The unit was clean the location a short distance to the beach and pool. The place needs a lot of TLC, it is very outdated, the pots and pans were Faberware with scratched up Teflon, coffee pot very old 2 cup pot, the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable something you would have out on your patio, the king mattress was uncomfortable probably needs to be replaced. I really wanted to give a good review as we have two homes on VRBO and I know how important Reviews are to get future bookings & to maintain you’re property especially if it’s in a rental pool. The owners should consider updating as the Price is not commensurate to the despair of the unit.

Everything thing as anticipated or better! This property is beautiful, grounds are perfect and the beach is a short walk. Management Company was on top of check-in and ensured ample opportunity to answer any questions. No ocean view but none claimed.

We have vacationed to Maui, renting a condo in a different location, five times over the last few years. While it is hard to go wrong anywhere on Maui, we will never stay anywhere else but the a Elua community in the future. Amenities include guard gated entrance and a private pool area with weight room, kitchen and lounging facilities literally steps from a beautiful, clean, uncrowded beach. It is also an easy walk to several major resorts with restaurants and spa services and to the Shops at Wailea upscale mall. It is a wonderful location. The condo was very nice with highly upgraded furnishings. We were particularly happy with the amount of dish and cookware in the kitchen and that staples like seasonings and dishwasher soap were stocked. The location is secluded with beautiful well kept grounds. Finally the property managers were very professional and service oriented from the time we booked all the way through checkout. I would highly recommend renting unit 807.

We had a lovely stay at Wailea Eula #807. The process of working with the Management Company was flawless. The condo was very private and in a good location. The condo was spotless and very clean. Kitchen had almost everything you could think of...one suggestion is a full size coffee maker. There was a grill on the lani. There were also 2 beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. We didn’t realize a couple of beach towels would be included, so wish we hadn’t packed ours. I would highly recommend this property. It was a wonderful way to enjoy Paradise. Would love to rent again.

That unit is clean, well furnished, and recently renovated, It has a garden view. The complex is beautiful with well maintained grounds, pool and ocean side cabanas. Located on Elua Beach, you get snorkeling, turtles, and a nice surf break. Easy walk to shopping, resorts, etc. Will definitely come again.

We actually expected a pretty nice place, based upon on-line photos of the unit and the rental rates. Our expectations were pleasantly exceeded; not only by this unit, but by the property, the amenities and the resort management. My wife and I had planned to use the condo mostly as a platform from which to launch our daily excursions around Maui. As it turned out, we spent more than half of our days on this peaceful, beautifully landscaped, and uncrowded property. The sandy beach and snorkeling were right out front. Lot's of turtles! The unit was really well prepared and well stocked for our stay. We will be back!

I simply loved my stay at #807. The unit was bright and spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen was very well appointed, and more than adequate for the daily breakfast and lunch I prepared; if you're making dinners the cabinets have every pot, pan, and kitchen tool you could possibly need. Plenty of lanai- and beach-friendly drinking implements. Daily towel and basic housekeeping service was unexpected, but a lovely treat! Easy walk to the beach and very quiet community in the evenings. The Ali'i management company was very responsive to a minor inquiry that I had midweek, no questions asked they just took care of the issue. Note: this unit is actually a 2 Bed / 2 Bath (1 King, two twin beds). If I return to the island in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here - or in this development - again. Thank you, VRBO and Ali'i Resorts, for a wonderful home away from home experience!
