Thanks so much for hosting us. The condo is amazing -- being able to look out the back door and see the ocean so close was such a treat. The unit is so nice inside, I'm not sure the pictures do it justice. We were so comfortable there we did not want to leave. We have stayed at Lae Nani many times, dating back to the early 2000s, and I think this is the best unit we have had. Everything feels like home, and it's clear the hosts want you to enjoy yourself. We will definitely book this one again. Mahalo!

The condo what exactly as advertised and provided the ideal atmosphere to celebrate my 60th birthday. A peaceful two-week respite from our busy lives. Watching the sun rise, swimming in the ocean or salt water pool (both were the perfect temperature), shopping at the Coconut Market nearby, eating on the covered lanai ... oh, how we miss Kauai.

We had a wonderful stay in 512.
Building 5 is so peaceful and in our opinion has the best view.
To be able to walk right out our door to the beach was great.
The condo was spotless and everything we needed had been supplied.

This property was exactly what we were hoping for. The condo itself was clean and well cared for. The bed was comfortable, and having A/C in both the bedroom and living room is a big plus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was a great supply of beach gear in the lanai closet. The downstairs location and view can't be beat. The location of this condo has to be one of the best on the property. Overall we were very satisfied and I can tell the owners take great care of the property and want their guests to have a good stay. Will be back and will look for this condo again.

We had never travelled to Kauai and were advised this was a great area to stay in order to easily explore the entire island. This unit is perfect in every way. Great location, great unit and we loved the lanai. So much so, we ate takeout almost every night of our week there to take advantage of the view on the lanai. The complex is very well kept and the unit has the best view of all the buildings. Communication was great start to finish. Wow! Thanks

This condo was one of the nicer ones we have stayed in with updated flooring and appliances--very clean. Loved being able to sit on the lanai and see and hear the waves. Property is very well-maintained. Correspondence with the owner was great! Wonderful stay--highly recommend.

Beautiful views, perfect location, comfortable and well appointed condo. The ground floor location allowed us to go in and out with ease and was very convenient to the rest of the property. The condo was well equipped and perfect for 2, and accommodated our larger family well for entertaining. Loved it!

We’ve stayed at Lae Nani in the past, in a variety of units, but this is our new “go to” home away from home. We loved the accessibility of this well-appointed, first floor unit. In the past we’ve chosen higher floors, but having the ability to walk out our lanai onto the grounds - with convenient keys on wrist straps for the sliding door, gave another aspect of accessibility.
The furnishings are comfortable and well-kept, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was better appointed than most units we’ve visited - literally everything you could want. Similarly the beach supplies in the outdoor closet were abundant.
As always, the Lae Nani location in such a central part of the east side of the island makes it easy to travel anywhere, to north or south. And there are quite a few great restaurants within walking distance,
The single most “stand out” quality of this unit is the high caliber of owner and management company communication and responsiveness. Both Mike (owner) and Cindy (property manager) are gracious, quick to respond at ANY time of day, and welcoming. We will definitely visit again!

We can't thank the owners enough for affording us such a relaxing vacation thanks to this units amenities and breathtaking ocean views from the calming lanai. We spent many mornings with a cup of coffee on the lanai just listening to the waves while lost in thought. We hope to stay in this unit in the future.

One of the nicer furnished vrbo's that we have stayed in with truly beautiful grounds. The east side is central to the island and has beautiful sunrises.. Premiere mgmt. made sure that all are needs were taken care of. The ground floor was nice with no stairs to contend with. I would rebook 512 in a heart beat.

Perfect location. Definitely on the beach. Meals on the lanai to the sound of breaking waves…perfection. Comfy bed, all supplies in the kitchen, location…perfection.
Only one small problem. One weekend the upstairs tenants chose to party on their lanai with friends. It was so noisy we couldn’t be outside. But it all ended at 10:00 quiet hours which is why I say “small problem”.
The condo was immaculate. Linens were pretty good.
Being near the Islands Market shopping was a definite plus. Very nice to have groceries, deli, and restaurants within a very short walk.
We drove to all other parts of Kauai. It was an easy drive everywhere from the condo.
I can definitely say that if we go back to Kauai I would definitely stay again.

This unit is spacious, clean, comfortable furniture, and modern appliances. We loved the central location! Spent our mornings having breakfast on the patio, watching and listening to the waves which are just a few steps away. First time staying on the ground floor and I have to say, I am hooked! It is so nice to just walk to the beach instead of having to go down the stairs and around the building to get there. The AC is quiet and works really well, plus there are ceiling fans everywhere to help move the air around. When we come back, we will stay here again.

We loved staying at this beautiful condo at the Lae Nani complex in Wailua (just south of Kapa'a). This ground-floor condo is tastefully decorated, has all of the conveniences and most importantly, a very comfortable king-sized bed. We loved the view, the lanai, and the ability to walk out to the property amenities.

