Beautiful property with the Hawaiian feeling and decor. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable. The area is beautiful too and made us feel special. We were thrilled to be able to walk to the cliff and enjoy a spectacular sunset.

We spent a beautiful 10 days in Kauai and at this property. House was exactly as advertised. Gorgeous backyard area, well kept and very clean. Perfect distance to Makai golf course and north beaches. Laundry area in garage was super helpful in keeping the house cool in July. AC units worked great. We absolutely loved the outdoor areas and grill or cooked dinner almost every evening. Would definitely stay here again when back on the island. Thank you!

overall this was such a great space for our group! the yard was fantastic. The only thing was there was a listing photo that looked like another attached room with a larger bed upstairs but it was just a twin bed in a closet—not a deal breaker but just something to note if you’re looking at the photos!

Very dirty rental, the kitchen was filthy! Hard to believe we were charged a cleaning fee when we had to clean it up to use it. My husband took a nasty fall as he reached for the filial (post at the end of the bed) getting up during the night and it was not attached to the bed. The BBQ was so dirty you couldn't use it. Very disappointing experience overall.

It was such a privilege to stay in the beautiful home. We felt comfortable and had everything we needed for a week with our family. It was easy to make meals in the kitchen and plenty of space to hang as a group when we were home. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends and I flew from Oahu to Kauai for a weekend staycation. This house is a perfect escape tucked into Princeville. The house is clean, backyard is beautiful, amenities are great. Comes stocked with so many things from spices to some toiletries.Messaged the owner about an Ac that had stopped working in one of the rooms and an issue with the oven but no biggie-got a super responsive and kind reply. Would definitely recommend this place and will be dreaming about returning soon!

Well-equipped home. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. We only had 6 people but could've fit 6 more! Quiet neighborhood. Loved the walk to Queen's Bath. Short drive to grocery store. Only thing we missed was the plunge pool. There were 2 hot tubs in the large backyard.

The home was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for our family. There were soo many eclectic decorations and the vibe was very warm and cozy. We had plenty of places to sleep and the ACs worked great.
The extras provided were fantastic- bikes, toiletries, basic cooking supplies (seasonings, etc.). We were also able to host a small gathering out in the big beautiful backyard.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

We all absolutely loved this cozy house. From the many gathering areas to the comfortable beds…There was plenty of space for all of us with lots to do in the area. Really enjoyed having everything we could possibly need for the beach, kitchen and an enjoyable stay. Only small thing is that bikes need some TLC. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property managers were very responsive. The house was fully-stocked with appliances, pots and pans and utensils to really be able to prepare family meals and the beach equipment (towels, umbrellas, boards, snorkel equipment, etc.) really made it so we only needed bathing suits and sunscreen! Comfortable beds and furniture too.

We had plenty of room for the four of us and then some! The amenities were fantastic and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked well and we even made a Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Plenty of beach gear, bikes, towels etc. The location was perfect for all our activities and beach locations.

The property had a lot of wonderful spaces for everyone to find a place to relax and take time to themselves when not doing family activities, and there were great gathering places for a group as well. The lanai outside the kitchen always had comfortable trade wind breezes and a great place to listen to the local songbirds. Being close to Hanalei was a bonus for shopping and beach activities. There are more private beaches close by too, but be ready to do some hiking.

The Princeville house was a lovely place to spend a week on Kauai, well equipped with everything we needed, including beach equipment! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially liked the “coffee bar” area and the two separate lanais, one of eating and one for relaxing. We would stay there again!

We were very happy with our choice. This property has everything that is noted in the description. It was relaxing and has a bunch of extra amenities. the Beach toys and 6 bikes are a huge plus and we had fun utilizing them daily. Most places on the islands (and we've been to multiple vacation rentals) don't provide these and you have to rent them for an extra fee elsewhere. This was a huge savings for us.
If you want a place that is worry free, this is the place!!!

We gathered for my sons wedding. Twenty four of us from Australia, Colorado, Vermont, Alaska, Seattle, Nevada, Montana. Between is we had 3 different lodgings. This one had everything we needed in the kitchen, at the beach, and for a family BBQ with everyone. It was excellent. The caretaker Tanya was awesome. One of the best parts of the VRBO experience is contact with a host. That is not a given anymore. So I much appreciated that part of the experience. Five star.

