Your ultimate paradise vacation awaits you at the Ko Olina Beach Villas Resort, Oahu's premier Oceanfront resort. Stay in this beautiful two bedroom/two bath luxury suite and enjoy sunset views from the expansive lanai. This spectacular beachfront resort features a huge lagoon pool, sandy beach pool for the kids, mosaic tile lap pool and three spas, one with a sandy bottom. There is a wonderful spacious fitness center with an ample amount of equipment that includes machines and loose weights. Bring your headphones so you can watch TV while biking or using the treadmill machines. Each men’s and women’s locker room includes its own dry and steam saunas. Oceanfront grounds include a beachside bar with live entertainment on certain nights, outdoor gas BBQs for grilling, koi ponds with huge koi, waterfalls and lush landscaping, 24 hour front desk and security. The resort is located on Lagoon 2 which is Honu (Turtle) Lagoon, with a smooth sandy beach and a lagoon perfect for snorkeling and swimming. Try the Ko Olina championship Golf Course or be pampered by the Disney Aulani Spa next door. Walk along the oceanfront walkway and visit all four lagoons and beaches and have a special meal at one of the resorts.

Entertain your family and guests with a Roy Yamaguchi designer kitchen that includes a wine refrigerator, appliances, plates, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There is a big screen TV in the living room that is Roku enabled and TVs in each bedroom. Our villa is decorated with beautiful Asian/tropical furnishings, and includes a washer & dryer for your convenience. Our Lanai has a dining table with chairs where you can enjoy your meals while viewing the Ocean, the Fabulous Sunsets, the Disney Aulani Resort, the Four Seasons Resort, the Golf Course and the lights twinkling on the mountainside. We also have a lounger where you can relax while taking in the view. You can hear the wind rustling through the palm trees and the sounds of the ocean waves rather than the noise coming from the swimming pools. Very relaxing while working on the wireless internet as you sit on the lanai and enjoy the view!

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen leather sofa in the living room. The two bathrooms each have an amazing deep soaking bathtub for full relaxation and the master bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a playpen and high chair for the young ones. We have a closet with boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella, futon, etc. that can be used by our guests. We have two parking spots in the garage that are free and included in the rate.

All went mostly well. The dryer in the unit did not work properly. But other than that everything else was fine.

We enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations of the facility are excellent with the 2 pools, gym and access to the lagoon. We enjoyed walking the board walk each morning and listening to music at the small outdoor bar. There is a wonderful family atmosphere. The unit itself was comfortable for the 4 of us.

Property is exceptional, as are the owners (Lisa and Michael) of the Beach Villa we rented. Villa had with more than we required to accommodate a one year old to a senior citizen and all ages in between.

After searching the VRBO site several times, this one suited our needs the best....and it did not disappoint us! Beautiful view, good eating places close by. The only thing was some tours we had to drive to a meeting point as most begin in the Honolulu area. There were a couple of tours that did pick up at the Ko Olina villas...so that was great! Staff at the Villa was extremely helpful and always had a smile. Would love to come back to visit again. Mahalo!!

The condo was well equipped and the owner gave all the detailed information not only about the property but also about other tips about what to see and where to shop which came in very handy. Short walk from the beach makes it very convenient. Enough room for 6 people with the sofa queen bed in the living room. Plenty of towels, beach chairs and beach accessories that we didnt need to worry about. Fully stocked with bathroom supplies and kitchen supplies. Brassie was very helpful and gave all the instructions and tips.

Loved the unit. Loved the communication. On site manager was great. Hate this app. I wrote a detailed review and the app ate it before I was able to hit submit.

This unit is amazing! We were debating between this unit or staying at the Aulani next door. We are so happy we went with this property and not the overly crowded resorts next door. Quiet, relaxing, and steps away from the beautiful beach. Lisa was amazing at responding to all questions and making us feel welcome. Brassie was amazing with checking us in and showing us the grounds. This resort has everything! Beautiful sunsets, amazing beach, and a spacious and quiet pool area. The Aulani, Marriott and four seasons are a short walk away. And there is a market a short walk away where you can buy groceries or enjoy the restaurants. We will definitely be coming back to this resort if we return to Hawaii! The pictures do not do it justice. If you are thinking about booking this unit..stop thinking! And just book! You won’t regret it

