The property has amazing views and is nearby a lot of beautiful beaches. They had beach chairs and umbrella too so it was very convenient. Was missing a few basic things like coffee/sugar but we just did a grocery haul and kitchen had everything else we needed!

Kitchen was well supplied. Excellent bed with heavenly linen. Very well appointed. Our group had three condos within the facility and found the property was very well maintained. We would like to stay again! We did leave early - due to fires. All three owners were great in providing credit for unused nights.

The property was in tip top shape. Very Clean and airy, nice decor. Especially liked the extra bathroom. Location was really nice and the grounds were clean around the area. We had a problem with street noise based on massive street construction right outside our patio that we could observe. We couldn't enjoy the patio and spent the entire time with the door closed until 5:00. I asked management for a small compensation but was denied. Although they sent notice of the street improvements a few days of our arrival, when I asked if I could've cancelled their answer was "no." I would suggest having a box of kleenex for guests and perhaps a package of coffee to enjoy, and television remote instructions. Very comfortable home. Aloha

We visit Maui once or twice a year. This is the first time at this location. We loved it! The condo is large and very comfortable. Loved having 2 full bathrooms. It is a very quiet location. Some we've stayed at you can hear the neighbors and road noise. Here you don't hear anything. Will stay again.

Superlatives throughout: the unit was clean, the kitchen exceptionally well equipped in terms of appliances, cookware, and even spices etc.; beach towels, umbrellas and chairs were provided, and we enjoyed the ocean view and the overall quietness of the unit and property. Also, the pool was great.We had one very minor maintenance issue which we hoped the management might rectify within two or three days -- it was actually dealt with in less than an hour.All told, and excellent unit and experience, and very definitely recommended to all. We'll unquestionably be back, and hope to repeat in #G-107!

The condo was clean and spacious for the two of us. The king sized bed was comfortable. Having the extra bathroom and shower was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. There were plenty of towels and bed linens. There were also beach towels, chairs and beach umbrellas. It is an easy 5 minute walk to Kamaole III beach. One of the pool and hot tub areas was a 2 minute walk away from the condo. The best part was sitting on the lanai for meals and watching the sunset over the ocean in the evening.

Clean, cute, well-stocked with all the basics. Was a wonderful home-away-from-home. These condos are the perfect location in Maui. Central to everything, and a quick walk to the beach. Even the little things like plenty of hangers in the closet weren't overlooked. Bed was comfy, and there were even nice collections of books and DVDs in case we had a hankering. Anyhoo, it was a great condo, and a great vacation!

The house was wonderful, but many things are broken. Both beach chairs were broken, the boogie board was broken. When I tried calling the phone number we were given to help set up internet no one replied I called several times.

Maui Kamaole is our favorite place to stay. This unit was definitely in the top 3!! Only thing I would recommend is more bed linens since we were there for 25 nights. Hubby needs an extra pillow to sleep with and had to use an extra with no pillow case!! Everything else was terrific!

The location is fantastic . . . within walking distance of Kihei shopping and the wonderful Kama'ole beaches and yet just a 5-minute drive from Wailea. This ground floor condo opens up to a patio and lawn area with an unobstructed view of the ocean and sunsets every evening. The condo came equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and the closet was supplied with beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The bed (in the bedroom) was comfortable, and the sofa bed in the living room was large enough for two teenage boys to sleep on comfortably. This condo is perfect for a family of four.

We had an excellent time. Staff was accommodating when we made a request for new pillows they delivered them same day. Couldn’t ask for a better view. sunsets, and whale watching right from our lanai. Would recommend this unit. Loved the bathroom showers and kitchen. Bonus having washer/dryer in unit. Only negative, furniture a little outdated. Would stay again!

The apartment location is good, close to beaches and things to do. The apartment is quite well equipped too.
My main issue was the bedding. The pillows were the worst I have ever used, they were just lumps of stuffing. I ended up with a stiff neck. Also, there were no blankets, only a sheet and the bedspread. I would think for the price this could have been more comfortable.
As someone else mentioned there were a few small bugs on the kitchen and bathroom countertops.
In general, the stay was okay but I would not return.

This condo was well stocked and had everything you would need. It was updated nicely and has a beautiful view! Bed was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it to a friend! Whoever cleaned the property prior to our visit could have paid a bit more attention to detail as there was a large hair wad on the floor of the master shower. But mistakes happen and overall we were thrilled with our condo!

This was the second time we been to Maui and the first time we stayed in this area. We would definitely stay here again as it is close walking distance to a few beaches. It's a quiet neighborhood and the view was really nice to look at in the morning or evening.
Only concern was that there was quite a few of small ants constantly in the condo. It was more of a nuisance then anything
The washer had mold however the property manager responded to our concern right away and sent a cleaner who did a very good job cleaning it the same day

This condo is spacious & tasteful. Good kitchen if you like to cook. Excellent location for beaches - Kamaole III is a short walk, & it is a good take off point for driving to other beaches. The ‘view’ was the big disappointment! Yes, there is an ocean view, but the photo from the lanai does not show the power lines!! Also, (our mistake) we did not realize that the unit is across the street from the boat launch. So, the location was convenient but it was very busy & noisy. But that’s most of Kihei Rd...

Maui kamaole is a nice complex directly across from the Kihei boat ramp and Kamaole III beach. All the other Kihei stuff is a short walk or drive away. And the beautiful beaches of Wailea and makena are easily accessible.

This condo was in a great location and walkable
to beaches and restaurants! An easy 5 minute Uber to Wailea! There was a nice small cooler and other beach provisions. Would definitely recommend! The only reason I gave it 4 stars overall is due to the fact we had paid for an 11 pm checkout and my boyfriend went to the car around noon to grab something and came back to the code not working. Luckily I was still in the condo and we were able to call for a new code but it would have been a hassle if we had both gone to our car without our phones .

So much room to stretch out and relax after a long day of hiking, driving, or beach lounging. All the amenities you could need - including a beach umbrella and chairs! We loved the location in the southern end of Kihei just a short stroll from Kamaole beach. Amazing sunsets viewable right from our private front porch.

This was a great place with a nice view in a really convenient location. Having a kitchen and laundry was so much better than an average hotel room, especially with our frequent trips to the beach. The location couldn't be much better - super close to one of the best beaches, and near all the great restaurants, shops and sights we wanted to see. Air Conditioning was a nice perk, but the cross breeze in the condo is hard to beat. Loved our stay!

Everything was great except for the BUGS!! Big pincher ants in the bed and Huge cockroaches on the floor.. Never had this problem before in the other units that we stayed in at Maui Kamaole.. highly recommend spraying instead of ant traps that leak sticky fluids.. other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The place is very nice, located just minutes away walking from the beach. The unit had everything you need for three people to enjoy the vacation - beach chairs and umbrellas, towels and cooler. The view from the living room is astonishing - our breakfasts were especially delicious. The complex also has two swimming pools and hot tubs, you can find grills on literally every corner and one right next to the building. Kitchen has the abundance of dishes and utensils. Overall had a great time staying here and would definitely come back.

This was our first condo rental on the island (had previously done all hotel stays) and we were really pleased with the rental and location. It was really nice to have some privacy while on the island (instead of being in a resort full of people). The condo is right across from the beach, and comes with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas, which were all so convenient. Everything was very clean, and the AC worked great. Would definitely come back the next time we're in town :) Check-in was all very easy with a keycode.
