Very clean and comfortable. Paul, the manager was extremely helpful and flexible. You are a short walk from the beach,great restaurants,a local food market and public transportation. The kitchen supplies were nice, beds very comfortable and it was really quiet. Best pizza place around the corner is Giovanni Pastrami. I would definitely stay here again.

Location of this property is perfect for checking out what Oahu has to offer. We did activities within walking distance like Waikiki, shopping, sunset cruise and walking every day on the beach. We went to the North shore and Diamond head. It was nice to come home beach evening to relax in the condo and snap some great sunset pictures. Everything we needed was here and the beds are very comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was great. Close to beach, groceries and day/night activities. Booking on-line was easy and good instructions (email) before arriving. They promptly answered a few emails as to amenities prior to our arrival. We were escorted and given a brief overview by property manager upon our arrival. Upon arriving in the condo everything looked great, until we started settling in. The lock on the bedroom lanai did not work. I promptly notified our property manager and he stated they would take care of it the next day. It was never fixed during our 10 day stay, nor did they call to check on it. We were four women staying by ourselves and felt a bit concerned with having a door unlocked at all times. We did not have any issues with it but lacked the confidence with property management team not fixing or notifying us of alternative fix. During our visit we found a few other items (leaky faucet in bathroom sink, broken/leaky coffee pot, top rack in dishwasher did not slide in & out easily, cracked & broken welcome sign upon entering and the bathroom exhaust vent did not work at all.On the surface the condo appeared clean, but then we found deflated balloons in the bedroom & on the patio, we found a crumbled receipt & a pill under the bed and the shower has rust & mold growing in the clear grout on door. These few things made us wonder how clean the unit was. Since there was no follow-up about the broken lock we decided not to call again to report the other items mentioned above. We looked past them so we could enjoy our vacation.Overall it did not keep us from having a great Hawaii vacation, but I would not recommend using this property management company again unless these items were addressed.

This location was pretty good considering it’s not ocean front or has a view of the ocean. It’s very close to the beach and very easy walking distance. It’s also very close to an ABC store so quick access to anything that may be needed. The place was very clean and it was fully furnished. It had 4 beach chairs which was great since there was 4 of us. It also had tubes, masks, snorkels, and other misc beach stuff on the patio which would be great for anyone that didn’t pack those items. The parking was a block away. It is 1/2 block from the main Waikiki strip with great food options. Beds were fine and the place was clean. Enjoyed having the two bedrooms. Check in was simple with Paul checking us in and check out was even simpler. Perfect place for our needs.

A few minor imperfections(bathroom door handle missing, kitchen faucet came loose) but they were manageable. Check in was easy. Free parking is only 3-4 min walking. Keep in mind parking is additional $30-$50 at other hotel/condo per day. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

Paul was an excellent host- we had a leaky sink, but it was fixed in just a few hours. Location is extremely central- it's close to a number of some very tasty restaurants, while not being right in the middle of the busy spots in Waikiki.

Our furnished 2bdr condo was perfect for 2 couples. Everything you needed to enjoy the beach, even had lots of beach supplies on the veranda. Cold A/C is usually a challenge, not here, it was cool enough for my husband who likes it frosty inside! Kitchen fully stocked with appliances and dishes. full size fridge with icemaker! Comfortable beds, couch, outdoor table and chairs! No complaints!

We were in town for a friend’s wedding. Most events were in Waikiki and this VRBO was so conveniently located. We could easily walk everywhere we needed to go or catch an Uber or hop on our rental scooters to travel a bit farther. The space was comfy and clean and it was great to be able to cook breakfast in our rental and enjoy coffee on the lanai. Check in and check out we’re surprisingly easy. Overall, it was a great stay!

