The property was as described. Clean, everything you needed, including beach towels, chairs and boogie boards which the kids loved. Fantastic views, patio a great place for mornings and sunset. Would definitely stay again!!

We liked the apartment, great location, great layout and great view. The management company was excellent and responded immediately to my emails and fixed the problem.Two things I was not happy with:1. I am admittedly very noise sensitive and I was bothered by three sources of noise: The AC unit outside the back wall of the master bedroom (for another unit) was very noticeable when kicking in or turning off, conversations or TV in the unit to the left and the 2nd floor could be heard in the master bedroom as well (with window open) and luckily only on the last day, a family with kids moved in in the unit above us and the kids were very noisy and ran around a lot, which basically shook our unit.2. I checked on the prices for the same time next year and the rent was increased by 10%. This was my 19th time in Maui and I feel that the prices for rent are becoming out of control.

The unit we stayed in was great. Very clean, beautiful view and had all the bells and whistles. The only problems were in the bedroom with the twin beds: the television would not work, could not get a station to watch and the lamp had a burned out bulb so borrowed one from the other bedroom.

This property is so clean, on a perfect location with a nice oceanview. The beach accessories provided by the owner was a big plus. The property is close to evetything, at the same time there is a lot of privacy.

Great space, perfect for a family of four, within easy walking distance of Wailea's most beautiful beaches and best restaurants. The kitchen was perfect for making family dinners and staying in, and the condo contains everything you need for a perfect beach day. Excellent view of the ocean, Molokini crater, and perfect sunsets. The property is easy to get around, and new shops and restaurants (including a coffee shop) are opening within a stone's throw.

We had an amazing time! The property was extremely well stocked with linen/towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, every kitchen accessory needed, spices, pots, pans even a pizza cutter! My wife and I took our 2 sons (ages 19 and 22) and everything was in close proximity. We snorkeled almost every day within 5 minutes drive or about 15-20 minute walk. We also walked to dinner and the grocery store at Wailea shops and up the hill to Monkeypod and Pita Paradise. Parking and checkin was simple. Fans, AC and windows as well as extra portable fans kept us cool. The view from the lanai was beautiful and peaceful. Overall we would definitely stay again!

This property was a little hard to find at first. The property manager was helpful. This unit was clean, however we paid a cleaning fee and found the dishes had not been thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests. Pots, pans and plates were dirty. Other than that wwe would recommend this unit it was quite nice.

The property suited our needs just fine. Each bedroom felt like it’s own suite. Some of the property was updated and some needed attention. We were disappointed when our garbage disposal broke on Saturday and couldn’t be fixed until Monday and we did not have use of the kitchen sink. But the management people were very attentive to our problem. We had a great stay with our family and loved seeing the sunset each night.

The unit and view was perfect and peaceful for a long awaited trip back to Maui. Very clean and comfortable.
The property grounds is a bit dark in the evening so I used a flashlight walking from the car for the senior citizens I was traveling with.
I would recommend this property to my friends and family, I’ll definitely plan to book again.

I didn't realize this was the same property we rented over 12 years ago. No wonder, the location in Wailea is great. We loved the ability to walk to nearby beaches, hotels and restaurants, as well as being close to nearby towns and activities. Good thing we were gone most of the days, considering the upstairs condo was being worked on. Otherwise, the area is quiet and the condo had all of the amenities needed for our stay.

Nice property, excellent location, easy access to amenities, near best beaches. We had some trouble during our stay but not related to property or management - they were renovating the unit above us and we were not informed when booking or prior to arrival. We had loud noise (hammering, power saws, sanders) all day every day, and a water shutoff for one day which was inconvenient. It disrupted the peace and serenity we were expecting, so that was quite disappointing. Property is nice, I would go back, minus the renovations above.

This one was the same and a wonderful retreat up on the hill with a lanai and full wall of windows with ocean views and lush surroundings. The property was well-kept, quiet, and comfortable.

The location was a perfect distance to walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Staying away from the beachfront gave us the opportunity to soak in the views of the ocean in a different way. We enjoyed the porch which provided with endless views of the beautiful ocean and sunsets. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Our scheduled access to the unit was delayed do to a typo on the companies part as the invoice specified the time exactly. Chipped dishes, dirty pans, stuffy rooms. The view and location is really very good. The unit needs some TLC for sure.

We are so please and surprised with area, so close to restaurants, shops and nice beaches. The condo was lovely except one incident when security guy a noise complaint about us at 10:00 pm which strange because it was only 4 adults having a conversation on the the patio with out music or any loud noises. I think it was uncalled for other than that we can’t wait to go back !

We got there after dark and didn't see the amazing view till morning. Was pleased with the 2 bedroom/bathroom set up for 2 couples. Rental has everything you need. Only thing we picked up was a little cooler bag to bring to the beach with us. Close to shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. Would definitely rent again.

Though it’s stressful finding a vacation condo, I researched every option. Ékolu #503 was found to be just right for us. We were especially particular about the view, and this condo is in a great situation for us to sit on the lanai every morning, enjoying our papaya with lime while rejoicing in the fabulous view. The condo is clean and well decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped! The beds are comfortable, and the pool is just a few steps away! We had a few minor issues, but RentalsMaui were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt to respond. We would have no hesitation is staying here again.

The property is in a great location and very clean! Beautiful, updated, and well stocked kitchen and baths. We have stayed at different condos within the Wailea Ekolu complex over the years and the sunset views never disappoint. The a/c worked very well in the main living area, but not having a/c units in both of the bedrooms made for some warm sleeping on the nights when the tradewinds were calm. The beach chairs that were provided were a bit small so we just decided to purchase three larger, reclining chairs and left them in the condo for future guests. Overall this is a beautiful condo and great Wailea location.

We enjoyed many nights watching ocean from the lanai.Rentals Maui was great to work with and really helped as we had to adjust our dates a few times in response to the pandemic.