This was an incredible location! It was so nice to be so close to the ocean. The water in the cove was great for snorkeling: we saw a turtle, pufferfish, butterfly fish, etc. The condo was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The view was great. The pools and gym on the resort were amazing. Checking in and out was extremely efficient. We would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for arguably the best location on Oahu then look no further. About 30-40 mins outside Honolulu this resort is a respite from the busy city. The unit is stocked with anything you could need and is in close proximity to stores and freeways etc. the best part of our visit was the crystal clear lagoon and relaxing pool areas. We will be booking again!

what a great time we had at your property. We used the paddle boards and beach chairs every day that you provided. We loved the sunsets! The fireworks were great! We spotted whales beyond the lagoon. We saw seals up by the Four Seasons. We walked to the Marriott resort for shaved ice 3 times. We used the quite pool and hot tub in the evenings. We hope to visit again someday.

This property is located on the least crowded lagoon in the Ko'Olina development. You are able to swim, snorkel and see beautiful fish any time of day in this calm, mostly pristine lagoon. The two swimming pools on property were beautiful and not overly crowded. The property in general is kept up extremely well, and would compare with any 5 star resort. If traveling with children, I would definitely recommend staying here at the beach villas vs. staying at the Aulani or Four Seasons next door, as they were both packed with people, and after touring those properties I did not see any upsides. Once you arrive, be prepared to drive to the nearest grocery store which is about 10 minutes away, and if planning to BBQ, be prepared to be patient waiting for an open grill. Restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk away at the neighboring properties. An ABC store and cute shopping center with other restaurants is nearby; about a 10-15 minute walk away. A Roy's restaurant and the Ko'Olina Golf Club are right across the street. Apparently an Atlantis Hotel will soon begin construction next door to this property, so now is the time to stay here before the lagoon becomes overcrowded and its ecosystem likely destroyed. Be sure to explore west Oahu all the way to the farthest point you can drive. You'll find one of the most pristine beaches on the island on the Westernmost tip, as tourists overwhelmingly ignore that spot. Oahu traffic can be challenging, so plan your outings for early mornings when possible.

The property is actually even nicer than it looks. Check in was easy and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The few minor concerns we had (a small hornet nest and a slow draining shower) were addressed immediately by Brassie and maintenance and our whole stay was stress free. Morning coffee on the lanai was a delight each day. Played in the pool and the lagoon daily, even saw a turtle while snorkeling there. The location is great- conveniences around the corner but still feels sleepy and secluded. Drive to the North Shore wasn't bad at all- scenic and relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again. Great host, great location, great condo, great trip.

This property went well above my expectations. Communication with Lisa was excellent long before check-in with helpful suggestions of the area. Upon check-in, her manager Brassie showed us the property and was quick to help during the stay by text. The condo was fully stocked with anything you could think of which made it really feel like home during our stay. The property itself was amazing!! When I think of paradise, this is it.

Perfect location (so close to where my eldest son/dil live in Kapolei) and setting for a relaxing and fun filled time with family, including an almost 5 yr old and 19 month old. This beautiful 3rd floor villa had everything we needed - plenty of room to spread out, great beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views from the big lanai and perfect for eating breakfast, plenty of beach toys, so many needed supplies provided (laundry soap, dishwasher, paper towels etc), The kids loved the beach lagoon, kids lagoon pool, and feeding the koi fish every afternoon (also a morning feeding but we were always down at the beach early while less crowded, less intense sun), and perfect for me - standup paddleboard rentals at the lagoon which I enjoyed getting a work out on a couple of times! We look forward to staying here again soon!

Holy Cow we were BLOWN away by the beauty of this property and the thoughtful touches of the host Lisa. We were greeted at the property by Brassie who showed us the Villa and our parking spot. The villa was beautiful and Lisa thought of everything to make our stay easy and stress free. Full size shampoo/conditioner and soap were in both bathrooms, laundry detergent/fabric softener and stain remover in the laundry closet, hand soap in each bathroom, dishwasher detergent, hair dryer, plenty of rolls of toilet paper, and the kitchen was well stocked as well. Tons of pots and pans, condiments galore, rice, eggs, water bottles, gatorade and even some frozen stir fry vegetables. For beach gear she had us completely set up. Beach towels, toys, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler. She truly has thought of everything. And the checkout couldn’t have been easier. We just had to get our stuff and turn in the room keys. Too easy! The least stressful checkout ever! The resort is stunning and our kids loved the different pools and hot tubs. We also enjoyed the easy walk to the lagoon and the calm water and less crowded beach experience there. And feeding the koi fish was a daily highlight for our kids. The close proximity to Costco/Target/restaurants made our stay so care free and truly a vacation of our dreams. We will not hesitate to book again with Lisa and you shouldn’t hesitate either! Best hostess ever!

