The condo was clean, quiet, safe and relaxing with a super comfortable bed. Centrally located and so close for those morning walks to the beach boardwalk, bus stop around the corner and within a 5 minute walk to so many restaurants. Loved the ability to cook and eat on the lanai over looking the canal and enjoying the city views. Bonus - very good wifi, free laundry facilities, outdoor pool area with lots of lounge chairs, bbq facilities and friendly resort staff. The owners are very easy to work with, respecting your privacy but there should you have any questions. Mahalo and can’t wait to return in the new year!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean and tidy, comfortable bed and relaxing space on the lanai overlooking the river. All staff were friendly and helpful and the owner is one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure dealing with. Highly recommended.

Just perfect for our needs. It exceeded expectations. It’s small and SUPER efficient. I even had my favorite French press for coffee:) The skyline from the 19th floor balcony is breathtaking. 8 minute walk to see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton, free and right on the beach. Communication with owner was above and beyond, it’s like talking to friends. Highly recommend.

My husband and I spent 17 days at this property. It was well equipped for our needs. There was some remodeling going on in the unit above, but the owner reached out to us several times to make sure the noise wasn't an issue for us. He even arranged a quiet space in the owner's lounge for my husband. The people who work at the property are very friendly and helpful. There's a concierge who can arrange tours if you're interested. There are many washers and dryers available for free. Bed was comfortable. We closed the lanai door at night and used the AC while sleeping so noise was never an issue at night. Would stay here agai

It was just as advertised, except there was no view of the ocean. The water view was of the Alu Wai canal, and we could see mountains and the local area. Although this was a private rental, it was in the Wyndham Royal Gardens so had all those amenities. It was easy to walk to Waikiki Beach or to the bus stop. All sorts of restaurants were within a few blocks. We were not used to city noises, but since this is on the 19th floor, they did not bother us in the night. The facility was very quiet and there was little noise from the neighbors. The free laundry downstairs has plenty of machines. The pool is nice. The kitchen, though small, was very well-equipped and though the fridge is small it was plenty for a week’s stay.
We met guests who were renting a unit on the same floor as us and she said their unit had no seating and a tiny little counter top fridge-plus it was on the other side and got the hot morning sun which made sitting out for breakfast difficult.
We would rent this again if we return.

This property was very clean and quiet. The staff were very nice. It is a small walk to food, shopping and the beach. It had everything we needed for our nine day stay. We made breakfast almost every morning and ate out the rest of our meals. My only complaint would be parking. It does cost $38.00 per day which starts and ends at noon. They only take cash so come prepared. There is parking by the canal however unless your not driving good luck. So definitely plan on paying if you have a car. You have to pay to park almost everywhere. Safeway was a very short drive. We enjoyed our stay...

We loved our stay here! Here's the perks for us:
-SUPER clean (minus a few dishes and silverware, but not the host's fault)
-bigger than pictures made it seem
-great location! It was out of the super busy area of Waikiki and within walking distance to just about anything
-beautiful lanai with great views
-A/C worked great
-great communication with the hosts
-easy access to the room....no keys to remember was a huge plus!

We had a great stay here. Mike was very helpful with advice and very good with communication. The kitchenette had all the basics and was very useful for preparing meals if we chose to eat in. The view from the balcony was nice at night and the pool and laundry facilities were also great. The apartment was a great fit for our needs.

This was a lovely space! Three of us who got turned away late in the game from dorms at the university for a conference, found this space a splendid alternative. 19th flioor in big city, but still felt private and comfy. The pool is perfect temperature and all the dishes and needs are there a plenty! Thank you for hosting us. I cannot wait to return.

Nice hotel located very close to a military parking lot with a reasonable cost. Room was very comfortable and use of laundry room came with no extra charge. It was a reasonable walk to a number of our favorite places to dine such as Cheesecake Factory, P F Chang, Hard Rock Cafe, etc. Short walk to Waikiki Beach and beach where you can watch the Friday Night Fireworks behind Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Mike was the best!! Great little condo perfect for our family (2 adults and 1 kid). Place was clean with lots of amenities. Kitchen had every appliance you would need! Items for the beach (literal 5-7 min walk!!) were there as well! We recommend bringing your own beach towels or buying some when you come as there is only 1 available there for use. Wasn’t a big deal at all for us. Even some bathroom essentials available too! We had a car and paid the valet cost for the daily stay and the hotel folks were kind and accommodating as well!! All in all, we had a GREAT vacation and having the ease and comfort of this condo made the trip even better!! Also, if you stay here, sign the guest book!! It was neat to read where everyone came from before us!! Mahalo Mike for sharing your home with us!! 🤙🏽

The communication was great, the property was in a good, quiet location with everything we needed for a couple days of catching up. Easy to walk to any food or groceries from the room, and the laundry room was free and easy to use. Overall a lovely property!

We stayed here a week. Beginning to end it was a pleasant experience. 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. About 5 minutes to awesome stores and restaurants. We used Uber to further destinations.
The unit is clean and comfortable. Hosts have put thought into making their guests comfortable. I guess there were other guests on our floor but we never saw anyone. The elevator is so quick to arrive. Even though we were not technically hotel guests the hotel staff is all helpful and gracious.
The swimming pool area is very lovely. Free laundry room is a real benefit.. pack lightly and do laundry mid stay.
Walmart is a $10 Uber ride away (each way). Go there and buy your essentials (Kona coffee is about $8 less than the convenience stores). There’s are ABC convenience stores everywhere including one less than a block from hotel.
The night time view from the balcony is breathtaking…
For a couple who has simple basic needs we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Mahalo Dave!!!

Location was perfect. The apartment was comfortable, and had many amenities we didn't have the chance to use. It also had everything you need for your stay, including consumables. Everything was clean and ready. Michael was also available for anything we needed, although we didn't bother him much. I would come here again.

After the mental drain that has been the last year, I desperately needed a vacation. This place was perfect for my needs: clean, with plenty of peace and quiet, pretty views, and a great location. Everything I needed was in walking distance; I loved being able to grab a meal within minutes!
I arrived before check in time and due to Covid, the front desk was not able to hold my bags, but Mike was very responsive and got me into the room without hassle. The room was clean, exactly as pictured, and also very well stocked; the beach umbrellas was a godsend!
All in all, a great trip. Thanks for a very relaxing, healing stay!
