Come to Hawaii and share in our wonderful condo in paradise. Our fully licensed and legal studio condo is only half of a block from World Famous Waikiki Beach.

You can have it all in this fabulous studio condo. The location and view are the crowning jewels of this unit. This unit is one of the larger units on the front side of the building that has a private lanai.

Located on the edge of Waikiki a block from the world famous Waikiki Beach, our condo has you near all the action yet the view makes you feel like you aren't anywhere near a big city.

Diamond Head/Honolulu Zoo/Kapiolani Park/Beach is your view from left to right on your own private lanai. Enjoy your relaxation time and meals right on the lanai. The building also has a 10th floor shared sundeck and you can grab a delicious meal from any of the nearby restaurants and enjoy it there, basking in the view.

Parking is available in the building for additional fees or ask about nearby street parking. If your trip doesn't include a car, no worries, you are right on a major bus line and it is literally steps to the bus stop.

We have a manager / contact person who lives just a couple buildings over so is close by to answer questions and assist as you settle in.

Please check our other condo in this building at vrbo.com/434569.

I was returning to visit the home of my ancestors after 58 years and found the unit perfect for my needs. I appreciated the view, the rooftop sunrises, the proximity to the beach and park. The place is stocked with all one would need to prepare meals and there is a place to stock up on supplies close by. For those who are light sleepers, it might be a bit loud, in that the unit overlooks a street that can be busy, but I personally found it easy to sleep. I do go for a walk in the middle of the night and felt very safe. I love that there is a coffee shop so close, and also a good surf school within walking distance. There was an issue with parking with someone taking my assigned spot and the staff wanting me to come down to move the car once they were able to get the client out of my spot. The staff at the front desk I found to be very very warm. It was perfect for my needs, and I would rent again alone, but not with my spouse because he is a light sleeper. The property manager offered early check in and late check out, and I inquired about late check out, but never heard back, but I ended up wanted to check out early.

Cozy and compact with a full kitchen and two mini fridges. At the opposite end of the building from Hulu's so it is quiet. The mini-split AC is awesome. Bill the manager answered all questions promply and checking in at midnight with the door code was easy. Will stay again !!

Great location, very nice hotel with friendly staff. Close to the beach but just far enough from the main strip.

The check in time was 5pm ad i received a text from Bill right after we got there that the door needed repaired and after that they would clean the room and we would be able to then get in the room. I first texted back ok, but after flying 10 hours to get there and being awake for 24 hours, it really wasnt ok. I texted Bill asking about how much longer and wanting to know if there was another room that we could have instead and was told that he couldnt clean it if he was texting me(that was fair). I texted again and Bill went on a rant about how much it was going to cost and lots of things that i seriously did not want to hear. There is a cost of doing business and i dont really care what that is. Spend time doing maintenance on the unit and you wont have to inconvenience your guest who have worked hard and saved money to go on a vacation to Hawaii. After 1 5 hours after check-in, we got the text that the room was ready. I texted him that we were in the lobby, but he obviously did not want to personally apologize to us, because we never saw him. He did ask if we wanted to find different accommodations and to let him know by 11am. We decided to stay, but only because of the view and the hotel staff. I knew booking this it was a 2 star hotel. But i later looked at the hotel website and i believe the rooms are nicer than the one we stayed in. The view was fantastic, the hotel staff were so nice, but Bill was not what i was expecting.

Great room. Very comfortable. Great location, one block from the beach, incredible 180 degree unobstructed view of the ocean, Diamond head, and interior of the island. On the edge of Waikiki, close enough to do activities but not in the thick of the tourist madness. Easy to go up Kapahulu and get out of Waikiki and see the rest of the island or to pickup groceries at Safeway, Foodland, Leonard's Malasadas, and Rainbow Drive-in plate lunches! Parking available for an additional cost, currently $35/day. We've stayed at the Waikiki Grand several times over the years, we love the location, and this room in particular. Only small complaint is that it is an older hotel and the rooms are small, but you don't come to Hawaii to sit in your room! The room has a kitchenette, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, etc. for light breakfasts or lunch on the lanai people watching!