March 2022
The lagoon was beautiful but the condo itself was disappointing. I really try to avoid focusing on the negative but I have to be honest about our experience. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom, which made me feel that the condo hadn’t been cleaned well. The shower in the second bathroom didn’t work correctly (most of the water came out the bottom rather than the shower) so everyone had to use the shower in the master bathroom. The beds weren’t comfortable and the air conditioning for the living room and second bedroom kept turning off during the night so the second bedroom got really hot. Nothing we did fixed the problem except getting up in the middle of the night to force it back on. It was so uncomfortable that two members of our party booked a few nights at the resort next door just to get some sleep. I really expected a better experience based on the high review scores at this condo. We did enjoy sitting on the lanai every morning, even though you are looking out over a parking lot. Would I stay in Ko Olina again? Maybe. Would I book this condo again? Probably not.

We have stayed on 5 Hawaiian islands over the years, but this was our first visit to Ko Olina. The Beach Villas are a first class operation: clean, magnificent landscaping, and delightful staff. I am cautious about planned communities, but Ko Olina is a shining example of how they can be done well. The man-made lagoons are beautiful and respectful of nature. The golf course is there and provides a green blanket, but it doesn't dominate the resort. Oahu is easy to access from Ko Olina, and we took in Honolulu one day, the North Coast and International Surfing Championships another. I hope the secret of Ko Olina doesn't leak out, because it provides the peacefulness of Hawaii with the convenience of a major city nearby.

The lanais at the facility are a highlight, opening up to the outside. I agree with the earlier post, upgrades are needed, furniture worn, needs curtains in master bedroom. The overhead fan was broken our entire trip, the second shower does not fully work. THE dishwasher needs replaced. It does not clean the dishes, and the bottom had food residue and mold, mildew.

January 2022
We had a great time at Lisa’s condo. I love the lanai - views of the mountains and ocean and shaded all the time. Condo is nice and property is spectacular. Lisa was very accommodating and had great instructions. Beach chairs really need to be replaced, the dishwasher doesn’t work well, and the condo could used some little updates to make it five star like heavier curtains in the bedrooms especially since it faces the parking area and coverings over the odd sized windows in the primary bedroom and some things like tissues too. There is work being done in other building. That didn’t factor into my review but would have been nice to know. Great overall stay! Such a beautiful area!!

I would give Lisa 6 stars, if I could! Trying to find a Hawaiian retreat that could accommodate 2 adults + 2 teen boys was no easy task. The location was perfect. We explored new surf spots, journeyed from the North Shore to Waikiki, BBQ-ed by the pool, indulged in poke walking distance away and just enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets set above our private cove. And there was ample room for everyone to have 'space.' Brassi was so helpful getting us settled and I can't thank Lisa enough for the wealth of information. Perfect!

I searched quite a while for just the right place on Oahu this condo was ideal for everything we wanted and needed quick to access Waikiki and a beautiful drive to kualoa Ranch as well as North Shore as much as we enjoyed staying in the condo with the sun rises and the sun sets the pool and the Lagoon kept us coming back the staff was friendly and very accommodating especially Brassi we will for sure come back again and again as long as it is available I can't thank Lisa enough for all of the wonderful information to help us prepare for this trip this made our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary Unforgettable

We vacationed with extended family. The pool was wonderful for the children. We all enjoyed the lagoon too. The pool in the center (below the condo balconies) is a quiet pool, so you do not get excessive noise drifting up from that area. The resort is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is noteworthy that each condo is stocked by the owners, so if you are looking for lots of additional play items (boogie boards, sand play toys, etc.) be sure to check with the host of the unit you are interested in. This is a very clean, safe, quiet place to stay. If you want to get away from the big city and crowded beaches in Hawaii, this is the place!

This condo was perfect for our family of six! Lisa gave us a wealth of knowledge with regards to the local restaurants, shopping, and activities/excursions the island had to offer. The lagoon behind the villas was absolutely beautiful and the least crowded of all of them. Our kids LOVED the pool. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is our fourth stay at this particular resort, first time in this unit. Lisa was great to work with with very quick responses, and detailed information. The unit was well appointed, with everything we needed for the beach and the pool. The view of the sunset off the lanai was perfection. We enjoyed a lot of time enjoying the pools and the lagoon right outside the back door. There was even live music. Such a perfect vacation, and it’s great to travel again. We highly recommend this rental!

