The great room of Sea Shells Beach House opens to the outdoor patio and pool and has cathedral ceilings with two lounging areas in addition to an entertainment center with surround sound and new flat panel LCD television with premium channels, digital reception and Apple TV 4K. The kitchen is stocked with all new supplies and small appliances commensurate with luxury standards, including a Nespresso machine, coffee grinder, abundant service ware, wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, top quality cookware, center-island wood table, expansive granite counters, dual dishwashers and sinks, and new Samsung French door fridge with ice maker/filtered water station.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private en-suite bathroom and flat panel televisions with AppleTV. A convenient separate office provides a large desk, WiFi, office supplies and multi-function printer. There are two laundry centers. Use of the two-car garage is available.
The single level design of Seashells Beach House provides very comfortable living for guests with limited physical movement. This property can be enjoyed by guests using a wheelchair although it is not specifically outfitted for special needs.

The property was amazing! It was difficult to explore the island, because this property has everything! I must also say that the Private Paradise Villas team was just as amazing as the property. From booking all our excursions, my countless questions for recommendations for excursion vendors, restaurants, etc. They handled everything to perfection. Lastly, while we were there, there was a tusnami alert. Due to the low lying location, we were concerned to go back to the property on the evening of the tsunami. No problem. The Paradise team immediately found us comparable lodging. Thank you so much for such a great trip!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Because of COVID, Hawaii has travel restrictions. The property manager was extremely helpful in navigating the ins and outs of the process. We received a warm welcome, and our questions and concerns were answered immediately!
The property was amazing for watching the sun set every night on the beach but was still very private. The landscaping was beautiful, and it was a joy to sit in the hammock under the palm trees.
The home was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked (you could host a gourmet dinner for 12 with no problem). There were nice linens and towels.
One of the things that really sets this rental apart is all the "extras." The shampoo, lotions and soaps were luxurious. The welcome basket was amazing. And all, and I mean all, of the necessities were available. Coffee pods, cleaning supplies, paper towels, spices, Ziploc bags, foils/wraps, masks/sanitizer, makeup wipes, etc. I was so very impressed with all of the extra touches that this rental incorporated.
I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful home in a superb location. Our family of 4 enjoyed the gorgeous pool and outside space....making it hard to leave to explore other parts of Maui. Kaanapali beach is just a few steps away - as well as a paved walkway along the shoreline. Restaurants and shops are located close by, however the lush landscape makes the home feel quite private. The house has a great layout and it is very clean and well maintained. Truly paradise!

This home is not only gorgeous, but is equipped with very nice appliances, towels, outside furniture and pool toys. The residence generates, incredible comfort and a giant WOW factor. Amazing, wonderful, perfect....these are the words that come to mind staying here at the Sea Shells Beach House. From the moment we arrived and were greeted to the minute we left, this was truly a memorable vacation. The home was well appointed, had everything we needed, clean, private and well maintained. In fact, since the beach was mere steps away and the pool was so lovely, we hardly left the house! We all agreed, we will be coming back!!!!

The house was nice, and right on the beach; we spent every day going back and forth between the ocean and the pool. We loved being able to walk up and down the beach for different restaurants. Hosts were very accommodating and made check-in easy. The only thing I would mention is that the speakers for the stereo/tv were completely blown and not really usable. Otherwise, this is a vacation I would love to repeat again soon.
