This was our second stay in this unit. We love this condo and the resort. It's a short drive from the airport, and very close to many restaurants and shops. There are beaches nearby, but we definitely recommend renting a car to visit even better beaches to the north and the southwest sides of the island. Overall, the property is well-maintained. Everything is clean and the landscaping is really nice. Many of the pool chairs are in need of replacement, but they are functional. The spa in the lobby has beach umbrellas and other items you can rent. The condo has everything you need and more. It has a great view of the pool area and the ocean!

This home was perfect for our vacation! The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The bed was super-comfy and the lanai was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed, too. The resort is great, with an amazing pool area. The fitness room had high-end equipment and was super-clean, too. The resort's location was ideal, too. We miss Kauai already and would gladly stay here again.

This was a great location in a beautiful resort. It is very close to the beach, good restaurants, and other shopping amenities. Everything is walking distance from here. The condo was very nice, clean, and spacious. We took advantage of the patio which was great for coffee and watching the sunrise. The resort has a fun lazy river pool which was fun to relax in.

We reall like this unit and the location. Our only complaints were the unit had a musty smell and the TV in the bedroom did not work. They fixed the TV and bought a moisture eliminator to deal with the musty smell.

Grandma paid for a fun 12 day vacation for son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter for a third year and this is now a favorite vacation spot. It’s family friendly, the unit is well-situated to the pool, and nice and clean! Everyone wants to come back again! Thanks for everything!!!

For our first trip to Hawaii, the condo location and amenities could not have been better for us! We enjoyed the resort as well as all the comforts in the unit. It was well stocked with everything we needed, even made a few meals there as well. Location is perfect for getting to both the North & South shore areas, also convenient to shopping/groceries. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Rental was easy to find and on site ability to rent bikes and boogie boards and snorkels was convenient too! Beds were comfortable. My kids wished the pool had a deep end was the only draw back for them. We loved it.

The property is fabulous. The room and the resort grounds were outstanding. Whole resort area is hosed down every day. If I ever return will definitely return to the same place. Great location for seeing all around the area and close to reasonably priced restaurants and Safeway if across the street.

The condo was so clean and spacious! The bed including the pull out couch were very comfortable. You couldn’t have a better place in regards to being so close to all the immunities that you would ever need including all the equipment to snorkel and bike ride and play in the pool all day. The restaurant was really wonderful with a very cool band on Wednesday nights. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hope to come back some day! Thank you so much for such a wonderful vacation!

Overall great place to stay! Everything was wonderful, save the cleanliness of the master bed. We didn’t use the outermost blanket/comforter because it had a horrible smell. One of the decorative pillows on the same bed reeked of sweat/body odor. Again, overall the unit was comfortable and seemed clean otherwise. The location was awesome, the pool was great, and the super fast walk to the beach was really nice.

Felt like being in a 5-star hotel; clean & classy with a great gourmet kitchen. Wished we could've stayed here longer. Centrally located - you can drive south towards Poipu and Koloa as quickly as you can drive north towards Kilauea, Princeville and Hanalei. Hostess was very accommodating and responsive to our last minute request and calls for help/assistance. Can't wait to come back and make this our home base when in Kauai.

Celebrated our 32nd Wedding Anniversary in Kauai. Condo was better than expected. Location in resort is perfect. Morning sun on lanai with afternoon evening shade. Perfect to enjoy all day long. From start to finish the communication with the owner was excellent, very quick and very welcoming. The check in instructions were very detailed and all the information was provided in regards to wifi etc. Parking is uncovered however plenty of spaces and is very close to the apartment making it easy to get out/in. The apartment is on the 1st floor and the lift is right next to it. The doors and communal areas have a key code system which is easy. Yes this apartment is in a resort complex and the view from the apartment is exactly as shown on the photos. It has a balcony to sit out on and enjoy. The resort is not large so feels more spacious as there arent people everywhere all the time and there is a restaurant on site.
The apartment is amazing and much larger than we thought. The Kitchen has everything you may need (there were even filters for the coffee machine), staples of salt/pepper and plenty of pots/pans/cutlery etc and as we love to cook, we did not lack anything. The lounge room was very comfortable and so was the bed. The bathroom is huge, large bath, 2 toilets (the shower room has a toilet in it as well). There were even some pool toys.
The beach at the resort is picturesque but maybe a bit rocky/rough for swimming.
The location is central to everything (north and south). It isnt in a secluded area but is excellent for exploring the island. There is also a Safeway right across the road which was ideal.
This place honestly exceeded our expectations so you will not regret staying here. We are picky in our stays and this was excellent.

