- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas is required.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
The accommodation you are renting has flexible bedding options in at least one sleeping room/bedroom. Our staff will ask you in advance of arrival how you would like the beds made up in those spaces. Even before we arrived, the concierge support helped us plan our trip. Check in was easy, and the specialist showed us all of the features of this beautiful property. With special touches like fresh flowers and a copious welcome basket, the condo was warmly welcoming. The view - oh my!!! The location on the beach is great, and the daily beach set up is so convenient. The beach is fairly calm, great for kids, and almost guarantees a sea turtle sighting when snorkeling by the rocks. A short walk along the beach path gets you to many lovely restaurants and bars. Local shopping is also great. Within about a 30 to 45 minute drive, you can get to the North and West coasts, and the many parks and forests. If you are having a hard time deciding, CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY!

This unit has an absolutely stunning ocean view. When we come in January we can watch the whales all day from the veranda. Kitchen is very well appointed including TWO refrigerators! Also a beautiful Viking grill on the veranda. Only negative comments: #1 there were lots of families with small children and they make a lot of noise. #2 - the sofas, side chairs in the living room greatly need replacing, they are very sagging and uncomfortable. Also the mattresses seem old and lumpy. For this price you would expect perfection.

We thought the property was in a great location and the condo was very clean and it had everything we needed (from towels and shampoo to beach chairs and coolers).
We enjoyed the awesome kitchen and balcony as well as the 2 pools and the beach path.
The short walk to the Wailea shops was nice for shopping and food options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We spent a week in K407 and it was amazing. We have stayed at a number of properties on Maui, as well as in the Wailea area. This one ranks at the top. Great views, relatively close to a terrific beach, and very well accommodated. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this level of luxury. Only downside to the Wailea Beach Villas is the two pools are only 3.5-4 ft deep. Beautiful to look at, and lounge next to, but somewhat too shallow to enjoy as an adult. The hot tub area is nice though. That being said, their is a very nice beach just another 50 yards beyond the pool that is quite good for swimming/snorkeling.

We love the Wailea Beach Villas K407!! The condo is in excellent condition, amazing views and very convenient. The high quality of service, amazing amenities and stocked kitchens and baths, beautiful decor, and cleanliness beyond belief. Our reservation was facilitated by Tropical Villa Vacations--they are the best. It's a gorgeous condo! We will return for sure!!
