We had a great experience staying at this property. There was an unforeseen issue about the fire alarm battery running out causing it to beep continuously on the first day. Roger was very easy to reach and he ensured that the issue was fixed promptly. The rest of the stay was perfect, would totally book again!

This is probably the best location in the Kihei Bay Surf complex. Lanai is always shady which allows the unit to stay cool all day. We never needed to use the A/C and only used the ceiling fans when we came home in the evening. Whenever we’re in a studio suite I always worry about refrigerator noise keeping me up at night, but this fridge was so quiet and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We slept until the roosters crowed every night. TV has a ton of channels and internet was great. Kitchen appliances and utensils were great as well. Thanks Roger and Olive!

online pictures are accurate, looks just as it does in description. Is located directly across from the beach with a convenient crosswalk for easy street crossing. Literally 1 minute walk or less and you are on the beach. The turtle sanctuary is an added bonus, you are guaranteed to see the turtles everyday.
Condo entry was easy, detailed instructions that were easy to follow were provided and owners were terrific regarding communication, fast response time. It was clean and spacious, we lived very comfortably for the week we stayed. Bed comfortable and loved how kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need for cooking and more!
There was a nice welcoming basket when we arrived, which was very nice and just a few mile drive to grocery stores, an array of shops, and more amazing beaches all one the same road along the beach.
For an amazing breakfast the Kehei Cafe is
the best and has so many options.
Hot tub felt slightly cool, laundry facilities are under repair and a few things were missing like boogie boards and beach umbrella, but none of but those were minor things and I am not complaining.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!!

This is such a nice condominium in an excellent location. This place was in a great area for exploring the island, the drive from the airport wasn’t too long, and there is a nice park/beach right across the street. The facility’s pool was also clean and well maintained. Roger the host was really nice and easy to communicate with. You can tell that the hosts really care about this condo and that they are good people. This place is a wonderful value for those of us that get to stay here. As a person who’s body temperature runs higher than almost anyone, my biggest concern (based on other’s reviews and all time high world temps) was with the air conditioner. Overall, I’d say the A/C performed adequately for me so it’s probably excellent for normal people who don’t run so hot. I highly recommend this place and didn’t want to leave.

Great location, we loved being steps away from the beach and being able to watch the turtles each sunrise and sunset. Only a 15-20 min walk to town with lots of great food options. Great and easy location to explore the rest of the island as well. The road to Hana is a must - we would definitely recommend and be back one day - thank you!

The Condo was clean no bugs. We had everything we needed and more. A nice gift basked on arrival, with coffee, chips, cookies and chocolates. We could open up the deck doors and the entrance door and let the breeze flow through, no need for the AC. We had no communication with the Property manager to rate.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted with a welcome basket of coffee, cookies, candy, and chips. Also, the location is great. Our only disappointment was that the air conditioning barely worked. We used 3 ceiling fans, 2 floor fans, and a window air conditioner and it was still uncomfortably warm inside.

My husband and I stayed in this property to attend a wedding in Kihei. The place had everything we needed and the host even got snacks when we checked-in! The location is close to a lot of amenities as well. The pool is maintained and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

This place was very cute and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and so was the sofa mattress. It was perfect for three people especially if all you need is to shower and sleep. The studio was very clean and well equipped. They even provided little snacks and chocolates! Everything you needed for the beach was there. There was an umbrella that worked (but had holes), beach towels, extra linens, two beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and a cooler. The only negative thing that I can say was that you could hardly feel the AC no matter how long it was running. We appreciated that there were two fans in the studio that made a nice breeze so thankfully 2/3 of us could still sleep comfortably. My husband’s blood runs hot and he had a hard time sleeping due to that. I don’t know if I would rebook due to that since it would get hot in the room. Overall I would recommend if you are okay with that. The fans worked for me and my brother who was with me. With prices as high as they are in Maui, we were happy to find a vacation rental that was reasonable especially since we were going to spend the majority of the time exploring. The location was great also. Right across the beach and the sunsets are spectacular.

The unit had lots of little extras like beach gear and a lovely welcome basket of Hawaii snacks. Great location with easy beach access. Across the street is a 400 year old royal ocean fish pond where we saw sea turtles every morning Roger and olive were great in communication.