Very nice home away from home. We always love Waipouli Beach Resort, and this unit had a lovely pool and ocean view. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have experienced in our travels! Nice and clean except the cleaning service emptied the dishwasher even though it hadn’t run! Otherwise it was clean and well-equipped.

We stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort previously with direct oceanfront. Even though E-206 is not direct oceanfront it was still really good. We loved sitting on the lanai, and many nights slept with the lanai doors open enjoying the sound of the pool waterfalls. Rarely, was there bothersome noise outside even though the condo was near the pool.
We loved the location; 5 min walk to get groceries, restaurants & ABC store. A 2 min walk to get out to the beach, and the pool was lovely with great chairs & umbrellas, towel service.
The condo itself was very comfortable & provided an inviting place to hang out in the evenings or when it was a rainy day. The only issue was that the microwave above the stove did not work. A very small countertop one was provided, but not the same. Hopefully, just waiting for a new one to come in.

This condo and resort are beautiful, modern and very well maintained. The condo is actually larger than depicted in the photos and it was squeaky clean. The resort's grounds, pools and small beach are gorgeous. There was no road noise whatsoever. The owners went out of their way to clearly communicate the check-in and check-out procedures, parking, and recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Wish we had stayed even longer. Lastly, do yourself a favor and break the bank to take a helicopter tour of the island. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at this beautiful condo. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations compared to the photos. It's location on the second floor of the resort was perfect. It is right next to the stair access from the parking lot (and elevator). Also very quick access to the pool area and the beach. The glass doors and lanai face slightly North East which provided a nice view of the ocean, but also remained shaded throughout the day - just the beautiful bright sunrise beams coming in each morning.
The kitchen is great and is well equipped and Safeway (24hrs) is walking distance across the street. Although you would never know Safeway was across the street from the vibe at the room and beach. Kapaa is a nice little gem of a town with a cute historic downtown and other casual shopping and food.
During our stay, the beach was relatively quiet except for sunrise when folks gather to gaze East. The surf is mild and most times of day you will find yourself with just a couple others enjoying the beach.
Darren and Reina were very responsive during the booking process and also the one time we had a question during our stay.
We had a simple beach wedding near Poipu and used the rest of our week as a honeymoon. It was a wonderful, romantic home base for our adventures and we wouldn't have changed a single thing. We hope future guests enjoy it as much as we did.

Tranquil paradise perfect for romantic couple’s getaway! We also saw many families with children of all ages enjoying the fabulous resort pool complete with water slide and lazy river! This condo is excellent for those who appreciate a chef’s kitchen with high end wolf and sub
Zero appliances. The sharp knives were much appreciated since I cooked all of our meals in and we enjoyed eating at the table with ocean views. The bed is comfy and having two bathrooms makes getting ready efficient. There is a beach out front for sand castle building and lounging. We went for a walk every morning on the 7+ mile paved walking/ bike path along the ocean front which begins just a block from the condo. This is our second time staying in this condo and we can’t wait to return!

Spacious and comfortable. Modern and well designed with good upkeep. Bed was comfortable and firm. Enjoyed the kitchen area, the above range micro is out but they provided another one for reheating items. Sunrise comes right into view with also a partial of ocean.
The grounds and location are good for shopping and eating local. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool area when needed.
Parking nice also, enjoyed everything about this rental. We will return asap. ;)

Plenty of stores and restaurants in easy walking distance, and situated perfectly if you have a car. It's a quick drive around to either the north side or around to the west side. This condo was very comfortable, overlooking the pool and had a nice big kitchen. We got lots of great nights sleep on the bed and the oversized kitchen allowed for some delicious meals. My husband and I spent half of our trip in Poipu and the other half here in Kapaa. The location was fantastic, super close to everything, including shops and restaurants in downtown Kapaa and both the south and north sides. The pool was a nice add to have especially since the beach is a bit rocky (water shoes would have made the beach much easier to use), but heads up, the pool is on the shallow side, not going over 4ft in depth. I bet this is perfect for little ones, but was a bit shallow for us. Overall this is a great centrally located place to enjoy the east side.

