We had a very nice time staying in the unit. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the ensuing explosion of color was amazing. Nice views of the golf course, distant views of the ocean, the west Maui mountains and Lanai. Quiet, stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Mahalo!

The condo is in a great location: ocean view, close to shopping and beaches.
Our condo appeared clean upon arrival but closer inspection revealed the carpet to be dirty with numerous stains. Contacting the property rental company proved pointless and the carpet remained dirty throughout our 2 week stay.
The condo is advertised for 6 people but there wasn’t enough seating at the dining table nor in the living area to accommodate all 6 of us.
We did not have 6 beach chairs and the umbrella was missing. We had to purchase both.
The dishwasher does not work well and the kitchen is lacking oven pans.
The walk in shower was wonderful.

Stayed at this second-floor unit with three adults and one toddler - very child-friendly. There were two pools on the property for our use. Towels, beach chairs, beach towels and toys were provided in the unit and we were able to use the washer and dryer. The bathroom in the primary bedroom was great - a huge walk-in shower with two separate shower heads, and double sinks. The air conditioning was strong, though the fans were good enough to cool us down on some days. The living room area was very spacious, we had a designated parking spot in front of the apartment. Walking distance to the Shops at Wailea. Would totally recommend!

Great location nice complex and pool. Master bedroom was spacious with walk-in closet and oversized shower. The other bedroom was nice for a teenager to have privacy but it did smell of mold or mildew when the AC was running. Nice kitchen with ice maker. The owner provided beach chairs and coolers. The Wi-Fi / internet was good

We just completed a stay at your property. We were extremely disappointed and upset when we arrived and the bdrm closest to the master bdrm did not have any AC. It had a very strong mildew smell which we think you know as there were air freshners on the mirror. The description under amenities says 'Air Conditioning' which is misleading. I think you should say 'Partial AC' cause the phrase about the 'pleasant mountain breezes' really gets lost. We got in touch with the mgmt company asap but they were not able to get us a portable unit until the next day. Unacceptable... The unit was sufficient however there are only 2 towel racks in the bathroom for 2 bdrms. The toilet in the main bath has a broken seat and makes a terrible noise until it completely fills. The tub was rusting around the drain control and the shower curtain rod is rusted. The exhaust fan was also extremely loud. The view from the Master Lanai is greatly overrated in the description and there are no chairs to sit on even if you wanted to. The dishwasher seems to be a little worse for the wear as well and would only run for us on Econ wash and was extremely hard to close. Some of the dishes in the cabinets had to be washed before using as they were dirty. The bdrm nearest the kitchen is sorely lacking drawer storage. The desk does not really offer much. The lack of any nightstand was difficult. All air conditioners were very loud and made it hard to sleep.

Had a great time. In the middle of a very high end area, yet still close to everything we were doing. Very easy to check in. We had our own parking space. The place was roomy, very clean and well prepare with what we needed. My next time in Maui, I will definitely be returning here!!!

Beautiful condo! Great location! The sunrise and sunset views from the lanai are stunning! The condo was very clean and well kept. Only issue was a clogged sink which CB Island vacations took care of the same day. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Hostile environment. After paying over $800 a day we were warned that missing towels will cost us $50. If the owner does not trust his patrons he should not rent the property out. Simple. He and potential patrons would be well served.

Everything was as stated in the ad, well equipped and clean. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We loved the large walk-in shower. Beach chairs were available but no beach umbrella. We'd stay there again.

Condo has beautiful views and grounds are well kept and staff is friendly. We did ask for a few things while there and responses were quick. The sofa bed was not in working order as confirmed and that was a bummer. But all in all the condo was nice. Slightly dated, but nice.

Golf trip to Maui once a year. This was the first time staying at Grand Champions. Found ourselves a new spot for our golf trips. Both rooms are amazing 1 with a view of the Blue course. Living room and kitchen AMAZING. Large and upto date on technology. Only complaint if at all a complaint is the need for a larger coffee maker.

We have stayed at the Grand Champions before and the location is perfect. This unit had a great ocean view, was clean and had everything we needed. Only update needed is the sleeper in the sofa. Unable to use due to bent frame. Otherwise excellent!!

This is our 6th time staying at Grand Champions, and this unit is a great location with good ocean view. The property management company was very helpful and good to deal with. The unit needs some simple Reno's. Carpet is old and dirty, and bathroom showers and floors are original and need updating. The majority of the other units we have stayed in at this complex have already had these Reno's done. Kitchen could also use some better knives and better quality cookware.

WE loved the location, the villa was clean and welcoming for us - the air and lights turned on. Much appreciated!! The staff where very helpful and attentive to us, and helped us with a minor problem right away. The only thing I would recommend for this villa is a little more cutlery ( tablespoons) and new lanai furniture. The chairs need replacing as one you can't sit in, so if we would have had company we would have been short. A very easy fix. Also there was no pods for dishwasher, container there but empty, which I'm sure was an oversite. No worries as I purchased and left at villa. The expeirience was great, and the place was worth the price. The only thing I would like to mention is that there was not enough dish washer detergent (only two loads given). Also, the dryer seems to be broken, because no matter how long we tried to dry, the clothes were still wet. Guess the vent was blocked...

Had a wonderful stay at the Grand Champion. Amazing views and great location. Very close to shops of Wailea and restaurants. Unit was very clean, and a very quiet location. We were happy with all the supplies and amenities supplied. Beds and Furniture were very comfortable. Washer and Dryer were wonderful to have. 2 pools at Grand Champion one that was quiet and one that kids could enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

The property is in good condition. The cleanliness was just ok (ex. there was dirt on top of the master comforter). The property was also very strict about noise. There is a letter on the fridge reminding you to walk softly. We were otherwise quite comfortable and felt very safe. It is in a great location with many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shops nearby.