November 2016
My wife, 5yr old son and a family friend stayed at this fantastic apartment for 8 nights in early November and it was just what we needed to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. With so few people around, it was like we had the entire property to ourselves. So many times we found ourselves laying alone around the pool, drinking cocktails at the pool bar, or swimming across the empty lagoon wondering where everyone else was. Lisa was a fantastic host and provided a wealth of information about both the property and local area and it was so easy to head out to the local shops and restaurants, drop next door for breakfast at the Disney resort to meet Mickey, Minnie and Pluto (it's a 5yr old thing, but the grown-ups become kids for a couple of hours as well), or jump in the car to travel a couple of exits down the interstate for major shopping and dining. (Don't miss out on breakfast at My Cafe (563 Farrington Hwy, Kapolei) - amazing food) Whilst the whole stay was excellent and the condo very comfortable, we were sometimes a little frustrated at the A/C in the second bedroom not providing enough cooling, but all in all it could be solved with a little fresh air into the evening. Also - If anyone is looking for a bath that you need scuba gear to survive in, this condo has it. Everyone took turns to disappear into the incredibly deep tub, hoping to surface some minutes later. We're certainly going to try to get back here soon.

November 2016
Waikiki is crowded with high rises, crowds, traffic, noise... Surprised to find a resort on Oahu that still represents the quiet, natural, gorgeous beauty of Hawaii yet conveniently accessible to the entire island. It was like a grand resort on one of the outer islands. The villa was pretty spectacular. Couldn't believe that one wall opened up to go out on our lanai with island views. All of the amenities of inside but felt outside. We could cook in the designer kitchen and eat with the feel of the tradewinds. A beautiful Japanese wedding kimono adorned the wall and I felt so soothed by all the culture and beauty surrounding me. Going downstairs to walk through the gardens, to see the largest Koi fish in the pond, to pass the pools and out to the private huge beach lagoon were amazing. You could even walk along the beach walkway 15 min to Aulani, the Disney Resort. Lisa was so helpful in providing us an entire itinerary of nearby places to shop, eat, and all of the island signtseeing highlights. So spoiled here. This experience really made our vacation spectacular!

My family stayed here in early August for a wedding in Ko Olina. The accommodations were lovely and had everything we needed. The Villas are close to shops, restaurants, Costo and Walmart. Lisa was super nice and easy to correspond with. We did venture out to other areas of Oahu, but I would have been perfectly content with just staying at the resort during our entire stay. It was so relaxing and had a totally different vibe from bustling Waikiki. The pools were clean and the water was a good temperature. I used the gym in the mornings. It was clean and overlooks the "quiet" pool. At most, there were probably only 2 other people using it. I never had to wait to use equipment. I didn't have time to use the sauna but it was an added bonus. The lagoon is just steps away from the pools. It was peaceful, not crowded and is known for its sea turtles. We were sad to go. I would LOVE to stay here again!

My sister and I along with our husbands, just returned from a wonderful trip to Ko'Olina and my only complaint is that our stay was not long enough. Lisa's villa is beautiful, and remarkably convenient. It had everything we needed from pots and pans to beach chairs and towels. The beds were quite comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. The bedrooms, bathrooms and closets were spacious and offered lots of storage. The location is perfect. It was about 20 min. to Pearl Harbor, 45 min. to the north shore, and 30 min. to Waikiki. We were so happy to be away from the crowds of Waikiki, but close enough to go there for the day. The Ko'Olina resort is fantastic. The husbands played golf twice at the resort. Both of them were very impressed by the course and its amenities. Lisa provided lots of detailed information about places to visit, and restaurants to try. Since my husband is a great cook, we shopped at the nearby Costco and Target, and ate most of our meals on the comfortable lanai. By far, our favorite place to hangout was the lagoon in front of the villas. The water was crystal clear, and so peaceful. We could always find a comfortable spot to set up our chairs, and go down to the water to look for fish or just float...so relaxing! We are looking forward to a return trip very soon!