This condo was everything we wanted and more! The view from the lanai was beautiful and perfect to watch the sunrise. It was nicely appointed and had all the amenities needed for our vacation. Access to the condo and internet was simple and flawless. The complex is well maintained, and the landscaping is exceptional. Darren and Reina provided suggestions and tips for activities, restaurants, and rental cars. Per their recommendation, we connected with Karen at Blue Hawaiian in the lobby who demonstrated a great wealth of knowledge about all the excursions available and took her time to set us up with the perfect activities. There is a great restaurant on the property (Oasis) and many within walking distance. We would love to stay here again.

We booked this condo for the first few days of our trip and both my daughter and I wished we had booked it for the entirety of our stay. It is precisely as pictured, spacious, welcoming, AIR CONDITIONED, INCREDIBLY QUIET, centrally located, and well appointed. We had the best night's sleep here. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. You have 2 full bathrooms, 1 with a massive tub, and the other a shower. The pool is phenomenal for kids and adults alike, complete with 2 waterslides, waterfalls, a lazy river, a mini beach for the littles, and several hot tubs, 1 reserved for families only (the others are adults only). We had an uber fail to show up and the concierge could not have been more helpful (she literally loaned us her car so we could make it to our brunch reservation on time - unprecedented). There is a very well stocked Safeway, ABC store, and other convenient shops and eateries directly across the street, and a very nice shopping village called the Coconut Marketplace a short drive's distance away. We stayed in Poipu the second half of our stay and ended up returning to the Coconut Marketplace for gifts because the prices were far better for the same, if not better, items. Old town is just a bike ride away as well. The beach in front of the resort is not swimmable, but it is as beautiful as others we visited and you will end up hopping around from beach to beach regardless (especially if you have little ones, as many of the beaches experience rip currents and a strong undertow). Highly recommend this being your homebase for a restful and comfortable vacation.

It was a great condo, and the property was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.. The condo was clean, and was stocked with everything we needed. The property was the nicest that we saw on the east side with a great pool and beach. There is a lot of coral in the water so I would recommend bringing water shoes. The only problem was the WiFi did not work in our condo. The property management and owner did do their best to fix it, but could not figure it out. Everything else was amazing and will definitely stay there again!

We came back to to Waipouli again this year, just a great place for location and relaxation.
Our condo was in fine condition, clean, well equipped and very comfortable.

Safeway is walking distance across the street. there is a very decent fresh water pool with water slides right in front of the condo. Kids had tons of fun there! Easy access. I didn't need to check in at the office. Enter condo directly with given access key. Highly recommend!

This was a nice place to stay. It was as advertised. The resort is in a convenient location across the street from shopping. It is on the beach and is beautifully landscaped. I chose this particular condo because of the positive reviews, the pictures and the fact that the resort fees were included in the daily rent. I really liked the fitness center too. I used it everyday. We didn't use the pool area but it was very nice. The only thing that I didn't like was the note from the cleaning service to wash the towels and leave them in the dryer. I thought this was a bit odd since I paid for cleaning service. The area of Kapaa is a bit crowded. There is a lot of traffic in that area. I chose it because it was the halfway point on the island between Princeville and Poipu. We enjoyed out 4 day stay.

I am so glad that I was able to find this property! I have two kids under the age of 12 and they had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo was well furnished, clean and modern. There are 2 grocery stores and plaza across the street (we walked) which is super convenient. The pool was "awesome" as the kids would say!
I would highly recommend this condo to any couple or family interested in staying on Kauai. My family will definitely be back again!

Beautiful spot. The suite was just as advertised and had everything you need (minus a cheese grater ). The ac went down the day before we left however the owner was quick to respond to our email and had it looked at that afternoon. There was a little mix up with a late checkout and the cleaners entered the suite while we were changing but Reina quickly waved apologized and waived our late checkout fee due to the mix up. We highly recommend this unit and will stay again.

