This property was more than expected. We cook a lot when we come to Hawaii and the kitchen was stocked with the best equipment. The view was incredible. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place and roomy for 5 people. Quiet. Highly recommend. Only glitches …dryer not working at first, no water in upstairs bathroom. Resolved quickly. Lanai fan/light not working.

An excellent unit. Very child friendly; very clean; organized and well stocked. If you’re planning on staying in this unit; instead of spending your money for supplies; save your money on food instead because it is well stocked with supplies; from coffee; laundry detergent; sunblocks; first aid meds; children’s books and games etc etc. My most fav part is its close to everything. We’re hoping to stay in the very same unit again next year. I highly recommend it.

It is a beautiful condo stocked with everything for a Hawaii vacation. The location is close to Kona with lots of restaurants. But the condo has a full kitchen for cooking meals if you just want to stay in and watch the ocean and beautiful sunsets.

This property is absolutely wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies. Huge container with pool and ocean toys/supplies. Beds and couches were very comfortable. The pools and hot tubs are well kept.

Great location close to the action but not right in the middle of it. The owners of this unit have everything you need for the kitchen, grill, beach, games, “Hawaii Revealed” type books, nice spacious lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean for sunsets. Every consideration we could think of was at our finger tips due to the solid organization. Three bedrooms was really nice!

Condo is on top floor of 3 level complex that overlooks a golf course. Very quiet and never heard noise from neighbors. The kitchen and closets had everything you would need on a vacation and it was all clearly labeled. It was a 5 minute drive to either snorkeling or beaches to ride waves. There was an on-site pool that was very clean. We’ve been to Oahu several times but this was our first trip to the Big Island. It was noticeably hotter and had little trade winds. We were very thankful for the air conditioning in this rental.

Pictures don't do this condo justice. It's so spacious, well decorated and completely stocked! It was wonderful with 3 generations to have 2 bedrooms, the loft and 3 complete bathrooms. The loft was spacious so the 2 teenage boys were well separated in two separate beds. The 19 year old was able to complete 2 university exams online during our stay. There was space so the 5 of us weren't disruptive during the exams. None of the 6 of us have ever seen such well stocked cupboards, from dive fins to spices! Having all the spices made eating in economical while not skimping on taste. Meals were enjoyable as the 6 of us could eat together on the lanai or at the dining room table. The sunsets from the lanai were stunning. We were all sad to leave and wish we could have stayed longer. The condo greatly contributed to the 3 generations of us having a fantastic stay in Hawaii. We definitely want to return.

Had a great experience staying at the condo, it is exactly as pictured in the listing. Very clean and has literally everything you could imagine for cooking (pots/pans, spices, etc.). I spent almost a month at the property in March 2022 and couldn’t have imagined a better place/location. Right off the Kona Country Club golf course and also a quick jog to a number of nearby beaches. Would definitely stay here again, was perfect!

We were very happy with our stay - the bed was comfortable (huge one for me) and you can tel the folks who own it take great pride in the space, everything is very personalized and very comfortable with nice furnishings and touches. The condo is very well equipped with kitchenware and with beach items, made it super homey and comfortable. It was quiet and the ocean view was amazing, we could see whales from the lanai (awesome!). The pool area was ok, nothing great but close by. I was impressed with how quiet the little community was, made for ultimate relaxation. I would say we were sort of surprised with how much they did have at the house (spices snd such) that coffee and sugar were not part of the kitchen goods provided. It is run by a management company so that took away some of the personal-ness to communication but over all it was fine (there were a few things that stuck out, one is no extra toilet paper which was definitely the management company’s policy and also lack of certain info like where the pool is located and info regarding that you need a key to get into the pool but overall no big deal). Due to Covid the management company had a ton of paperwork for us to sign and when I sent some back they were a little terse with their response (apparently I misunderstood their request and sent the wrong proof of vaccination in the mix of roughly 15 pages of contract paperwork we also had to sign, over about 5 emails they bombarded us with after booking), but we got it sorted and it was fine - this is feedback about the management, not so much the condo space. We loved the condo and would definitely come back. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The condo was just as pictured. Beautiful views, tastefully renovated and very comfortable for family and friends. We were four adults, but the condo can easily accommodate 6 adults. Three bathrooms makes vacation life easy for everyone.
The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever encountered in a rental. If you need it, this kitchen has it. My favorite Vitamix power blender for the perfect frozen margaritas and Pina Coladas. Both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig coffe maker. Rice cooker, air fryer, large assortment of cooking pots, pans and bakeware. Plenty of dishes and silverware ...far more than a dishwasher can hold. Even cooking oils, spices, foil and lidded containers for storing leftovers. Plenty of barbecue utensils to make good use of the private grill on the lanai. We made great use of it all!
We ate every meal on the lanai, enjoying the beautiful view...and occasionally entertained by the golfers below. We enjoyed several excellent nearby beaches, and took snorkeling tours and manta ray tours from the bay directly below the complex. The location was great for several days of around the island drive tours. We love using the Shaka Tour app and the tours provided for the island.
And we certainly appreciated the air conditioning throughout the unit. Every room has a/c. Summer days can be hot even with good trade winds, and we were very happy to sleep comfortably.
Two weeks in this lovely vacation home makes us want to move here. Mahalo!

This condo had everything I needed and more! It is a beautiful place to stay with children. Activities to keep my kids busy and my son really enjoyed the little library at this condo. I as well as my family enjoyed our stay here.