Great value. We had everything we needed, even beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas. The two fridges is a nice touch. I prefer a king bed but it was a comfy bed. The condo is perfectly located by the beach. This is an older bldg and it shows for example, in hallways and stairs…kinda beat up. Our room was clean though, elevators are fast and check in was a breeze. Room AC (split) was awesome. Would definitely come back!

For a budget price, we received a stunning view of Diamond Head, a half block walk to all the world class beaches of Waikiki, and easy walks to restaurants, shops, everything! Our room even had a partial view of the beach from the balcony, and the view from the 10th floor deck/lounge is spectacular---Diamond Head plus the beaches and ocean. You can also people watch tourists on the zoo property. The hotel was well run and clean. The room is "budget" in decor and style but perfectly sufficient for two people. The bed was comfortable! Rooms are tiny, with a small kitchen ie. two burner stovetop. Street noise is constant because this is a 4th floor room, we could hear traffic, talking etc. but got used to it. Parking was $30 a night, we parked in the basement which had easy in/out access. The pool area was not very interesting, we never saw anyone use it (near parking lot and surrounded by high rises). The property manager was wonderful, very communicative and informative. We felt safe and comfortable the entire visit.

We found this was a great place for us to stay. The view is nice and the bed was very comfortable. The new air-conditioner is super quiet. The staff at the desk downstairs was very helpful. We used the laundry and it was an easy task. We found the food in Waikiki to be expensive and not all that great. Fortunately the room is located near some good places to eat. At the bottom floor of the same building there is a great burger place. Denny's is only 500 feet away. There is a great restaurant on the beach about 1500 feet south. There is some street noise at night and there is a bar on the second floor which can get loud as well. We don't drink so we didn't visit the bar, but it sounded like people were having a lot of fun. For us, the noise was not a problem. We recommend the room, and if we ever get back to Waikiki we will likely try to stay at the same place again.

The place was a dump. Not clean. Internet didn't work, tape over plugs. The manager tried to help but we decided to move because it was gross.

Clean and comfortable, well furnished and perfect location. Enjoyed meeting Bill, the property manager, accommodating and informative. The hotel staff was available, attentive and kind. Sunsets on the rooftop deck were heavenly. Thank you all for a wonderful week.

The manager tried but it was a 'no go'. We only stayed one night of our 7. We contacted VRBO and was supposed to get called back in 24-72hrs. It's been 18 days. VRBO gets a zero. The property manager gets a 5 for effort.

This property is ideal for one or two people who want quick and easy access to the beautiful beaches of Waikiki. The view of Diamond Head from the lanai is a treat. I recommend walking around the corner (a couple of blocks) to Kai Coffee (order their signature coffee....) then walk across the street to watch the sunrise over Diamond Head.

The ac had stopped working, but the property manager installed a portable ac that worked just fine for us. There are a decent amount of kitchenware as well which was great! Boogie boards and a beach umbrella was also provided. Above and beyond experience!!!

Had a slight hiccup with check in but was quickly set up in another unit while AC was being fixed rather than having to be inconvenienced by maintenance. Host was very accommodating and gracious with extra amenities. Have stayed at Grand 14 times and really liked this unit. Small but very well laid out and set up. Would for sure choose it again! Mahalo!!

Great location to walk to beach (2 minutes). 10 minute walk to mall/restaurant area. Great for budget conscious traveler. Great to have a lively bar in the building (Hula's).

Great location in downtown area, close to stores and restaurants, but very crowded in this area. Easy to walk around and buses are close by. 10th floor Balcony has a great view of diamond head and beach. Room is basic and was comfortable for our needs, we were out early in the morning and returned late in the evening. Suggest renting a car to drive to other beaches and sites on the island.

very nice condo, great view and love the location. cross the street in front of the hotel and then go kitty corner across the park to the cross walk--you'll end up at Queen's Beach which is a perfect place to set up for a beach day. there were sturdy beach chairs and an umbrella in the room, which we greatly appreciated!