Loved the condo and the location. Condo was beautifully furnished and even larger than the photos. We watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning while sipping coffee sitting on the couch. Kitchen was incredible and we loved having two bathrooms, washer dryer, DVD player and more. Extremely clean, well stocked, and all helpful information was provided by the owners who were very prompt in all communication. The Safeway across the street was super convenient as well as the Oasis restaurant on property facing the ocean. I think we went there every day for the view and s cocktail. The pool is extraordinary and there are 3 spas, all with sand bottoms. Very cool! Thank you so much Reyna & Darren for making our stay perfect!

We stayed in this fabulous condo with our small family. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The resort was great! The pools and the grounds are beautiful. The condo was clean and in excellent condition. Perfect size for ourselves and our 11 year old son. We stopped at Costco on the way from the airport and filled up the fabulous kitchen with food and beverages for the week. Safeway is a quick walk across the street if you need anything. There is a lot of great local food within walking distance. The condo is in a perfect central location to all activities. The Oasis is a wonderful restaurant on the property. The food is amazing and they have fabulous drinks. The Sunday brunch is a must. We will definitely be back to this condo on our next visit to Kauai!

We loved the resort and the condo. We stayed for our honeymoon. The condo had a great view of the resort and a little of the beach. We watched the sunrise every morning from the beach and came back to the lanai for a sunny morning cup of coffee and smoothies. Although It was a quick walk to the beach, we spent most of our time at the pool. The Oasis restaurant was great. They have a good happy hour. The hamburger and the Ono were both delicious. The condo was fully stocked with cooking utensils, but buy your own condiments, and bring travel coffee mugs of you need them. The resort offers morning yoga on the beach for $18. There was a Safeway right across the beach where we bought groceries. Overall we loved it and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I searched high & low for a condo in Kaua'i prior to stumbling upon this gem. Not only is determining the hotel/condo difficult, but also figuring out where on the island to stay proved a challenge. Kapa'a didn't disappoint. It's centrally located on the island allowing (quicker) access to both the north and south. If you wish to get out and see the whole of the island during your stay then I highly recommend this area. Please note if you wish to hang out at the beach and swim in the ocean this isn’t the place for you. While the beach is lovely, the ocean floor is rough with coral and rocks and not a good place to swim.
The condo unit, and the Waipouli Resort, also did not disappoint. I chose this unit based upon price and previous VRBO and TripAdvisor ratings. While the unit is not directly on the ocean, you still have moderate ocean views and a nice view overlooking the pool area. The unit itself is extremely well appointed (I would know as I build houses for a living). The kitchen and bath were perfect with high-end appliances (Sub Zero and Viking) and plumbing fixtures. We ate the majority of our meals in, so this was a huge plus! There is also a Safeway literally across the street which was great for accessing food in a pinch. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was well maintained and clean. It also had many smaller perks like beach gear, extra sun block, and misc. kitchen items (dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc.). The Oasis Bar & Grill located at the resort was also quite nice. The cocktails were THE BEST of any place we went during our trip to Hawaii and the food was tasty. I highly recommend the Mai Tai; I had at least one every day . To sum up, I would 100% return to this condo so I give it 5-stars across the board.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo is beautifully furnished, has an amazing view (pool and ocean), and is conveniently located for exploring all parts of the island. We enjoyed having a well-equipped, full-size kitchen so we could save money by preparing some of our meals. The owners were wonderful throughout the entire process, and we really appreciate their arranging everything so well for us. We highly recommend this rental. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay for more than one week. We hope to return in the future.

This is a very easy and great place to stay. Every imaginable amenity at your fingertips, right on beach and pool, walk across street to store and Starbucks. The unit is very classy and gorgeously decorated. Even a killer 3D flat screen and blu-ray player with 3D DVDs to enjoy!
We enjoy this spot because it's about equidistant between Hanalei and Poipu, so those destinations are within 30-45 to get to for a day's outing. Mahalo for the hospitality! :)

Awesome! We were at this condo for 15 wonderful days and can't wait to go again! The condo is beautiful, fully stocked, and so comfy you will hate to leave it. View truly is fantastic - unlike some of those fake views some folks advertise. The grounds are perfect! Pools, hot tubs, ocean, restaurants, everything a dream vacation could be. Try this place - you'll be so glad you did!
