We had a wonderful stay! The pools and slides were a big hit with our kids. Always plenty of seats by the pool and not the rush to claim chairs like other places we have been. Our kids had so much fun with the boogie boards at Lydgate Beach, which was very close and my husband and I appreciated the provided beach chairs. Condo was very nice and clean with an amazing sunrise view. Great location! We will be back for a longer stay next time!

The condo and resort were absolutely lovely and had many amenities. The location made it easy to travel to anywhere on Kauai. The pool and beach were so close and fun. Communication with the hosts was easy and very quick. I would be very happy to book this condo for a future vacation.

It is beautiful. We had some issues but they were quickly addressed and fixed.
The only other issue would be the bed in the master bedroom (the room that has an opening from the bedroom to the bathroom) is extremely uncomfortable. A quick fix would be to just put a comfy mattress pad on there.
And the other room, the shower started getting moldy on the shower floor & we kept having to scrub it daily.

We loved this property. Big pools with waterfalls, awesome on site restaurant, quiet. Unit has two on suite bedrooms with comfortable king beds. Beach chairs, coolers, kids toys and some snorkel gear. Groceries and Starbucks across the street. Had a wonderful time celebrating an anniversary and graduation!

Highly recommend! We had 5 adult couples total in both sister units. We have plenty of room. Units are nicely decorated and have awesome ocean views looking over the pool area. King size beds were very comfortable and both on suite bathrooms were very spacious. Plenty of dishes, towels, coolers and beach toys for use in the unit.
The property is well maintained. We utilized the grills which are cleaned daily as well as the pool and hot tubs. Pool water was cooler so we spent most of the time in the hot tub.
Location is great. You can walk to the grocery store and many local restaurants. Others are just a short drive away.

Everything was Absolutely wonderful !!! The location on the east side of island was perfect for reaching all areas of the island. The property is beautifully landscaped, great pool and lovely beach decor. It is very clean, very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and even some beach gear.
We are a party of 2 adult couples and loved the privacy of separated bedrooms.

We had a great stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. My family of 6 really enjoyed our time there. It was our first time on the Island of Kauai. The apartment was beautiful and had a great view of the beach and pool. It was clean and well appointed. My 4 children aged 18-12 really loved the pool. The resort was centrally located close to great restaurants and a Safeway! The apartment was big enough for 6 the pullout sofa was very comfortable. We do hope to return again! Thank you.

Wonderful unit on a great property. Super clean, great views (we saw whales) and the pool has slides, a baby beach, multiple spas and a winding river. Beach is rocky, but shallow, so with reef shoes and masks (all provided in the unit) you can do some underwater exploring. There’s a Safeway, an arcade, Panda, ice cream shop, shave ice and other restaurants are right across the street. The property has ample parking, it’s free, and it’s very easy to get in and out. The owner is great and was very accessible during our stay which was over the holidays. If you don’t enjoy yourself here, you’re probably not going to be happy anywhere.

We had a wonderful stay, condo was fully equipped with beach accessories, toys, and a pack n play which was perfect for our family. Check in process was a breeze. Some of the furnishings were well used and outdated but it did not bother us. The location of the condo was great for watching the morning sunrise. Would stay there again!

Lori’s place is great! Great view, great location, great pool, nice beach. You can swim at the beach if you wear reef shoes, which they have in the condo. Pool slide fun!
Try lava lava beach club for food and a great time. Oasis restaurant on property has a great view but just ok food.
Condo could use a bit of an update, but we loved it anyway. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

My husband and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary and stayed there along with our son, daughter-in-law and 4 year old granddaughter. The grounds were beautiful and the pool area was amazing! Our granddaughter loved the pool, especially the water slides and the little beach.
The resort itself was right across the street from a wonderful shopping strip where we were able to buy groceries, enjoy coffee and even some wonderful shave ice!
The unit was roomy and had a wonderful view, especially in the evening when the tiki torches around the pool were lit. The spaces were very roomy and the unit was well equipped. The not so good: the hallway rugs in the building were very worn out and the unit itself was a little dated.
Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The property served my family of 4 while very well while visiting and exploring Kauai. The property is well equipped and conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The lazy River / pools and hot tub was fun for the kids especially after exploring the island on our daily excursions to area beaches and attractions.the hosts communicated very well and also provided tips and recommendations for things to do while visiting. We had a great stay.

This condo is beautiful and comfortable. In addition to amenities at the resort they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and toys for your trips to other beaches on the island. The kitchen has everything and there are nice grills pool side that we used. The hot tubs are amazing especially after a day of hiking! I highly recommend this unit!

