Enjoyed my much needed vacation to Maui. This property was amazing. Right by the beach and so comfortable. I’d highly recommend this VRBO to any people looking for a place to stay. Would certainly rebook again next time.

This unit was just perfect in so many ways. While a studio, it was roomy and beautifully outfitted. Nothing like sleeping with the sound of the surf and the views are truly magnificent. We ate breakfast and dinner on the balcony, watched turtles in the water just in front of us, and spotted a whale breaching while we were on the beach. The linens and towels were all high quality, and the kitchen well stocked with basic spices and coffee/tea, etc. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and boogie boards. The condo grounds were lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well as the company of other guests. Can’t imagine a better spot to enjoy Maui.

The owners, Ken and Anne, are very attentive to making sure you have everything you need. Their unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was well stocked with towels and other necessities. Ken and Anne were wonderful to work with.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this Napili Shores property. One of the best units at the complex, directly oceanfront. The unit is extremely well kept and has everything you would need for your vacation. We loved getting up and seeing the sunrise over the bay, and having quick access to both Napili Bay (Sandy beach), and Honokeana Cove (snorkeling with tons of turtles). We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

We were very happy with our stay. You really can’t beat the view from the balcony, and we spent all meals and extra room time out there. Unit is a little dark, maybe some updated and lighter colored bedding and lamps might help. Also would’ve loved some shampoo for the shower. But those are minor suggestions, and don’t let that deter you from staying here. Easy parking, except when everyone is arriving in the morning trying to get in line for the gazebo. Walking distance to a market and a few restaurants. Uber pickup in about 10 minutes. Wonderful place!

-proximity to the beach and the gazebo was perfect
-love that they provided beach equipment!
-lots of closet space to unpack and not live out of a suitcase
Cons: Mattress is over due for replacement, and it has sunken areas where people usually sleep on each side. Our 4 night stay was tolerable but any longer would’ve sent me searching for a chiropractor.
-Check in process had some hiccups with them turning off our late checkin temp key before the office actually opened the next morning
-Unit could use some deep cleaning (water pitcher in the fridge had mold)

In years past the common areas walkways Pathways grasses were always nice and tidy but this year a lot of debris around for days at a time of being cleaned up. Also maintenance staff working on there units air conditioner unreliable and inconsistent

Not sure if the $75 addl surcharge on room keys was highlighted . I did see it in another review so it was a big surprise . We did have issues with the room keys now working for 2 of our 3 mornings . They either are way too sensitive to getting wiped out or ? We tried to protect the keys and we still got locked out and the front desk doesn’t open till 9.
This appears to be a known issues according to maintenace guys. U Pay $75 for keys, ask for 4 keys to be safe and keep them in plastic containers and spread them around . Keep one in your car too. Owner did provide a $50 gift certificate which was a nice offset to the $75 surcharge . The restaurant pancakes next to the unit “gazebo” was great

Anne & Ken's condo couldn't be in a better location! You are steps from one of the best breakfast spots (The Gazebo) and one of the best beaches in Maui. It has great upgrades and well stocked for a perfect vacation.
It's about a 45 min drive from the airport but the drive is breathtaking and you'll appreciate being a little secluded with some of the best snorkel spots out your back door.
The parking is first come first serve, but we always found a spot right up front. There are shuffle boards and a pool right out your front door and the resort's restaurant is a 5 min walk. Ann and Ken provide beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and 2 beach towels (I wish they had another set, so bring a couple more if you want a fresh set while those are drying). They'll also give you some great restaurant and bar recommendations if you ask.
We really appreciate their communication and hospitality and will definitely be coming back in the future!

The best view of Napili Bay and perfect studio for a couple! Anne and Ken’s place was stocked with everything we needed, the AC worked great, and the location was incredible—literal steps away from Gazebo for brunch and the gorgeous beach. This is one of the very best units at Napili Shores. It is so well appointed with plenty of space to put your things. The view is superb and there are lots of extras like beach chairs, snorkel equipment, binoculars and spices in the cupboard. Don't hesitate - this is the one you're looking for!

Great location in Napili, couldn't be any closer to the water if you tried! We ate out for all of our meals, but the kitchen is well stocked should a guest desire to make a meal. Comfy bed, easy check-in. Be prepared to pay a $75 non-refundable key card fee. On-site laundry facilities available for a small charge. We would definitely stay again. Mahalo for making this last accommodation of our honeymoon stay on Maui before moving over to Oahu a memorable one!

This property was right on the ocean next door to one of the better family beaches on Maui. you literally walk down the stair from the unit onto the beach access. If you can walk a half a mile, everything you could ever want is right there, from scuba rentals, grocery store, coffee store, fine dining and great breakfasts. With a full kitchen in the unit, it was easy to go inexpensively since there are BBQ's right outside the unit.

This is an amazing property for a couple on the island of Maui. We have been coming for twelve years at this point, and ten of those years have been at Napili Shores. However, this unit is the best one we have stayed at in all that time. Comfortable with the most amazing view and access to the Gazebo and beach. We will be back!

This property was beautifully updated, and the bed was super-comfortable, too! But what really makes it ideal is the location, which is truly outstanding. As others have mentioned, the sound of the waves at night is the stuff of dreams, and the lanai provides an amazing view of the sea, Moloka’i, and the bay—while somehow still feeling very private. From the main living spaces, you just hear the waves, soothing distant beach noises, and occasionally a on a neighboring lanai (or an excited kid yelling “turtle!” from the rocky area below). In fact, I had a massage on the lanai and did not feel exposed or distracted. I doubt there is a better unit in this complex (or the neighboring ones). Some readers may wish to know that you can hear the sounds of other people and the Gazebo restaurant, but that is from the bathroom area of the unit ONLY. There are many, many sea turtles in the area, and you are close to good snorkeling. There are also some great food options very close by (the Sea House and Joey’s Kitchen stand out). We loved getting açaí bowls and smoothies from the Farmer’s Market Grocery nearby—and going to the actual Farmers Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. In short, everything you need is right there. You don’t even have to leave the Napili Bay Area to have the complete Hawaiian experience. I would not hesitate to book this unit again, as it offers the best of the best in Napili Bay (and Maui in general).

Location, location, location - 201 is OCEAN FRONT & beautiful. The condo is thoughtfully stocked. Napili is less crowded than other areas of Maui , which I appreciate. Napili Bay, which is steps away, & nearby Kapalua Bay offer great snorkeling and great morning turtle viewing. You will enjoying hearing the waves as you drift off to sleep. The Gazebo restaurant is a great way to start your day.... mac pancakes!
The owners were very responsive and quite helpful prior to our stay and throughout our vacation period.

Have been staying in Napili for 30 years - first time using a rental property and couldn’t have picked better. View was amazing and facilities in the condo were exceptional. Only bummer was the state of erosion on Napili Bay, but of course not related to the condo!