The neighborhood was quiet and very pretty. Many extras for fun in the sun. The only drawback was being at the top of the island and no way to get to the west side without going all the way around. There were sights to see and things to do up north too, but for 1st timers we did a lot of driving to see everything on the island.

The house is beautiful, well equipped, and comfortable for large groups. Very close to Queens bath and the backyard is amazing. Watch out for the HOA though, if you are even slightly loud past 9pm, you will get a $300 noise fine. Also the house owner wants you to wash all towels at the end of the stay, which is a bit annoying while you are trying to check out. All in all it really is an amazing property, but maybe better for more quiet/smaller groups than us

The home is very nicely equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and not the cheap stuff, all nice quality. Just like the listing say's you get the use of all the beach toy's, bikes, towels, chairs, umbrella's, coolers ect. It's all there in good condition. This is a very good feature obviously in Kauai your visiting a lot of beaches. The owner and property manager communicates very well and the seem like very caring operators. The home is very well thought out and well decorated. Literally a 2 minute walk to Queens Bath which is nice. But keep in mind your driving to all other beaches and attractions. Princeville is a great base for your stay on Kauai. Keep in mind this house has only 2 bathrooms so could be an issue for larger parties. All in all a wonderful vacation house.

Our family enjoyed staying at this wonderful, clean, and well supplied vacation home. We walked to Queen's bath almost every day. We ran the golf course trails and used the bikes in the garage. We put to use the BBQ, hot tub, kitchen, beach mats, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and surf boards. There was more than enough sleeping space. The neighbors were friendly and gave us tips on local attractions. My boys loved catching lizards and frogs outside. We would highly recommend this rental for your vacation!

Great location, Queen’s Bath entrance is just around the corner. Hideaway Bch is pretty close and walking distance as their small parking lot is always packed. Home is large enough for multiple families. Very cozy with a nice large kitchen table. The hot tub was nice and clean. Property caretaker was very helpful and just a text away. Will rent this home again!

This house was perfect for our short stay in Princeville. We loved that it was walking distance to two pretty amazing sites, Queen bath and Hideaway beach! The sunset at hideaway beach was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed a 3 night stay in this amazingly comfortable, versatile home. I say home, not house, because it felt like we were home. There are several clever sleeping nooks that can accommodate visitors in addition to the 3 bedrooms the home offers. If you don’t mind sharing a room, 12 people can sleep here! The setting is beautiful and quiet in the middle of a safe residential area. One perk that we didn’t expect was an outdoor shower! My family of 5 absolutely loved this home and would come back to stay again in a heartbeat.

The house was immaculate with everything you need for a family vacation. Plenty of towels for bathroom and beach, beach gear (chair, boozy boards, snorkel equipment, balls etc). Located in the beautiful community of Princeville surrounded by manicured lawns and near the resorts and golf course, with plenty of restaurants and mountain views to be seen. The beaches on Anini Road are pristine and a visit to Hanalei Pier a must. Although the last section of road is closed for repairs you can park and walk to watch the surfers. Cleaners promptly arrived to service the house for our departure. This house was a bargain when you consider the hotel rates in the resorts. Thank you Tanya for a wonderful stay.

Three generations of nine folks stayed in this lovely house and it worked for us all. Location is good - one can walk to Queens Bath, Hideaways Beach and Sea Lodge Beach. It is very well equipped in the kitchen and for the beach including two bicycles. It is a very pleasant environment inside and out in the spacious yard filled with lovely birds. We would happily return.

We had a great stay we only had 3 guests but it would be so fun to bring our extended family!! Hanalei Bay was cute the fish market had awesome fresh fish. Foodland is the place to shop!! We didn't get to really see queens bath it's dangerous in the winter time!!

Our family felt right at home at this home in Princeville. Quick drive to Hanalei bay which we spent most of our days on the beach and kayaking. The drive to Waimea Canyon was about 2 hours and made for a spectacular day trip. The house has all the appliances and amenities to meet your needs.