July 2016
We used this wonderful villa as our home base while attending our Niece's wedding at Kamehameha Bishop Chapel. Lisa prepared us well with her wonderful reviews of the Ocean Villas, the little known places to eat, the the sites on Oahu to visit. The villa itself was wonderful, well anointed with the latest appliances and furniture, and the Lanai gave spectacular sunsets each night which wasn't available to many of the other units. KoOlina is a great area on Oahu with many walks, swimming lagoons and other resorts to explore within walking distance. Kapolei is a nice town next to KoOlina and anything you need including restaurants, Costco, supermarkets, fast food, and cinemas are easy to get to. The owners of this villa supplied us with beach chairs, towels ,wave boards, and snorkel gear which we used at the beaches. A nice touch was that the kitchen area had spices and condiments to use for our stay. The resort staff were all very friendly and they were always trying to make our stay memorable. We strongly recommend this villa and hopefully we will be able to return in the near future.

We came to Oahu for our sons college graduation and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful and quiet! This rental condo #190197 was simply the best accommodation we could have hoped for. Beautiful, clean and lacking nothing! The grounds and lagoon were amazing and the owner is a dream to work with and took great care of us! We look forward to returning here again soon. Our favorite place on Oahu by far!

April 2016
This Villa is BEAUTIFUL - very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, and the location is FANTASTIC - the Ko Olina Resort area includes the Lagoons (not lagoons most people think - WONDERFUL swimming and beach areas protected from the Ocean), and in addition to the Beach Villas property, there is also a Mariott property, and the Disney Resort (among other shopping and luau options, all of which are accessible to visit. This is away from the hustle of downtown Honolulu and Waikiki, but those are very easy to get to, as are most things on the island. Traffic around Honolulu is a little busy during rush hour, but overall, the people there are so relaxed and courteous they are really very good drivers. You can get anywhere on the island within 2 hours most of the time (and Honolulu is only 30 minutes most of the time). OK, back to the property - again - AWESOME - they have plenty of really neat options for relaxing right there at the villa - a staffed bar, swimming for all ages, the lagoon (so awesome), etc. You could easily spend a few days just relaxing at the villa property and feel like a new person. The owner provided us with so much valuable information to help us with our first visit to Oahu, and gave us so many great recommendations that were spot-on - everything from tings to do, places to see, restaurants, cultural activities, etc. It was so helpful, and she is great with communications and so easy to work with. So, if you really want a perfect Hawaii vacation, and you need room for 4 adults, you will not be able to beat this 2 bed, 2 bath condo - a week goes by SO FAST...we hope to be back soon!

We just spent six days at Lisa's villa and LOVED every minute of it! We had our 9month old daughter and parents with us and everyone has so much fun! Lisa had everything in her condo from a high hair to snorkelling gear! Having two full sized bathrooms and bedrooms was so nice, we also used the bbq's by the pool and loved hanging by the ocean!! We checked out the other lagoons near by, but ours was the quietest and the best. The bartenders were awesome, special shout out to Derek! Lisa gave so many great suggestions and was VERY easy to work with. She was kind enough to give us a late check out as our flight didn't leave until late in the evening. We loved the sunsets and warm weather! We can't wait to return!

March 2016
We enjoyed a week of staying at Lisa's Ko Olina Villa. We brought my Husband and I and our teenage daughter and a friend. We loved the private master quarters which made us feel so comfortable and like we didn't have to worry about disturbing each other. The lagoons are amazing! We had record surf while we were there but the lagoons do enough to break the waves that we were able to boogie board, swim and snorkel during even the biggest waves. We checked out all of the other lagoons and the #2 behind the condo is the best and has the least people. We walked over to the Disney Alani lagoon and quickly returned to the one where we could always get a Cabana if we arrived around 8 a.m. with our chairs. We appreciated the snorkel gear, chairs, cooler and boogie boards provided in the Villa. We used them a lot. The Kitchen was beautiful, but since I was on Vacation too, we used it for making quick breakfast and such, but loved having the fridge to keep our drinks cool and the dishes and other provided things made it so great. The sliding glass doors to open the kitchen up to the open air was a favorite as well. We spent a lot of time on the Lanai in mornings and evenings. There are some awesome lounges down by the Tiki Bar to watch the Sun Set. As mentioned in other reviews the staff at Ko Olina were all so respectful and amazing and the grounds are kept immaculate and are just breath taking. The huge tubs were awesome and the separate shower was also nice to have. Once we had decided to book the place, Lisa was a wealth of knowledge about things to do and places to eat in the area. The only challenge was Ko Olina was a bit away from some of the things we wanted to do, but it allowed us to see most of the island traveling to Polynesian Cultural Center, Waikiki for a Catamaran Sail, and to Sea Life Park to see the Dolphins and Whalfin. (Whale/Dolphin). We loved that it wasn't as hectic as many places we checked out and it was our preferred place on the whole island. I cannot say enough about this place and Lisa as a Hostess was superb. We will be coming back as soon as possible.

