Great place to stay that is close to everything you could need. Unit has been updated and everything worked as intended. Pool was any easy walk out door and the sauna was a nice option as well. Beach is amazing!

This condo in this setting is just amazing., Just as advertised on VRBO. We fell in love with it in short order. This is probably one of the best kept up apartments we have stayed at and certainly the most well equipped. Lots of just little things we discovered to make our stay easier. Loved the little koi pool and waterfall just out the lanai door, and bbqs a few steps away that all worked perfectly.A special shout out to our hosts Linda and Brian. Very responsive often within minutes of any enquiry we made, and so helpful, we felt reassured and looked after. Thank you so much. Would without hesitation recommend this codo to any couple looking for a wonderful place to stay in Kihei.

The location is absolutely perfect! It is right on the beach. In addition, the condo was very clean, and well stocked. If we ever come back to Maui, we will definately want to stay in this comdo again. Like the description says, it is literally steps to the beach! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

This property is in amazing location just steps from the pool and beach. It has a quiet Hawaiian vibe and was ideal for needing a relaxing getaway. The Sand Witch is a cute little restaurant that caters to all types of food and drink preferences. This place is a 10 out of 10 for places to stay in Maui!

The condo was exactly as it was described on the listing on VRBO. Matter of fact, it was even better than the listing as the parking lot is steps away from the entrance to the condo, which is not mentioned in the listing. We were able to use the pool for a couple days and it was beautiful and they were doing their annual maintenance for the rest of our trip, but that just shows you how much they keep this condo and grounds beautiful and in fantastic condition. Every day the grounds crew were out working to keep things looking amazing. As far as inside the condo, you had everything you needed, from the kitchen utensils to the beach, chairs, and other accessories for the beach. As far as the beach location, it is truly steps away from the condo. The other plus to this condo is that it is centrally located to all the sites and activities that you want to do in Maui. My last comment is that the response from Linda and her Maui Manager were fantastic. Whatever questions I had were answered in a very quick and timely manner. Thank you for letting us use your condo to celebrate our 40th anniversary in Maui. You can go to Dina’s sandwitch shop and see our personal dollar bill underneath the Mahomes dollar bill. 😎😎😎

We enjoyed staying at Linda's place! The place is steps away from the quiet, Sugar Beach. The pool and hottub were nearby. The place had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler. The place had a comfortable bed and 2 flat-screen TVs. Linda was easy to communicate with and checkin/checkout was easy. We would stay here again.

The property was amazing! Usually the pictures are slightly better than the actual property but it is so much prettier in person. The location is phenomenal, close to Lahaina, wailea, and Walmart. The only Down side is sugar beach itself is very windy in the afternoons compared to some of the other beaches.

This place was meticulously clean and beautiful! The location was great and having the washing machine and the dryer in the condo was very helpful. They provided ample towels which was also great! They even provided a beach bag, beach chairs and an outdoor blanket!! How thoughtful. We were, however, very surprised that there was no shampoo in the bathroom as we didn't bring it.. and were pretty bummed about it. Other than that, it was fantastic!!

My boyfriend and I came to Maui for our first time the first week in June! We rented this condo and it was FANTASTIC! The view is absolutely incredible, the beach was so soft-perfect for those early morning walks! I loved the fish outside, too! The condo itself was very clean and had the cutest decorations! We will definitely be coming back to Maui soon and plan on booking with them again!

This was our 2nd stay at Sugar Beach, and again it exceeded our expectations. Sugar Beach is a central location, and we were able to travel easily to all our favourite spots. We went to a number of great beaches, snorkeled, fished, and were able to get a feast in at Momma’s!
I highly recommend Sugar Beach… and unit 112 was perfect!

I have stayed at Sugar Beach Resort approx 25 times over past 30 years. Every visit was wonderful and all the units I've stayed in were above expectations.
This stay in unit 112 was one of the best. Wonderfully stocked ,clean unit. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment and more.
I would definitely stay again.

