I would highly recommend staying at this condo. The location is convenient- it’s walkable to the beach and within ten minutes of restaurants by car. The view is amazing! The amenities were great. There are plenty of towels and beach towels, some beach chairs, and two coolers. The in-room laundry is a plus. The bathrooms are spacious, and the condo is remodeled and modern. The unit is very close to the upper pool. We enjoyed staying at this condo so much so that we wish we extended the stay at this location rather than move to the beachside location we stayed at after our wedding.

We had a wonderful stay in Maui Kamaole J120. It is nicely updated and comfortable, close to the garden pool, and has a beautiful view from lanai to watch the sunset! We have stayed at Maui Kamaole several times and and had a great time each visit and appreciate the location and close proximity to so many great beaches. Our only wish is that the pool and hot tub stayed open a little later.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience with this property. It is quite large. Being on the 1st floor was great. Along with our patio we got a small grass space and the views of the ocean were better than expected. The property came fully stocked with everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised to find it came with lots of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, and pool noodles. The property had a very nice pool and spa area close by. The condo area was quiet and perfect for relaxing without the busyness of a resort or hotel. Also if want to snorkel, Redline Rafting departs right across from the condominium and they offer the best snorkeling tours. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

I have rented at Maui Kamaole at least 5 times in the past. I really like the location and layout of the property. The unit we rented was clean and well-appointed, and very comfortable. The only negatives, and these are minor are that the safe was locked and unavailable for me to use, and that the air-con unit in the bedroom is very noisy. Overall, it's a great unit and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It did not disappoint. Pools and gardens were great. Nicely updated unit and well supplied with equipment (a couple of additional wine glasses would have been nice but this is small stuff).Our only reservation about this unit has to do with location. We did part of our stay without a car and it is a LONG way from the bus stop to this unit and it's all uphill.

This unit had everything you would need for a relaxing stay for a two week stay. It was very clean, decor was lovely. Enjoyed breakfast out on the patio every morning looking out toward the water. Sand toys, chairs, umbrellas all there. Located close to several great beaches. We loved our time there.

Very comfortable and well appointed ground level suite with amazing ocean views from the lanai. We loved how close it was to the upper pool, enjoyed the renovated bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and all the beach equipment (although some of the umbrellas are missing pieces/broken). The king bed in the master bedroom is really comfortable and our teenagers didn’t complain about the sofa bed pull-out. Only minor suggestion is offering more in the amenity pack as we had to purchase more toilet paper and shampoo on the 5th day of our one week stay and we there was only the 4 of us.

We have previously used. Audi Rentals and we're always satisfied. They have upped their game. Renting our condo was incredibly easy. Initial and final pmt. all set up with first call to them. Hey kept me up to date via auto emails with checkin info etc. property exceeded expectations. Well stocked with all kinds of beach needs - chairs, umbrellas, cooler, plus snorkel gear and water toys as well. Highly recommend Maui Rentals!

Our family really enjoyed our time in Maui and this condo was a great ‘home base’. It was well equipped and clean. The master bath needs a little repair but we made it work. There weren’t any sand toys for the kids - so we purchased some and left them for the next family. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. If you’re picky about pillows, you’ll want to pack your own. The pull out sleeper sofa was fine for our 3 and 6 year old but it would not be comfortable for bigger kids or adults. The view from the lanai was beautiful and you’re just steps from the upper pool. We spent our mornings exploring beaches and our afternoons enjoying the pool. The condo complex is beautifully landscaped and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying in this condo. The view is beautiful and the complex is nice , especially the landscaping and the pool area. The bed is comfortable and there is air conditioning if you need it. Lots of beach supplies to use and can walk to a nice beach with turtles. Would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location is perfect, a short walk to Kamaole 3 which is a nice beach with plenty turtles and good whale viewing (and of course, good swimming and snorkeling.) It's outside of the busy-busy Kihei business district, very close to Wailea. The condo development is nice and well maintained. This unit is close to the pool. The view is nice and we were able to see whales (at a distance) from our lanai. The condo is in good condition and the kitchen has all the basic equipment. The showers could use an update but everything works.
Kihei is a pretty central location, so the drive to the other parts of the island aren't bad.
The only downside: feral cats. Ug. We had to disinfect the lanai table every morning because the tables were covered with cat footprints. It's not the cats' fault but I have trouble with how unsanitary this is!

We had an excellent vacation here at kamaole maui. Complex is in a great location, close to all the beaches (though not really walking distance) and just outside of wailea. Our unit was very clean, check in was a breeze (done with email) and had all the supplies we needed to get started. Plentiful towels and in suite laundry was great to freshen up clothes when here for a longer stay. Unit has a great view of the ocean and is very private. It is also close to the upper pool and well maintained barbecues are scattered throughout the complex. Unit was also well stocked for the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers and a boogie board. We would definitely stay here again and are planning on returning in the future.

Everything about this rental was excellent. From the online advertisement to the price, the amenities to the cleanliness we were so pleased with everything we experienced! The King sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Thank you for a fantastic Hawaiian vacation! We will be back!
