Upscale, very clean. Comfortable beds and good bath/shower combinations. Resort was nice but minimal, No onsite breakfast and lunch options. Restaurant for diner is oceanside!

It is beautiful. We had some issues but they were quickly addressed and fixed.
The only other issue would be the bed in the master bedroom (the room that has an opening from the bedroom to the bathroom) is extremely uncomfortable. A quick fix would be to just put a comfy mattress pad on there.
And the other room, the shower started getting moldy on the shower floor & we kept having to scrub it daily.
Location is really nice.

We loved this property. Big pools with waterfalls, awesome on site restaurant, quiet. Unit has two on suite bedrooms with comfortable king beds. Beach chairs, coolers, kids toys and some snorkel gear. Groceries and Starbucks across the street. Had a wonderful time celebrating an anniversary and graduation!

Highly recommend! We had 5 adult couples total in both sister units. We have plenty of room. Units are nicely decorated and have awesome ocean views looking over the pool area. King size beds were very comfortable and both on suite bathrooms were very spacious. Plenty of dishes, towels, coolers and beach toys for use in the unit.
The property is well maintained. We utilized the grills which are cleaned daily as well as the pool and hot tubs. Pool water was cooler so we spent most of the time in the hot tub.
Location is great. You can walk to the grocery store and many local restaurants. Others are just a short drive away.

Everything was Absolutely wonderful !!! The location on the east side of island was perfect for reaching all areas of the island. The property is beautifully landscaped, great pool and lovely beach decor. It is very clean, very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and even some beach gear.
We are a party of 2 adult couples and loved the privacy of separated bedrooms.

We had a great stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. My family of 6 really enjoyed our time there. It was our first time on the Island of Kauai. The apartment was beautiful and had a great view of the beach and pool. It was clean and well appointed. My 4 children aged 18-12 really loved the pool. The resort was centrally located close to great restaurants and a Safeway! The apartment was big enough for 6 the pullout sofa was very comfortable. We do hope to return again! Thank you.

Wonderful unit on a great property. Super clean, great views (we saw whales) and the pool has slides, a baby beach, multiple spas and a winding river. Beach is rocky, but shallow, so with reef shoes and masks (all provided in the unit) you can do some underwater exploring. There’s a Safeway, an arcade, Panda, ice cream shop, shave ice and other restaurants are right across the street. The property has ample parking, it’s free, and it’s very easy to get in and out. The owner is great and was very accessible during our stay which was over the holidays. If you don’t enjoy yourself here, you’re probably not going to be happy anywhere.

We had a wonderful stay, condo was fully equipped with beach accessories, toys, and a pack n play which was perfect for our family. Check in process was a breeze. Some of the furnishings were well used and outdated but it did not bother us. The location of the condo was great for watching the morning sunrise. Would stay there again!

Lori’s place is great! Great view, great location, great pool, nice beach. You can swim at the beach if you wear reef shoes, which they have in the condo. Pool slide fun!
Try lava lava beach club for food and a great time. Oasis restaurant on property has a great view but just ok food.
Condo could use a bit of an update, but we loved it anyway. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

My husband and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary and stayed there along with our son, daughter-in-law and 4 year old granddaughter. The grounds were beautiful and the pool area was amazing! Our granddaughter loved the pool, especially the water slides and the little beach.
The resort itself was right across the street from a wonderful shopping strip where we were able to buy groceries, enjoy coffee and even some wonderful shave ice!
The unit was roomy and had a wonderful view, especially in the evening when the tiki torches around the pool were lit. The spaces were very roomy and the unit was well equipped. The not so good: the hallway rugs in the building were very worn out and the unit itself was a little dated.
Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The property served my family of 4 while very well while visiting and exploring Kauai. The property is well equipped and conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The lazy River / pools and hot tub was fun for the kids especially after exploring the island on our daily excursions to area beaches and attractions.the hosts communicated very well and also provided tips and recommendations for things to do while visiting. We had a great stay.

This condo is beautiful and comfortable. In addition to amenities at the resort they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and toys for your trips to other beaches on the island. The kitchen has everything and there are nice grills pool side that we used. The hot tubs are amazing especially after a day of hiking! I highly recommend this unit!

Great condo with wonderful views. Building itself has some wear and tear but the individual condo we stayed in was well maintained. Recommend dining at oasis and renting a car to explore the island.

This is an absolutely gorgeous location and this unit is perfectly situated for amazing views, easy pool and beach access and convenient drive to everything Kauai has to offer. The unit was perfect; everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. We will be back!!

This condo looked better in person than the pictures.
The view from the lanai’s, there are 3, we could see the shimmering pool overlooking the beach. Beautiful!
The condo was very clean, comfortable beds, nice furniture and a well appointed kitchen.
We really enjoyed our time at the pool as well. Snake shaped pool with two waterslides and a couple of waterfalls. The oasis restaurant on the beach on the property of the resort is fantastic and overlooks the beach. We ate there often and now you can order takeout and take it with you to the pool or the beach. Fantastic!
There is a spa downstairs that rents bike cruiser so you can take a trail that goes about 12 miles round-trip. I also had a massage on the beach and that was glorious!
I highly recommend this condo and this resort.
Next time I’m in Kauai we will most likely be staying here!

The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The condo was in great condition and clean. The kids loved the pool slide and the sand pool. We did rent a car for a couple of days to get to the more swimmable beaches on the other side of the island. Overall fantastic vacation and property.

We had a wonderful time at the unit. Despite a few minor glitches (of which the owner responded IMMEDIATELY) the unit was perfect for our family of 5. We had ample beach gear to explore the island, snorkel, and beach hop. The kitchen was great and well stocked with what we needed. We put the washer/dryer to good use — especially on the Kauai ATV tour — Concierge on premises hooked us up with last minute reservations!! The view from the unit was spectacular and the amenities, from the spa to the pool, were fantastic! It was the perfect stay for the last leg of our Hawaiian trip.

My family and I island hopped, first going to the Big Island and then to Maui. Kauai was our last stop, and I was ready to relax, after spending time on both the other island preparing for COVID testing, etc. This property and unit were PERFECT! The unit was tastefully decorated and contained all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. Beds were comfortable, and the view was terrific. We slept several nights with the glass sliding doors open and the A/C off so we could listen to the sound of the waves. Property is well maintained, pool was a blast, restaurant was outstanding, staff was super friendly..... I highly recommend this property and unit! We'll be back!