I want to start by saying that I have been coming to Hawaii my whole life. But due to Covid and living with high risk people I put travel on pause. I work from home and have been homeschooling my child so we never leave the house. Then travel became possible again. One day I was playing around on Expedia with no plans to go anywhere. I was just curious. I found the best price I’ve found in years. I decided that even if we have to wear two masks, we are going. Roger and Olive did not disappoint. Every question we had they responded within 10 minutes. I am a budget traveler and I usually pack spices and condiments beforehand. Do yourself a favor and ask what’s in the fridge first. Because not only to they have a fully stocked kitchen, there are spices, condiments and detergent provided as well. I strongly suggest you ask all the questions you can because no one ever does this and had I known I would have packed less. Beach chairs and umbrella were also available and the room was very clean. There’s also an ice chest and body boards. As soon as you walk off the property you can cross the street directly to beach access which was nice for sunsets. I am beyond grateful for the affordable price that finally got us out of the house and back to paradise. I can’t say enough good things.

Roger & Olive were great hosts just as their condo made for a great stay in Kihei! You really can’t ask for much more. They have thought of everything you’d need for a perfect stay on Maui. Beach gear/snorkel equipment is provided in the unit as well as a fully stocked bathroom and kitchen. The lanai is peaceful in the morning with partial views of Haleakala and the pool and hot tub are a nice touch when the sun goes down. You’re right across the street from the beach and can get to all the key places on island within 30-40 minutes. Also something that isn’t always guaranteed in Hawaii, air conditioning and plenty of fans! Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

The condo is very clean and obviously well kept. It was the perfect size for my husband, infant, and I. It has all the amenities you might need including all beach gear. Very easy check in process with clear instructions from owners. Great communication with owners with prompt responses. Perfect location for us as we like to spend time on both sides of the island and it is pretty central. Definitely would stay here again.

Beach was right across the street! We were not far from town. But in Maui, I’ve learned that nothing is really far. We didn’t have WiFi but I’m sure owner will fix it. I’d check on it if you really need it. The AC was not a powerful window unit but I’m from Arizona so I’m used to good AC! I appreciate all the beach items provided, full kitchen and welcome snacks with coffee! Great price! I would stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay at this studio, which was the perfect size for me and my husband. There are high ceilings which make the space feel bigger than it is. We were grateful to have an AC unit because it was pretty toasty when we went. Well-stocked kitchen was convenient to make simple breakfasts, and the coffee they provided was excellent. It was nice to have a small dining table in case we wanted to have meals at home. No smart TV, but there's cable and you're out most of the day anyways. Make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner because the sizes provided are miniature compared to the single-use bottles, and it's expensive to buy them there. Beach towels were well-stocked, and we made good use to the cooler provided. The umbrella is worn-out and not wind resistant at all, so that was the only downside of the large inventory of beach supplies provided.
The location is right across the street from a beach where many turtles sunbathe on the rocks. It's also just a few minutes drive from Coconut's Fish Cafe (fish tacos), Nalu's South Shore Grill (malasadas and corn flake french toast), Peace Love Shave Ice (we honestly liked this more than the famous Ululani's), the Kihei Food Truck Court (had the best breaded fish tacos and fish and chips at Da Nani Pirates). We underestimated the food experience in Kihei. A little pricey, but when on vacation, it's time to splurge.

Aloha! Had a wonderful stay at the Jones’ condo for our vacation! The kitchen had everything needed to make homemade loco mocos to upside-down pineapple cake! The best thing of all is location, location, location! Location was right across a small beach with an extraordinary view of west Maui. Local grocery stores were less than 8 minutes away with many popular dining establishments in the same proximity. If you are doing the road to Hana or going to Haleakala crater, staying in their condo shortens the time by half an hour compared to staying in west Maui. The only downside was that they were resurfacing the pool/bbq area 3 of 6 days for my stay; however, why use the pool when there are dozens of beaches to visit? Thank you for being a gracious host with prompt and detailed communication. Hope to visit again soon!

We are a retired couple and this was our first trip to the islands. We couldn't be more pleased about having chosen this condo! The price was very reasonable and the location was nearly perfect. The beach was reached by just crossing the street.
The instructions that were emailed to us re: check-in were clear and concise. The condo was well-stocked (with even a small container of laundry soap for the onsite washers/dryers). I might attach directions to the laundry on the key because it was a little hard to find the first time.
There are two gas grills located near the pool if you feel like having BBQ. During our stay, we saw staff cleaning them both very thoroughly. This unit overlooked the pool, which was cleaned each morning by staff.
We saw beautiful sunsets from the second floor balcony and enjoyed having our breakfasts there.
Roger was very responsive and helpful in getting a problem with the TV taken care of in a timely fashion.
If we come back to Maui in the future, we both agreed we would stay in this "clean and cozy condo!"