This condo looked better in person than the pictures.
The view from the lanai’s, there are 3, we could see the shimmering pool overlooking the beach. Beautiful!
The condo was very clean, comfortable beds, nice furniture and a well appointed kitchen.
We really enjoyed our time at the pool as well. Snake shaped pool with two waterslides and a couple of waterfalls. The oasis restaurant on the beach on the property of the resort is fantastic and overlooks the beach. We ate there often and now you can order takeout and take it with you to the pool or the beach. Fantastic!
There is a spa downstairs that rents bike cruiser so you can take a trail that goes about 12 miles round-trip. I also had a massage on the beach and that was glorious!
I highly recommend this condo and this resort.
Next time I’m in Kauai we will most likely be staying here!

The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The condo was in great condition and clean. The kids loved the pool slide and the sand pool. We did rent a car for a couple of days to get to the more swimmable beaches on the other side of the island. Overall fantastic vacation and property.

We had a wonderful time at the unit. Despite a few minor glitches (of which the owner responded IMMEDIATELY) the unit was perfect for our family of 5. We had ample beach gear to explore the island, snorkel, and beach hop. The kitchen was great and well stocked with what we needed. We put the washer/dryer to good use — especially on the Kauai ATV tour — Concierge on premises hooked us up with last minute reservations!! The view from the unit was spectacular and the amenities, from the spa to the pool, were fantastic! It was the perfect stay for the last leg of our Hawaiian trip.

My family and I island hopped, first going to the Big Island and then to Maui. Kauai was our last stop, and I was ready to relax, after spending time on both the other island preparing for COVID testing, etc. This property and unit were PERFECT! The unit was tastefully decorated and contained all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. Beds were comfortable, and the view was terrific. We slept several nights with the glass sliding doors open and the A/C off so we could listen to the sound of the waves. Property is well maintained, pool was a blast, restaurant was outstanding, staff was super friendly..... I highly recommend this property and unit! We'll be back!

Great condo in a great resort. Perfect for a family. We had 4 adults and two little ones with us and felt that the condo was a perfect size and well equipped. Even had a pack n play for our 1 year old. Pool had slides, baby beach and a lazy river with tons of seating. There's beach access and large grass areas for perfect playtime.
Grocery store is across the street with walkable access. Starbucks, ABC store and other fast food places also across the street. Location of the condo is in the middle of the island making it easy to visit other parts of the island such as Hanalei Bay, Pouipu and the Canyon. Lydgate park is a few miles away and a perfect spot for all ages. They have a pond for little ones which made it a perfect beach day for us.

We loved the unit!! It was an easy check in and out. The key code is nice since you don't have to carry around a room key everywhere you go and worry about losing it. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Any questions or concerns we had were handled very quickly and professionally. Lori was wonderful to work with! The view from the unit was beautiful during the day and at night. The unit is close to eating, shopping, and the walking/biking trail which we used daily. There was always adequate parking .

Owners were great to work with and very responsive. The only reason I’m giving 4, instead of 5 stars is because the internet was extremely slow and we did need to log on to do some work while we were there. There were also a couple minor maintenance and housekeeping issues, but the place is very clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay again, and hope the internet situation is better next time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo.

Good central location except for the beaches and areas north were closed due to road closures. Very long light to get off property and hazardous to cross the street. The onsite restaurant has a good happy hour. Getting into the pool/bbq area is too complicated with the very long access code. We ate at Chicken in a Barrel about one mile north, many times and highly recommend! The condo had a nice layout and great views! Several bulbs were burned out and it was a little dark in the bedrooms. For this price point the furniture is very worn and uncomfortable! Desperately needs updated!! There were lots of nice extras in the room such as beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and even walking sticks. Highly recommend renting bikes from the boutique and riding the bike path north of the resort. The weather was stormy while we were there so we were unable to do a lot of things we planned and this was one of the highlights of our trip. Beautiful ride along the ocean!

We were so happy with this unit -it’s very nicely decorated, and the space was perfect for a family of 4. The pool area was so much fun, and never felt too crowded. And we loved walking on the beach and watching the crabs in the morning! The restaurant was great too - love the loco moco!

The resort is a short drive from the airport, easy to find, comfortable parking, and conveniently located right across the street from a grocery store. Overall, I definitely recommend this place!

Enjoyed our stay. Unit and view is as picturesque as featured. Very comfortable for two couples and our 2-year old grand daughter loved the baby pool with sandy shoreline and bottom. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant, Oasis. Excellent food and a great happy hour. My only constructive feedback is the unit could use some minor maintenance. My husband had to fix the toilet in the bathroom(it was not filling), overhead lighting in bedroom was burned out, dimmer switch in kitchen needs to be replaced (lights kick off on their own) and the screendoors to the lani stick and kept kept falling off the tracks. The cost per night is high but worth it- but in return you expect everything to be perfect.

My husband and I stayed in this unit from late January to mid February. It was an absolutely beautiful unit, impeccably decorated and stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted. The grounds were well maintained, the backdrop view was stunning, and the island was restful. The complex is centrally located in the best of Kauai neighborhoods, with just a short stroll to restaurants and shops. If you needed groceries for dinner at home, Safeway was right across the street. We could not have ask for more. Loved every minute of it.