Perfect location on the East coast between most all site. The beach could not have been any closer. The condo was in excellent condition and had every amenity you will need for your stay. Great restaurant next door (5 minute walk) on those night you don't want to cook. Will definitely stay here again!

Sunrises at Lae Nani are not to be beaten. The property is centrally located on the Island and close to restaurants, waterfalls, historical points of interest, hikes, beaches and shopping. We loved the beautiful tropical landscaping and amazing ocean and mountain views. There is a laid back, peaceful and gracious Hawaiian vibe. The condo is well appointed and nicely updated. We couldn't have dreamed up a better place to celebrate 30 years of marriage.

Beautiful location... just lovely. Easy walking distance to groceries and shopping. The beach is right out the patio door. Pool and courtyard are a wonderful place to relax. Definitely would love to stay again. Central location for easy travel to the airport, north and south shore. Well stocked to easily prepare meals .. Highly recommend this property.

Everything was easy, from airport access to grocery shopping and more. The condo was very nice and we really enjoyed ease of access and view to the lush common areas and beach from the patio. Parking was no issue nor was laundry room availability. Beach access was great, although rocky much of the time under water, it was very nice. Swimming area for kids was great and safe. We our enjoyed our 10 days very much.

My daughter and I spent a wonderful week here. We will absolutely do it again. You couldn't get closer to the water if you tried, walk out your lanai and walk right onto the beach. The grounds are simply gorgeous with lush landscaping. Comfortable bed and the second half bath came in great use. Few mishaps but with this amazing place, who cares. One television is out (being repaired). Owners are very kind and helpful. I miss it already!

we have rented for about five years and it never fails to be beyond perfect.. the condo is the greatest building in lae nani and private with all amenities taken care of. Janet and Earl are the perfect hosts and always want to make sure everything is taken care of.. if there are any issues ( of which there are few) are instantly taken care of.

My husband and I have stayed at Lae Nani a few times in the past. There truly isn’t a horrible unit, in our opinion....however, Unit 512 is exceptional. The fact that one can wake up each morning, come out of the well appointed, comfy bedroom and look out past the patio to the ocean, which is just steps away, is incredible. The unit itself is lovely. Nice furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Bldg. 5 is quiet and a bit away from the pool which we appreciated since we’re here without kids, or grandkids. We love it here in Unit 512 and are already looking at the calendar to book another trip next year. Thank you Earl and Janet for lettng us stay in your lovely little piece of paradise!

We just returned from a wonderful 2-week stay in this beautifully decorated well-maintained unit. The ocean view is spectacular and the landscaping on all of the property is absolutely gorgeous! We think this location in building 5 is the best in the complex.
This was our 3rd stay in 512 and we plan to return many more times!

We have stayed in this immaculate tastefully decorated condo for the last two years and have already booked again for next year. It is the perfect place- great beach, great pool, beautiful gardens and grounds and close to shops. The condo is well equipped and Earl and Janet are caring hosts who check in to make sure we have everything we need. It couldn't be any better!

My wife an I booked Earl and Janet's unit #512 after doing extensive research on the several Condo complexes in the Kapaa area. We decided on the Lae Nani complex and this unit in particular and were absolutely pleased that it exceeded all our expectations. The condo is beautiful, from the furnishings to the immaculate grounds to the views. Very well stocked, the condo has just about everything you need to enjoy your stay. All the reviews here are absolutely accurate. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy! We know where we're staying on our next trip to Kauai!

What a wonderful place. It was so invigorating to watch the early morning sunrise over the ocean from the living room or walk outside in the well-maintained gardens. The condo is spacious, beautifully furnished and convenient to everything we wanted to do on Kauai. We couldn't ask for more!

My family comes to Kauai every year, and we often stay at the Lae Nani in several condos for the superior beach front location. This is by far the nicest condo I have stayed in. Right when you walk in you feel comfortable and at home. This is because it is updated with nice art and furnishings. We often have troubles with the beds being rock hard and uncomfortable which can ruin a trip. The bed in this place was definitely an upgrade! The kitchen and bathrooms were updated which is always nice.
This is the first time I have stayed in building 5 and I think it is the best building of all of them, it is beach front, but away from any hustle of the pool. We had a great time here, were very comfortable and loved every minute.
Other than a couple minor snafu's with the booking agent, and trying to figure out the complicated TV/DVD, everything turned out perfect.
We will definitely be back next year!

We just returned from three weeks at this condo and can't praise it enough - the location is, we feel, the best on the site and we never tired of looking at the ocean and gardens. The unit is beautifully decorated and very well stocked for anyone who wants to eat in. The complex is situated where one can drive everywhere on the island without spending too much time in the car - we definitely hope to go back.