January 2016
We just stayed at Lisa's beach villa with another couple and it was perfect for privacy for both couples. Love how the kitchen opens all the up to the lanai and it was well stocked. Appreciated the extra's such as beach toys, chairs, high chair, playpen etc. The grounds are beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the lagoons, watching the sunset every night was the highlight of our day (with the awesome Mai Tai's from the pool bar) . The staff at the Beach Villa's is also extremely gracious and great to deal with. Love staying in Ko Olina, very relaxing to come back to after sightseeing or just hanging out there all day. We'll be back!

January 2016
We just stayed in Lisa's villa with our two kids and my parents and thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing, family vacation. Ko Olina is a great community and for us, it was much better suited to our low key vacation. We took day trips to Waikiki, Hanauma Bay, and the North Shore and it was always great to return to the comfort of their comfortable condo. The layout is great. My husband thought it was terrific to have the two bedrooms totally separate (like separate wings) but with a terrific common area that was beautifully open. Our kids slept on the pullout couch and were very comfortable and it was easy for us all to retreat to our rooms early since we were all so tired from our activities. The lanai was roomy and comfortable and we had breakfast there daily. My kids favourite reading spot was on the lanai tucked away on the chaise lounger. The condo had everything for us to go to the beach including chairs, boogie boards, towels, etc...We didn't use the pools very much but our kids did. The lagoon in front of the Beach Villas is very relaxing compared to the lagoons in front of the Marriott and the Aulani which are packed with chairs. You can bring the stuff from the condo and be fully set up without feeling like you were sardines. We considered the Aulani and Marriott but am so glad we chose Lisa's place. The Aulani is a zoo and although, I'm sure our kids would have made more friends at the pools at Aulani, we would have lost our mind :) Would highly recommend staying here for a great, relaxing family vacation. We will return!

My family and I recently stayed at Lisa's beach villa in Ko Olina. From start to finish the process went perfect. Lisa was easy to work with and very responsive. I emailed questions prior to booking and she got right back to me with her answers. Once we booked she sent information about the area and sightseeing tips. The villa is absolutely gorgeous with high end amenities. It is beautifully furnished, the beds are comfortable and the linens are high end as well . The kitchen is well stocked. Anything you could possibly need is there. There is also beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkling equipment, cooler, beach towels, and sand toys. The lanai is perfect. We would start our day there and usually end it there as well. The grounds of the villa are well manicured and gorgeous. The pools are beautiful but we spent our time at the lagoon. It is just perfect. We would do our sightseeing in the morning and come back in the afternoon to hang out at the lagoon. The beach is great, the sunsets are gorgeous . The area surrounding the villa is top notch as well. We walked to the restaurants which were all good. The Disney Aulani and the Marriot are on either side of the villas and they have restaurants as well. The villa is also conveniently located to the North Shore and Waikiki . I just would not travel to Honolulu during rush hour as the traffic is crazy. I cannot say enough about the villa and working with Lisa. The whole experience was just perfect from start to finish. Looking forward to a return trip and would rent this same villa.

My family took a week vacation to this villa and we had the time of our lives. The resort had everything a family could want for comfort. As soon as I booked it, Lisa, the owner was corresponding with me to provide tourism information and answer any questions I had. She was very attentive in ensuring that we had everything we needed. Brassie met us at the resort to greet us and show us around. The villa included all the amenities and was located in a great spot, near restaurants and other resorts that we could visit and enjoy. We drove all over the island and experienced many activities and sites. However, we always came back to our lovely villa and spent time every afternoon, into the evenings, watching the sunset over our beautiful lagoon. The lagoon was the best spot to enjoy the sand, sun and snorkeling...nothing but crystal clear water, soft white sand and sometimes a sighting of a sea turtle or other sea life. There was no other place I would rather end each day. Brassie was easy to reach when we had questions. Thank you Lisa and Brassie for being such a wonderful hostesses and making our stay there unforgettable! We'll be back!

Our family of five (including a teen, a tween and a 9 year old) had an amazing vacation at the resort. The villa is beautiful and has a gorgeous lanai that we all enjoyed eating and relaxing on. We all enjoyed the pools, spas, sunsets and koi pond and took advantage of the fabulous gym, lap pool and running paths. The boogie boards and snorkeling equipment were so wonderful to use in the lagoons. Having the grills and on-site beach bar were added bonuses. We had lots of fun exploring the island and area resorts and returning to our relaxing paradise. It was our best vacation ever and we hope to return again! Mahalo!