This condo unit was beautifully decorated with high end touches and very clean! The location is perfect as it is in walking distance to shopping. Our kids loved the pool and water slides, as well as the beach. The owners, property manager, and house keeper could not have been more pleasant. They promptly responded to any questions we had. We have been coming to this island for decades and have always stayed in a hotel. This condo was better than a hotel!

What a beautiful and confortable condo! The view is amazing from the top floor! It's a very quick walk to the pool with awesome slides for the kids (and adults). Starbucks your thing? It's right across the street! I love the location of this condo as it never took long to get anywhere on the island. It was clean. It was comfortable. Lori (lady who helped us rent) had FAST communication which I always appreciate. A few other notes: The beach/ocean is right there for your enjoyment. You can hear it at night. The Oasis (restaurant just past the pools/hot tubs) is also excellent with super friendly service. Enjoy your stay! We sure did!

Our family of 4 recently stayed in this beautiful condo and absolutely loved it. The view is exactly as is shown in the pictures and the photos on the website quite accurately reflect the property's appearance. Our children loved the waterslide and pool area and wanted to go there everyday during our 12 day stay. The grounds are well maintained and the new fitness facility was a pleasant surprise. All staff were friendly, helpful and appeared eager to help in any way they could. There was an issue with the shared barbecues while we were there and they were temporarily closed for a couple of days but we were told they were going to be completely replaced in the near future. The condo itself was outstanding, very clean and well maintained. The property manager was very helpful and promptly answered emails and phone calls. She also did not hesitate to offer suggestions on activities, attractions and restaurants, which was much appreciated. The property is centrally located on the east side of the island, making it easy to get to a variety of beaches and activities. We would recommend this property and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We just got home from our one year anniversary week at this incredible condo. We were amazed from the moment we stepped into the unit and our joy never left. The unit is beautiful with impeccable furniture and up to date details. The view is the best of the best. The unit is located on the top floor in the middle of the complex with views that include the pool and surrounding lush gardens. The ocean view beyond the pool is so close it feels like you can reach out and touch the warm blue water. We have to say that the pics do not do this unit justice...I know people say that all the time, but this time it is very true. As we were packing our bags on the last day, we started to plan next year’s vacation at this incredible little slice of paradise. We can’t wait to return to heaven in 2013.

Gwen's condo was exactly as described and beautiful just like the pictures--squeaky clean too! The view of the grounds and pool are gorgeous! My husband and I loved the water slides and the cave with the waterfall. Gwen was a pleasure to work with and always got back with us quickly to answer any questions that we had. The only negative thing was that there were no spices at all to cook with other than salt and pepper. We're used to having some spices, cooking oil, and sometimes other items that the previous people have left behind. We would definately recommend Gwen's place and would love to stay here again when we come back to Kauai.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days, we could not have been happier! We were celebrating our 8th anniversary, this was the perfect place for us. Everyone was so friendly, the condo was beautiful, clean and had everything one would need while on a vacation. Gwen was so nice and accommodating, always quick to answer any questions I may have had. She also provides all kinds of information on the area, local places to see and to eat at, it was so easy to jump right in to our much needed break from reality. We are already talking about another trip back to the island and the condo. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is awesome, the whole environment is so relaxing, neither of us wanted to come home. Thanks Gwen, we can't wait to return!!

My wife and I came back to Kauai after 20 years, bringing my mother for her 75th birthday. We can't say enough good things this unit and the resort. It had a perfect center view of the resort. The unit was immaculate and well-stocked and Gwen was a pleasure to work with. She was quite helpful, even making suggestions for dining in the area. The location is great, about halfway between Ke'e Beach on the North Shore and Waimea Canyon on the south side. Without question, we highly recommend the unit and working with Gwen. We hope to be back again in a lot less than another 20 years.

My family and friends and I went to Kauai for my 40th birthday celebration. My mom & stepdad had been to Kauai 2x before but my friends and I had not. Kauai is such a beautiful "tropical" island. There is a ton of things to do and experience on the island and the scenery is amazing just about everywhere you go. We also feel extremely fortunate to have stayed in such a wonderful condo. From the moment we entered the unit until we closed the door to leave, our stay in Gwen's unit was amazing! The unit is extremely clean with an absolutely amazing view of the entire property. It is a perfect size for a family of five or six. Having both rooms with King beds was great and for my son the inflatable mattress was absolutely perfect. The great thing about the complex itself is that it is directly across the street from the Safeway and it is right in the middle of Kauai so it doesn't take long to get to one side or the other. The pool was extremely clean and really nice with plenty of deck chairs etc. My 8year old son would have stayed in the pool from the time it opened until they locked the gate if we would have let him. My parents typically stay in hotels when they travel but after staying in Gwen's vacation unit they have said that they would rather stay there. Thank you for an absolutely unforgetable stay!
