This unit features beautiful and tasteful furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout and a fabulous lanai to watch the sunset and take in the beauty of Maui.This unit accommodates up to six guests and features a king sized bed in the Primary Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom which can also be made into a King, and a very comfortable sleeper sofa bed in the living area. The Primary Bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and there is also a second full guest bathroom. There is central air conditioning and wireless internet access throughout.The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

**PROPERTY-WIDE AC OUTAGE FROM 12/11/23-12/15/23: The AC cooling tower replacement is scheduled from Dec. 11, 2023 to Dec. 15, 2023, resulting in NO AC in the Polo Beach units during this period, along with associated noise. Rates have been adjusted.**

When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit’s 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay you will be alerted and will have until 5pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59pm.While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The kitchen is very well stocked, everything that you need. The beds are comfortable. Located right on the from of the property and you can sit on the lani every night for a beautiful sunset.

Such.a wonderful location. The unit was very well layed out with 2 bathroom and 2 bedrooms (king and 2 twin beds). The kitchen was well equipped and had more than enough for a family of 4. Beach access is super close (slightly steep path), beach chairs were provided. The grounds were well manicured, gated to access pool, beach, and to enter via car. Used the pool chairs with cushions, towels, and 3 gas grills to cook. Parking in covered area was easily accessible to 2 elevators. There were carts for luggage and groceries. There was a garage racks to place the paddle boards and boogie boards that we rented (not provided with lodging). Cannot stay any closer to the beach than this location. Sunset views are spectacular, snorkling from the beach in the mornings, and the covered lanai had table and 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs we used for all meals. We have already suggested others should stay at this property. There was construction going on during the day but never once interfered with our Maui trip. Totally met all of our needs.

The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels, nice washer and dryer, comfortable beds and just steps to the wonderful beach and pool. Loved being on the 6th floor with the tree tops framing views from every window. A total win!

The primary bedroom bed was very comfortable and it was a pleasure listening to the surf through the open lanai doors at night. Overall the unit was clean and spacious. The The rental agency staff was readily available and prompt w replies or support. The furnishings and kitchen items were 'just' this side of adequate. The living area really, really needs some lamps not only for the cozy factor but who wants all the lights on just for one area? The sofa was attractive but very uncomfortable. I wanted to serve a couple dips with veggies but the dishware options were quite limited and definitely uninspired. For the price and location I think the unit could use a bit more of a personal touch.

Easy access to beach and ocean. Some minor issues with the unit. Ice maker was not working, main electronic shade was not working. The second bathroom, while clean, had a strong moldy smell emanating from the shower drain. No lamps in the second bedroom or the main living area, only ceiling lights. CBIP was easy to work with. A minor glitch in repair follow up, but very professional and helpful overall.

Beautiful, unobstructed sunset view. Waves on the shore are nice and loud, like you are sleeping on the beach. The rental was very modern, despite the building being older. There are some nice upgrades in the house, like automatic blinds. Washer and dryer were modern and worked just fine. Very clean. Quiet property. Pool and hotub were great. Very easy access to beach and pool. The beach is actually really awesome because it is naturally partitioned from the rest of the resorts through natural rock formations, and the beachfront path that connects the next several miles of resorts doesn't go through this property. We never saw more than 5 people on the beach at one time. Parking spots were tight, probably because the building was made when cars were smaller, so if you get an SUV or van, it's tight, but manageable.

Great location, beautiful view !The beach and pool not crowded. The condo is nicely decorated and well maintained, comfortable beds. Our only issues were that getting things like some extra towels and tissue was not as easy ,but realize this is a condo unit and not a hotel or vacation club. There is no front desk . Also there is construction on our floor and I had not seen the small note about it on the website. Workers were nice and it wasn’t too noisy . We’d come again.

The Polo Beach property is well maintained and has a great location on the beach with a pool and barbeque set up. The unit we stayed in is quite comfortable, although adjacent construction activity can be distracting, sometimes into the night. And pricing keeps increasing as do most other resort accommodations.

The view is spectacular, the kitchen is well-equipped, and both the pool and beach were reasonably quiet. The kitchen needed a few maintenance items (exhaust fan cleaning and ice maker work), but nothing major. Our only disappointment was the major price increase since our previous stays.

The outdoor grills came in handy as a welcome alternative to going out for restaurant meals.Being at the southern end of the Wailea Beach Path, the Polo State Beach (directly accessible in front of the property) was was much less crowded and more secluded than the other beaches along the Path. Yet it was easy to take the Path north to the other hotels, restaurants, and beaches. The view across to the nearby islands was spectacular, especially the sunsets!

My wife and I stayed at the Polo Beach Club for our honeymoon and it was amazing! We had stayed at the property a few years ago with family, and we literally changed our honeymoon plans to come back to Hawaii because of how amazing it was. The booking/check-in process were very straightforward, and all the communication was very appreciated! They checked in to make sure everything was going well and were very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here, and I know my wife and I will be back!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property! The view was amazing! Access to the beach was easy as was access to the pool, grill, and parking. The check-in process was clearly explained, and the property was clean. The concierge service was helpful as well. The location was perfect for us. We used the kitchen for at least 2 meals a day, and we could drive and/or walk to eat additional meals. We highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our trip there and would plan a repeat visit. Much better than a hotel room!! Only 2 hiccups: 1) the dryer was slow and the property company was closed for the long weekend when we arrived, so we could not get our parking pass, yet the security guards kept writing warnings and leaving them on the car.

The views from the lanai were so beautiful from morning to night! CB realty was very easy to work with and called after we checked in to make sure everything was as we expected. We did have to call about our dryer in the unit that was taking 3 hours to dry towels... but they came up and brought us fresh ones for the day. We would definitely stay here again!

We only noted 2 issues: the ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work and the dryer took an excessive amount of time to dry clothes.
