Absolutely stunning. Very well equipped and stocked. Close to beaches and stores but so secluded that you forget where you are.
Spacious inside with massive common areas.
Pool table was a big plus for after hours entertainment. The resident cats make you feel at home.

Spacious home for a family of eight adults, plenty of room and very welcoming. Host was very helpful and communicated great!
The neighborhood is very busy but the home was very quiet. Only issue was a mini split AC in the loft area was not working and was a bit warm for the person sleeping up there.

Fleetwood Villa was the best equipped, cleanest, place we have ever stayed in. Very very comfortable. The on site owners Michael and Lauren were extremely friendly, and welcoming. We couldn’t ask for more. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. It is definitely at the top of our list for a return visit. Highly recommended!!

The "Fleetwood Villa" was very well suited to our family's needs. The front lanai has a beautiful ocean view and the backyard patio and pool are very serene and lush. The kitchen was very well stocked and useable. Our family very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of 8 (including a 1 year old). The house was perfect. The location was great! Grocery store and good local food nearby. The beach was easy and quick to get to, both on foot or by car. The house was very clean and well stocked from the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Loved the pool table and swimming pool.
The host was available for any questions. You can’t go wrong with this house. Hopefully, we will be back again.

We loved our time at the Fleetwood Villa! An amazing place for our whole family! Plenty of room, great location, beautiful views and sunsets, amazing home, awesome and fun pool/hot tub outdoor area, great hosts and all the extras you could ask for! Between the pool, hot tub, games and pool table our kids didn’t even want to leave the property! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back again someday! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Fleetwood Villa! The home was beautiful and well maintained. We had 7 adults on our vacation and the home was plenty spacious for all of us. The house was well stocked and has everything you need - from towels to kitchen supplies to beach umbrellas, it was all there. Michael and Lauren was wonderful as well - very easy to communicate with and super accommodating. Greybeard (the cat) was so sweet and greeted us daily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would easily return to stay again.

Lauren and Michael were excellent hosts. They answered all our questions and took care of any issues. The oven not working was a minor hiccup.
The view was amazing, to see whales while doing dishes is the best.
We used the recommendations on where to eat,things to do in Maui.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 young children enjoyed 9 days at the beautiful Fleetwood Villa. Very roomy, clean and well stocked. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The backyard, a peaceful oasis, was the perfect place to relax after mornings at the beach and sunsets and rainbows on the front lanai were heavenly. Close to several beaches. Napili Bay is a 6 minute walk away (although not child-friendly as there is no sidewalk). Lots of good restaurants and grocery stores close by. Lauren and Michael were the perfect hosts. We'll be back!

Loved “The Fleetwood Villa was a stunning , relaxing home for life long friends to enjoy Maui for the week! As 4 couples we truly enjoyed the privacy & comfort this spacious home offered. Everything you could want in a rental home, this home had. From central AC to a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs, boogie boards & coolers. It is truly set up as a home away from home! We loved preparing countless meals in the gourmet kitchen or BBQing in the lush backyard. The secluded pool & spa was a great way to unwind & reconnect at the end of each day with Hawaiian music playing through the outdoor speakers but you must be inside by 9 pm due to neighbors so if u are late owls you will need to go inside after 9. The balcony and loft offered great sunset views & the convenience of being so close to world renowned beaches & golf at nearby Kapulua & Napili made this home the ideal location! We truly felt like Rockstars & look forward to our next stay here! “

Michael and Lauren were great, and the property was as listed. It was well appointed, very comfortable for the 7 of us, and allowed us to enjoy Hawaii without being in the middle of resort. The onsite pool/hot tub allowed us to cool off and the kids to play without the stress of packing up to go the pool or to the beach. We had a great stay.

Wonderful place to have a home away from home it had that tropical jungle feeling in back yard. Loved the resident cat she was so friendly but never bothered you. Liked everything except drive way. Someone hit us while we were pulling out tore front end of car off you can not see either way you just have to take your chances pulling out

We loved our vacation at Fleetwood Villa, a perfect home for our family of ten. Great amenities, everything you can imagine is provided including beach items (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, sand toys etc.). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was supplied with everything you might need and the sound system throughout the house was an added bonus.
Our grandchildren thought they were in the middle of a jungle with the privacy of the back yard, they loved coming back from the beach and jumping into the pool and hot tub. The adults enjoyed challenging each other around the pool table in the evenings.
The front Lanai was perfect for whale watching and beautiful sunsets, the covered Lanai in the back offered shade for evening meals.
Communication with Lauren and Michael was great, they quickly answered any question or concern. Fleetwood Villa far exceeded our expectations for a most memorable family vacation.

The Fleetwood Villa was everything we hoped it would be and more. There was plenty of space to spread out inside and out. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the pool table where we spent many hours having fun. I have never stayed at a rental property that was so well equipped - my favorite were the Neutrogena make-up removal packets in each bathroom. It was clean with white comfy blankets, sheets & towels. Lauren & Michael were available whenever we had a question and took care to make sure our stay was perfect. Thanks so much and I hope we make it back some day!!

Pictures say a thousand words and with this home they only tell half the story. Such a beautiful time for our family to celebrate several occasions, birthday and anniversary. The regularly schedule maintenance ie pool and gardens shows how cared for this home is. So many home touches such as wonderful cookbooks, beach/pool toys, Hawaiian Malie bath products, to a great sound system. Had a private chef for the birthday girl which was a fantastic treat. Only one complaint, we left too soon. :). Whale season next time.

Love the history (of course). Clean, great indoor, outdoor and beach amenities. Responsive owners and a very professional electronic guide to all things that are the house and the local area. Loved the house, the choice of outside or inside for eating, pool, hot tub, set up of house were all great. Owners were very responsive. Pool table was lots of fun. Very well equipped for beach, pool, cooking.

First of all, the host Lauren & Micheal are great.They help us get set up with what ever we needed. Gave us some recommendations for snorkel equipment etc. The house was amazing, the view off the front deck every morning with my cup of coffee. Inside we had plenty of room everyone had their own bedroom. Very comfortable beds, the pool area and out door seating was great for family discussion to talk about the day. Location right down the street from some very nice beaches, short drive to front Street. Overall 5+ stars. We will be back.

This is a gorgeous property, and the backyard is amazing! We always book properties with private pools for the kids and this one was one of the nicest ones we’ve experienced. Our kids had the best time in the pool!
However, they have “one of those” neighbors who complain any chance they get. If you don’t make a peep before 8am / after 9pm, you should be good. Also, only 2 full baths and a bit far from everything.
Michael was also very pleasant to work with.

Fleetwood Villa was a fabulous home for our family of 6 adults and 5 children (two of which were 15 months old). It was the perfect sanctuary for 7 days, with ALL the amenities you would ever need. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything for the pool, spa and beach were provided. The bath amenities were super. Lauren and Michael were on holiday, but their vacation relief, Ray, was great. Communication with Lauren, Michael and Ray was wonderful. Can’t say enough about Fleetwood Villa and the plan is to return soon one day.

We stayed at Fleetwood Villa for 10 days. We had some small initial hiccups but Lauren and Michael responded quickly to our needs. The beds were very comfortable, ample kitchen supplies to cook at home, a fantastic sound system zoned throughout the house, and the outdoor area was extremely private. We would defiantly stay here again. A fantastic way to experience Maui !
