We had a great long weekend staying at this unit. In a great location. A short walk to the beach via great paved walking/bike trail. Walking distance to Kenji a yummy burger stop. Always a spot to park our rental car in front of the bldg. Decent little kitchen for our morning coffee and breakfast.

My adult son and I loved this cute condo. We were greeted daily by a friendly calico cat who would sleep on our front lanai. Thank you for an abundance of hangers! We had plenty of bath towels, but could have used more wash cloths and hand towels. This condo was very clean and well kept. With the louvered windows in the bedrooms and half bath and front & back doors open we had a nice cross breeze. The overhead fans in both bedrooms and the living room also helped. The beds were comfortable. There were large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. A good number of spices plus salt and pepper were present. There was no cling wrap or aluminum, but we picked up a box of gallon sized Ziploc bags and left the remainder of the box for the next tenants. All in all we LOVED this place and highly recommend it.

Cute little apartment in a good spot. Several food places nearby, very close to a grocery store, nice little path leads to the beach. Comes equipped with beach gear like towels and chairs. Unfortunately there was no way to drown out outside noise so we were woken up by roosters very early every morning, but that's okay. Everything was clean, it was nice to have two restrooms. Check in and out was very easy and the hosts were easily communicative. I would definitely stay here again :)

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay here ! It was conveniently located near a Safeway and all kitchenware was clean and like new. Hosts provided everything we needed and gave very detailed explanations for all amenities. We stayed here first week of May and had good weather. The artic coolers helped a bit with the humidity. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great location with some ocean view- walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. This place has everything we needed and then some! We enjoyed sitting on the back lanai drinking coffee while watching the sunrise. Looking forward to a return visit.

A lovely two bedroom condo which is a two minute walk to the ocean. It's a block off of the highway which makes for very easy access yet far enough away to not hear traffic.
The neighbors were nice and quiet.
The condo is clean and nicely appointed, including all the kitchen utensils and dishes you might need.
Located on the outskirts of Kapa'a it's a fairly quick drive to the north and south sides of the island.
On a side note, the morning we were checking out, our flight was cancelled and we had to scramble to find a place to stay an extra night. I alerted Donna the property manager and though our place was already booked for that day she scrambled tomtry and find us another place to stay. That was going above and beyond and i thank her for that.
Will stay there again if given the chance!

We had a very nice stay at the condo. The condo was very clean and in a nice location. It was walking distance to the beach. It was also walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. We also used the public bus which has a bus stop quite close. We used the bus system to go to the trailhead for the Ho’opi’i Falls. We loved the restaurant down the street called Lemongrass Seafood & Bar. We also really liked the restaurant Bullshed which is right next door. There is a nice bike and walk path by the ocean. There were beach chairs and beach towels to use which is always a bonus. Be aware that you will be woken up to roosters crowing which are everywhere. We had a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean and quiet. When booking for accommodations, we looked at locations (with kitchen) where there are the convenience of nearby shops for groceries and other sundries. This unit worked well for us. Their pre-check-in information about the unit and their policies was clear to read. Communications with the property management was very good. There was a minor concern which was addressed quickly. The unit was equipped with the necessary materials for a travelling family to be able to prepare and enjoy meals. Beach equipment such as fins and snorkeling gear for renter's use was a surprise to us even though we brought our own. We would come back to this place.

Overall we’d say that the listing was accurate; however, it was much more about the aesthetics than comfort and functionality.
Negatives:
The little ac units and other plug-in fans were very dirty so we opted to not use them, which meant we spent the whole trip with a warm and muggy apartment. Everything looks very nice but the functionality and practicality of the setup just didn’t work well for us. I didn’t find the couch comfortable to sit on for too long, the seats out front aren’t comfortable, the beds were much too soft and clearly needed to be flipped/rotated, and the back porch chairs were fine assuming they weren’t soaking wet. There’s really no good place to sit and eat since we didn’t find those bar stools to be comfortable. The Wi-Fi instructions didn’t seem to be totally accurate- the primary Wi-Fi never even comes up on the list to connect to it. My husband was very frustrated to find out that we couldn’t grill at all either, and the last thing we wanted to do was heat the house more with turning the stove or oven on. Lastly, the bathrooms both had issues. The half bath’s fan didn’t work so you had to leave the window open, and the full bath’s fan only runs if you have the light on too so that was annoying. The shower curtain setup was also pretty annoying - the rod is on backwards so when moving the curtain back and forth the rings would catch, fall off and come completely out of the curtain, and it looks like someone cut up the liner so there’s only half a liner. Our one attempt to let the owner know about some of the things that weren’t working didn’t get answered until the day before we left either so that was frustrating.
Positives:
It’s a somewhat quiet spot although the fire department near by seemed to get called pretty frequently. We liked how close we were to lots of restaurants and shops if we wanted to walk or just take a short drive. The beach that’s right there isn’t a very good one for laying out on or snorkeling in the waters so we usually drove to the south end of the island to do those things, but the fact that this place is kind of central it was easy to head either north or south each day to do things.
In the end, we wouldn’t stay here again and probably wouldn’t recommend it to friends.