My family of 5 (one teenager and 2 boys under 5 y.o.) have been traveling to Oahu for years. We've stayed in hotels in Oahu, we've rented houses, we've even stayed at my dad's timeshare in Waikiki....but the Beach Villas at Ko Olina are by far, the BEST place to stay. It's clean, it has a fully stocked kitchen, the parking is FREE, the beach is a 5min walk, the pools are clean and perfect for kids who are still learning to swim....and the list goes on. Not to mention, the cost to stay here is comparable to a hotel in Waikiki WITHOUT a kitchen. And did I mention....they had sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use! The owner, Lisa, is very nice and responds quickly to questions, concerns, etc. Brassie, the lady that greets you when you arrive is very nice as well. We had questions about Wifi and other small things during our stay, and a text to Brassie was returned immediatley. We will never again stay in a hotel or rent a house in Oahu. I really felt like I was on vacation this time around....away from all the hectic city life of Oahu. We were very impressed and definitely will be staying at this location again!!!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. The first day that we arrived, we were greeted by Brassie who helped us around the property and introduced us to the condo and all of its amenities. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful. Two spacious bedrooms, a great kitchen area, and a wonderful master bath. The decor was chic and Japanese and the beautiful balcony overlooked the lagoons that are around the properties. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and had a front row seat to the fireworks from the Disney Aulani Resort! The Beach Villas had two amazing pools that we used just about every day, a private lagoon that was the best and cleanest of them all, a great gym we hit up each morning, and an awesome pool side bar where we made friends with the bartender Derrick. Amazing stay!

This was a return visit for us which should tell you something! The unit is very well maintained, clean and fresh. The beds are more comfortable than at home. We love the lanai with views of the ocean and golf course . You really cannot go wrong with this unit....steps to the lap pool, lagoon pool, and ocean! The owner is the best?

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa! It was so nice to have more room to spread out for an 8 night stay, and having 2 bedrooms for a change was an added bonus. We loved the property, especially the pools! The chairs were some of the most comfortable and the lounges in the pool were a treat...I think it has the best work out facility of any place we have ever stayed! We golfed 5 out of 7 full days there and absolutely loved the course across the street. We did go over one morning to the Disney Hotel for breakfast and it was very nice, but we were sure glad to get back to the Beach Villas to relax! You can't go wrong staying at this Villa, it has everything anyone could want and it's pretty darn quiet, which is something we look for when on vacation!

I've been to Hawaii many times and this Lisa's place is great. We enjoyed our week here very much. We were considering going to the Aulani, but staying next door was perfect! We were able to take the kids to the breakfast and see characters but not have to deal with a crowded hotel will millions of kids. The condo was beautiful, the pool for the villas was perfect for kids and not too crowded. We enjoyed the drinks at the bar and a beautiful sunset each evening in the sand on on the lanai. I feel the same as all the other comments, both Lisa and Brassie were great to work with and had very helpful recommendations. The monkey pod restaurant was great by the way. We had a date night there and enjoyed the live music and great food. Also good for the family but we used it as our one night away. Aloha!

Our trip was absolutely wonderful.  This condo is beautiful and quiet. It was enjoyed by all ages in our group (my parents, kids-17, 13 and 11 along with myself).  It was great to be able to pull the beach equipment (snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach mats and sand toys) right out of the closet and head down to the lagoon.  The boys were like fish always wanting to be in water mostly the lagoon out front of the condo. The video game system was good for them too.  We typically hit the stores by Kunia and Kapolei for groceries and miscellaneous items.  We also drove to the North Shore, took an in-shore fishing trip, went to Haunama Bay and Pearl Harbor but mostly just wanted to hang out at the complex.  I would highly recommend your place and the Ko Olina Area (quieter than Waikiki).  It's just what we were looking for. Lisa was great to work with on our stay.

I've stayed at other resorts on Oahu but this had to be the best. The location and surroundings were perfect. The staff who run the grounds were hospitable and friendly. The waves are calmer on that part of the island, which made it perfect for my wife and child to play in the coves. Walking distance to Disney resort so we had a nice brunch with the Disney characters. If you have small kids, it's worth it. The condo itself was really nice. No complaints!! It was really relaxing to sit on the lanai and read after a long swim. Went in January and it was uncrowded. All in all, this place was definitely 5 Stars and I'm sure we'll be back!