Enjoyed being at the Zoo/Kapiolani Park end of Waikiki. Good for walking by the beach and in the park. Nice clean condo on the 4th floor .. level with tree tops. Convenient in and out on Kapahulu and good access to H1. Recommend using the parking garage .

Excellent location but be prepared for some noise at night as a busy street with lots of bars. Lanai door very hard to open. Apparently waiting for parts but host said he would have someone look at it. Never heard back. 5 minute walk to beach, 20 to Safeway and 45 to Diamond Head Trailhead. Oahu has an excellent transit system. Would recommend and stay there again with a fixed balcony door!

Everything in listing was accurate. Location to beach and stores was ideal. View from lanai was great with Diamond Head to the left and beach to the right. Communication with owner or property manager was responsive and quick. Enjoyed my time in this studio condo apartment. I would highly recommend if you don't have the need for high end luxury stay, your there to enjoy the island experience outside anyways not the amenities offered within the confines of a hotel.

This was the perfect little spot for our budget trip! Bill was awesome at communicating and made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed ! He even let us use his beach chairs and boogie boards! We didn’t stay here much But check in was super simple and it was really nice to just be able to come and go And have a nice peaceful place to unwind at night Front desk staff is super friendly I will say be prepared to take the stairs bc the elevators are slowwww BUT stairs weren’t bad at all ! Also they are being super health conscious as masks are required at all times everywhere minus your room And all guests must show proof of vaccination Great parking options Free lot around the corner from the hotel and the Zoo parking lot across the street is only $1.50 an hour You have easy highway access to get to other areas of the island It does get a little noisy at night but I just played white noise on Spotify on my phone and we had no issues (I’m a super light sleeper too) There are lots of close by yummy places to eat and you can’t beat the view ! (Lulus, Oahu Mexican grill, tucker and bevy! ) Overall it was the perfect little spot for our trip ! Don’t miss it !!!

Very convenient with short walk to the beach. Was able to walk everywhere including the supermarket for stocking the fridge. The manager was super friendly and very friendly. Gave instructions for the best way to get from the airport. He was always whenever we had a minor problem (shower dripped), one LED light was flickering and bulb need replacing. Highly recommended

What a great place to stay! A block from the beach - on the less busy side of Waikiki. Condo had all we needed and the bed was super comfortable! Check in was easy and the Owner was very helpful (he was able to supply everything we needed). Recommend arranging in advance for parking in the garage if you have a car!! I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in Honolulu.

Host was very helpful and pointed us to where we could find parking in a crowded area. The room was great and is on the edge of the main drag. You can go into Waikiki or to the more quiet parks and zoo. Plus we could walk to diamond head.

The one bedroom was perfect for my girlfriend and I. The view from the balcony is incredible. No problems with the AC or mini fridge or bathroom or bed. Fantastic location, very close to the beach as well as the Diamond Head hike. If you are looking for a comfortable, mid-sized place to crash at night after enjoying all that Hawaii has to offer, this is your place. Not to mention the owner is great!

I travel to Hawaii a lot. This time I thought I'd do the Waikiki thing and not rent a car. Knowing Waikiki, and not wanting to pay a lot, but wanting to be next to the beach and action, I chose this condo. My wife and I had a great time seeing relatives, old friends and in general, just hanging on the beach. It literally takes 2 minutes to get to the beach. Their is a Starbucks on the way. Dukes is a short walk either down the beach or down Kalakaua Blvd. the bus system is nearby and it's easy to figure out if you want to go to Ala Moana shopping center, China Town, or practically anywhere. The place has all the basics you need, and a small patio where you overlook the park and zoo, with a partial ocean view. Very nice, but I do suggest you go to 10th floor sitting area. Great, great place for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. The view from there is outstanding! The owner has a friend there who will greet you and help answer questions you may have. Overall, we had one great time. I'd go back!
