sorts of snorkeling and beach gear. Your only yards from a great beach and a heated pool really no need to go anywhere else! But if you want to go exploring it’s close to all the attractions Maui has to offer.

This condo had a lovely lanai with waterfrontage. It was well stocked with towels, coolers, beach chairs, toys and kitchen ware. Everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The A/C was a plus and the pool close by. It is only 15 minutes from the airport and close to excellent windsurfing.

We really can't say enough about our week at Crew Rest Maui. The Jeffers were wonderful to work with, they've provided everything and then some. The condo is in a fantastic location for getting around the island, but also a great place to just hang out and enjoy the beautiful weather. Watching the sun come up from the lanai was my favorite and I lingered there frequently with my book in hand. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone and we absolutely be back someday. Not soon enough, though! Thank you so much and Mahalo!

We had never been to Maui before, so we based our choice on the reviews for this property. We were NOT disappointed! It was down a quiet dead-end street that ended with a wonderful little beach access park. All the relaxation you want with full ocean views (we actually watched turtles from the balcony every day!), cool trade wind breezes that made it possible to not even turn on the AC the entire trip! It is a central location with easy access to all of the places you want to see on the island. Plenty of cool little places to eat, explore & enjoy only minutes away! We throughly enjoyed every minute of this vacation & we know we wouldn’t have had as good of a time if we hadn’t stayed here…away from the hustle & bustle of the crowds after a busy day exploring Maui! We will definitely book this property again in the future!!

Let me start of by saying if you’re deciding to go to this property, take this as a sign to GO! You will not be disappointed! We stayed a week here and after arriving quickly wished we planned for longer. This property was clean and homie fully equipped with all you will need to enjoy your stay. A kitchen filled with cookware and utensils to use on the property ( we took advantage of the grill poolside). Each room had boogie boards to use at the beach which might I add was absolutely amazing and right outside your door! Also this location is close enough to all the activities Maui has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful first time to the island we can’t wait to come back soon!!!

This was a great place to stay if you want to stay away from all the crowded places, yet you are close enough to go to all the places easily. Very clean. Has everything you would need for your stay. Amazing views and great snorkeling just outside the condo. Hosts are super nice and really quick at getting back to you. Would recommend this place for anyone to stay.

Great stay once again. Love this condo location and the room is oceanfront! Everything that you will need is at the condo just pack your beach clothes and everything else is available in the room. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of beach chairs and toys too! Great location in between Lahaina and Kihei. We had great communication with the owners and we will definitely book again,

Our family LOVED our stay at Crew Rest Maui!!! The central location of this condo is perfect, quiet and equipped with everything one would need to have an incredible time. We Loved watching the turtles right from the launi (which is immediately right insight upon opening the door)!!!! The beach is perfect for long walks, snorkeling, great shelling and practically empty!!! Listening to the waves crash at night was so soothing & the Hawaiian breezes made for such a comfortable stay, we never turned the air on despite the mid 80 degree temps. Definitely recommend a car to explore all Maui has to offer, but the condo has stores/restaurants within walking distance. A great place - we hated to leave but can’t wait to return during whale migration. Thanks for sharing your amazing condo with us!!!!

This property was everything it advertised and more! Mike and Stephanie communicated with us and provided us everything we needed from check-in to check-out. The property is located in a less touristy spot but still provides all the things you need close by. It is water front and the sights and sounds are amazing. The condo is so nicely updated but maintains an island feel. It has everything you need from sand toys to snorkels and boogie boards to Tupperware and grilling stuff. We felt so relaxed and comfortable there!
We did not use the AC because the breeze allowed for very comfortable temperatures throughout the condo. The area had a nice mix of activity and people and quiet peaceful times. Water was awesome.

What a fabulous place to stay! When you walk in the front door you can see the ocean. The unit is at the end in the corner so you have amazing views out of all of the windows. The ocean is RIGHT THERE! You can prop the front door open to enjoy the ocean breeze while maintaining privacy as no one walks by (low traffic and end unit). Lots of parking available. East contactless entry. Great location for access to all Maui has to offer. Thoughtfully set up including cold water waiting in the fridge. Comfortable, clean and everything you could hope for in a vacation accommodation.

Crew Rest Maui at the Kanai a Nalu Condos in Ma’alaea was the perfect choice for our first trip to Maui. We were centrally located to both West and South Maui and all of the other activities we wanted to do on the island. The area was quiet and peaceful, yet had several restaurants and shops at the harbor within walking distance. We were on the island with other family members who also stayed at Kanai a Nalu, and all agreed that our unit was the best of the three. From the tasteful decor, to the waterfront lanai, to the split A/C, we were very happy with our stay. If you are considering Maui and aren’t sure if you should stay west or south, this is the perfect spot in between, and Crew Rest was the perfect unit! We hope to return someday!

We spent 4 nights at Mike and Stephanie’s condo and loved every minute. There’s plenty of room (2 bathrooms, always a plus!) for a family of 4. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. It’s got amazing views from the lanai and you can’t beat falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The pool was great and never crowded, should you get tired of the beach. Mike and Stephanie have thought of every amenity to make the condo feel like home. And it was spotless on our arrival, as if we were their first guests. Easy off street parking and walking distance to a handful of restaurants, shops and mini golf. We hope to be back again! Thanks Mike & Stephanie!

The view was great! The ocean waves and sound was also amazing. She was able to get us to check in early which was awesome! Only downfall was when we did get in the housekeeper didn’t do a great job cleaning. Lots of dust and dirt on the floor. It wasn’t mopped. Didn’t need to use the AC because the weather was perfect with just the ceiling fans. Great amount of beach stuff for the kids to use and play with. We loved the location, but one thing we wished was that the people downstairs wasn’t so loud. The walls aren’t very thick. We could hear them moving furniture around every day the week we were there starting at 5am. It was horrible. They would move all the furniture around every morning and night. They had so many people downstairs that it was very loud. Other than the noisy and obnoxious people downstairs everything was great. Thank you Stephanie for everything!