This was a great place for me to stay with my 7-year-old son and husband. Enjoyed having a full unit to ourselves. It was very quiet and relaxing (apart from the roosters, which are everywhere in Kauai). The kitchen was well-appointed, which was great for staying in for meals. This place has a supermarket, Starbucks, wine store and the beach all within a few minutes walk. The host was quick to get back to us with any queries.

We loved our stay here. Kitchen was well stocked, towels & sheets great, everything clean. We liked that there were only a few apartments in the block so the noise from neighbors was nonexistent. The only thing we didn't like was that the roosters started crowing early in the morning so we put in earplugs which helped. They are all over the island so probably most places have this problem. We would stay there again.

This space was perfect for us and our toddler. The perfect amount of space and amenities, and amazing access to the beautiful beach. We loved seeing the ocean through the trees while eating breakfast and listening to the waves at night. The unit had everything we needed! Will be be recommending this place to friends.

Had a great time on Kauai and staying at the property. Great location near shopping (walking) and easy access throughout the island. Access to the water was great and provided the opportunity to watch the sunrise. The space is very well maintained and has all the basic amenities. Donna was amazing to work with - very responsive, helpful, and very easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond to help us. Throughly enjoyed the stay and look forward to being back!

Our family had a great experience staying at your condo. We had everything we could need and the location was perfect. The only thing was not being able to see the parking space numbers so we just found an unmarked spot. There was always plenty of parking so that was not an issue. We look forward to renting your condo again for our next visit.

Great condo just steps from the beach and centrally located. The fans and windows were perfect to keep a breeze rolling through. Tons of amenities given (kitchen utensils, beach chairs, snorkel sets, umbrellas, towels). Only downside was that the TV doesn't really work in the bedroom (super glitchy) and the back door doesn't lock which wasn't much of a problem because of the nice neighbors around us. Overall great stay, we'll definitely stay again when we return.

This property was great for us four explorers! It had lots of beach accessories, close to the beach and stores. We were worried about only having one and a half bathrooms for 4 adults but it worked out perfectly. The laundry facility is really close which was nice, but they don’t have a coin machine in there so bring quarters with you!

This rental was in a convenient location on the island and provided a nice and inexpensive option for our stay. It is a 2 min walk to the ocean front / beach and can be seen slightly from the room. It was comfortable and clean and the owners were great at communicating promptly when needed.

Donna’s place is very clean, well maintained and has all the essentials needed for a clean, comfortable stay.
You can hear sound of the ocean in one of the bedrooms and the breeze was great. Roosters that are everywhere else on the island are around here too and definitely make themselves known.
Kids really enjoyed streaming their favorite videos when it was raining out. That was a nice touch.
Location is by the ocean, less than a mile from many good eats. I would certainly consider Donna’s place for our next visit to Kauai.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. Great to have 2 bedrooms. As others have noted, it's 1.5 bathrooms not 2 full bathrooms as stated in the listing.
Communication wasn't amazing, but the issue we had was resolved reasonably quickly.
The details on this listing and in the book at the property are very out of date regarding the path to the beach, its an easy walk along the bike path, great place to watch the sunrise.
If you like cats there are two that hang about in the parking lot that are very friendly named Spike (Tabby) and Cali (Calico). The neighbor told me they are aged 20 and 15 respectively.

We had a great experience. Donna was responsive and even got a brand new tv when the living room one stopped working. My kids enjoyed being able to watch Netflix in the evenings. The location is great-central to pretty much everything. There are plenty of fans-we were never uncomfortable. I do recommend earplugs for the roosters-Longs Drugs sold some that worked well. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place for the price!

The unit itself was as advertised, was neat, clean and very livable. The location is great. Unfortunately, the bike path, I think, was being worked on. We discovered that if you stayed around you were bombarded with very loud construction noise right outside. We tried not to be there then. All that is not the owner's or property mgr fault. We never had reason to contact the prop mgr so can't comment on that. We were very happy with our accommodations.

Clean, spacious, and very well thought out. The shampoo and conditioner were high quality, beach mats and boogie boards provided, and there was even ice made in the freezer. Highly recommend.

This condo was close to several restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Great if you don’t want to drive everywhere! We loved that the condo had beach essentials- like an umbrella and chairs. Very nice overall!
