A shared laundry facility is on the property. A code to enter is required. Free parking is steps from the front door. Guest parking is readily available. There is no resort fee. Some beach equipment is available for use.

This is one of the few locations that guests can enjoy without a car. There is a bus stop within one block from unit. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. High end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts. This unit is located just off the ocean. (150 yards). There is a small resort on the ocean front.

This complex is adjacent to the newly paved, oceanfront biking and walking path. The path runs for miles in either direction. There is a very short section to the east that will not be completed until sometime in 1st qtr of 2022. Bike rental and e-bike rental is available nearby.

This is a small complex of 24 units called Village Manor. There are high-end resorts on either side of the complex. Those resorts have public access to beach, but the new paved walking path to the beach is just steps away.