I highly recommend staying at this villa. The pictures don't do it justice. It is so spacious and beautifully furnished. The owner Lisa was so responsive and she provided us with so much helpful sightseeing and restaurant information. The villa was in a perfect location for us and it is so convenient that it is walking distance to the lagoons and other hotels. We rented stand up paddle boards at the Aulani lagoon and went snorkeling in the lagoon in front of the villa. We were able to swim with sea turtles and see many colorful fish. We also spent some time walking around the other hotels in the resort. It was so peaceful and relaxing at the villa. We enjoyed opening up the glass walls and sitting outside on the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own breakfasts. We also tried a few restaurants in Waikiki, which was only a 20 minute drive. I look forward to staying at the villa the next time we visit Oahu. Thank you Lisa!

From the minute we booked our vacation, Lisa was so helpful with sending us information tailored to our needs and answering any questions pertaining to our vacation. The place was just as described, quiet, clean and spacious. It was our first vacation away with our infant and the villa was so perfect for our family. Everyone we came across at the villa was so friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat, the walkways between resorts along the ocean, the lagoons and the pools at our resort were so beautiful and clean. It really is the ideal spot for a family vacation. All of the information Lisa provided us was so helpful and ensured a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this unit and cannot wait to return!

We LOVED our beach villa. We wanted to be on Oahu for the activities available for our three kids (9, 11, and 12) but didn't want to feel like we were vacationing in a city. Ko Olina is beautiful. The space was perfect for the 5 of us. The doors to the lanai open all the way to make the whole kitchen area feel that much bigger - awesome. Such a benefit for my active family to have the snorkel gear and boogie boards available for use. We took them everywhere we went for the kids to use at any time. The villa was very clean, very modern, and looked like I expected it to from the pictures. Lisa is a terrific owner. She was prompt and helpful, and she gave us lots of ideas of things to do with our kids. I have already recommended her place to others, and if (WHEN) we go back to Oahu, I can't imagine staying anywhere else.

I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful Lisa was with helping me plan my family trip. Up until a few days before our departure I was still scrambling to decide which condo to stay in but Lisa was so beyond helpful she made the choice easy. With prompt email responses, attraction recommendations, even down to car rental company advice and links. She was so organized with all the documents and in answering all my concerns (since this was my first time renting from owner and I had some reservations). The property itself is far more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. The few concerns I had with the cleaning and an appliance not working were addressed promptly. The only let down was the view from the balcony which overlooks the parking lot BUT that is the only downfall. Everything else is amazing and the view from the grounds and the walking trails make up for that. Lisa, thank you for making our first trip to Hawaii so memorable!

This is a beautiful condominium that exceeded our already high expectations. First class decorating and ameneties throughout. Our favorite part of the villa though is that one wall completely slides away to provide full access to the huge lanai complete with a dining table. We ended up only dining out once because we enjoyed drinks and dinner with a beautiful view of the sunset on the ocean so much! I noticed most of the other units did not have a dining table on the lanai, only chairs and a coffee table. This unit also came equipped with a multitude of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. to enjoy the lovely lagoon where we saw tropical fish and several turtles. The several pools connected with hot tubs are set in a lush tropical landscaping complete with extensive Koi ponds. Lisa also provided alot of individualized information which made exploring the island much easier. We have stayed at the Marriott and the Hilton Waikaloa Village on previous trips to Hawaii but much prefer this villa, highly recommended!

From my first question to my final email to Lisa, she couldn't have been more helpful and responsive to any and all concerns. She answered all questions no later than the next day. Her business procedures in renting her condo were very professional, reassuring, and trustworthy. The unit itself was wonderful for my daughter's family which included 3 young boys (2, 4, and 6). The 2 year old slept in Lisa's pack-n-play, the 4 and 6 year old slept in the 2nd bedroom bed. The linae was semi-private with nobody on one side and an ok view of the ocean. We all enjoyed dinners/meals/games/relaxing out on that lovely, large linae! The lagoons and pools were extremely kid-friendly and enjoyed by all. The lagoon was a close walk, beautiful water...not crowded at all (unlike Waikik). The kids enjoyed floating on the boogie boards and playing with beach toys (all provided by Lisa). One other example of Lisa's efficiency...the first day my daughter's family was there, the coffee maker broke. Lisa's "go-to" gal had a new one there by the end of the day! Thanks, Lisa, for a great place and a great Hawaian experience for my kids/grandkids. They had PVD...Post Vacation Depression..after leaving Ko Olina and Beach Villas!