With every possible amenity you could hope from a compact one bedroom, this location is outstanding. Sugar Beach is about the only beach on Maui that doesn’t require foot protection from coral or lava rocks making it ideal for afternoon swims. It’s also about midpoint on the bay reaching to Lahaina in the north and Waialea to the south. Linda the host is friendly and timely with information checkin data and has really thought of everything to make this condo one of the best on offer.

The unit is exactly as pictured! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. Most importantly everything was so clean. I usually disinfect any hotel or rental I stay in and I didn’t feel like it was necessary at all here. I loved the patio doors that opened so wide and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. My stay was amazing and I’ll definitely be on the lookout for open dates so I can come back!

I booked this condo for a friend's beachfront wedding nearby, and had an incredible stay. The listing was accurate overall and the amenities of the unit were great. The location of the unit within the complex was great, being feet from the beach, and the location of the complex itself was super convenient - just a short distance to restaurants and shops in Kihei. I'll definitely be back!

My family and I had a great stay at Sugar Beach. The location is ideal. With it being on the first floor the pool, beach and bbq’s are a very short walk away. The condo is modern and has many of the needed necessities from cooking to boogie boards for the beach. I will definitely be back and am already looking forward to it.

Planning a trip to Hawaii has always been a dream of mine. I finally was able to plan a trip at age 30. This trip had so much meaning to me and I couldn't picture it being any more perfect. My room was steps from the beach. I had an amazing view of the pool and ocean. The room was AMAZING CLEAN. I couldn't even see dirt. The condo has decor and fully furnished to make you feel like your right at home. I was completely shocked at all the beach accessories that were stowed in the bedroom closet. It really made my day on the beach! To be able to set up sun umbrella and have a cooler. I was living my best life on the beach. I'm so thankful to have found such a gem of a spot!! Loved staying on ground level. Pool and beach right outside door. Can walk beach for miles. Condo was clean and accurately described. Perfect for 2 people. Bed was super big and comfortable. Plenty of towels, beach chairs and coolers .

This stay at Sugar Beach was an answer to a prayer that I didn't know I was praying. At a point when I needed a respite from my real life, I was fortunate enough to discover this little slice of Paradise. 5 days at a lovely, fully-equipped ground level condo met my every need. You could not find a more convenient place to get away. Just steps from the pool and hot tub, and just beyond that....Sugar Beach. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and I thoroughly enjoyed being just a couple of minutes removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kihei. What a fabulous location and the best part was that the photos accurately display the condo and the surrounding area....a lovely surprise! Book this now for a wonderful experience.

This area and condo was a great place to stay. What we loved the most is the area, not to busy and seemed to be in the middle of going to each side of the island. We were within 20 - 30 minutes of going where we wanted to shopping tourist spots, beaches etc. Condo was nice and had everthing you need for your stay. We loved sitting on the lenai in the morning, and during day and nightime. WouLd definately stay again in this condo and in the area.

Great spot for a couple that wants convenient access to the pool and beach. We were there in February and the whales were very active close to the shore, right off Sugar Beach. The lanai is just a few feet from a koi pond with a waterfall. The waterfall acts as a buffer against the typical noises you hear from people around the pool, which is nice since the pool is so close. There is a decent view of the ocean from the lanai if you position yourself just right - we saw the whales from there! The condo has two nice, low beach chairs and an umbrella (which was a bit challenging to use in the windy conditions we experienced, but still a nice touch), a cooler, boogie boards, really everything you need for a beach getaway. The condo was also very clean.

The condo was the perfect headquarters for a visit to Maui. Easily accessible, of course everything is, to all of the points of interest. The condo provided a place to regroup after an excursion. A view of the Pacific from your living room is nothing to sneeze at, for sure. The staff were helpful and the condo and grounds were in immaculate condition. All in all, an excellent value.

We had a nice time in this condo. We thought it was facing directly out to the ocean but we actually looked out at the fountain. That was nice also but still like the direct view out to ocean. But if that isn't important to you this was a super nice condo. Nice upgrades and lots of amenities that were very nice. Body board, 4 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella! The king size bed was also very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home.