4.5 Stars. Clean property that looks just like the photos in a fantastic location. The Good: Location! Great restaurants downstairs and wonderful Wasabi Restaurant across the street. Make sure to visit Henry’s for fresh peeled papayas. Just a five minute walk to the beach and to the stores in Waikiki. Beds were comfortable and there’s a washlet bidet in the bathroom. Patio is great for morning coffee and night time beer. We really appreciated the free parking in the lot a block away. Parking is hard to come by in Waikiki. Also, great communication with Hanna via email before our trip. The Not So Good: property rep got a call while checking us in, stepped out, then completely disappeared without making sure we needed anything. Also, we stayed a whole week and there wasn’t enough toilet paper or garbage bags. Those are basic necessities that we thought would be provided for the duration of our stay. Couch and dining chairs were not that comfortable. Nice to have beach paraphernalia, but they should throw out the rusted and broken beach chairs. Still, with the great location and free parking, we would stay there again.

Good: location, walking distance to beach (not Waikiki), free parking very close, ABC store downstairs, restaurants and shops in walking distance, clean and modern kitchen. Bad: Checking in was SO strange. They said that the door should be unlocked (Why is it unlocked?) and the keys would be inside. When we got there, the door was locked. I called and the lady said it should be open, and I reiterated that it wasn't. She told me that it was going to take 15 minutes at least to come unlock it. Then she calls back and says theres a key on top of the lamp outside and to use it because there's traffic and it will take her a long time. The next day I get a call and they say he needs to update the key and when would I be back? It just so happen that we were nearby. Some of the furniture is outdated than what the pictures portray. The room with the lanai has uncomfortable pillows and mattress, with a very old TV. The furniture for the lanai there is pretty dated and not comfortable. The door to bathroom is a tricky latch. No housekeeping, and no free washer/dryer so need to use towels sparingly. The front desk associates were always on their phone and wouldn't acknowledge us most of the time. Overall, it's ok, but could use a lot of changes.

This was located in a nice area. Very convenient to everything. Loved the parking space for our car rental. We were able to do our laundry before leaving which is very convenient. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, and the location was convenient to the beach, the strip, and to some very cool food trucks. Hard Rock and Nakamura Ramen literally a 2 minute walk away. There are 2 top rate sushi and 1 zagat italian restaurant located on the first floor of the unit. View out the front Balcony of the city and mountains beautiful.

The only concern is that the hide a bed in not sleepable, it needs a complete do over (replacement). Also the second room bed could use a new more compfortable matress. The sliding patio doors and sizable patio really added to the space. The condo was in a great location - only a few blocks from the beach and right around the corner from the main strip of Waikiki with tons of shopping and dinning. The Property Manager was very accommodating and informative when meeting us at the property and recommended a few local restaurants and events happening over the week, which we really appreciated.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accomodation was good but lacked a few things. We found the staff at the resort were very unhelpful and almost didn't care. Some were actually quiet rude. The rooms were spacious and clean and had a great kitchen. There were no facilities though such as pool, gym, and dining which got annoying toward the end of our stay. The apartment is close to the beach which was great. We were told that we had free parking included but when it came time to enter the parking lot, the card given didn't work so we had to pay. The security could also be better as one night we had a drunk guy passed out right outside our door. He was making horrible loud noises which woke my children which I wasn't happy about. It took an hour for security/ police to come be escort him out of the premises. He wasn't even a guest.

The unit is lovely inside, and we appreciated the AC greatly as it was very hot during our stay. The rooms are clean and very up to date with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked. We also greatly appreciated the fact that beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards were provided. The beach that was less than a 5 minute walk from our room was fantastic, clean, and my kids had a great time snorkeling. We highly recommend.

The location of the condo was so convenient (we were willing to pay a little extra because of it). It was a 3 min walk to the beach, with an ABC store, Longs Drugs, 7 Eleven, and many other restaurants all within 5 min walking distance. The unit came with a parking spot, which was super convenient and very close to the Pink Trolley. The condos themselves were clean, comfortable beds, roomy bathroom, and had all the necessities for a Hawaii vacation. We absolutely loved our stay and would do it again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the start I have been impressed with this listing. We were coming to Hawaii with 4 adults and 1 infant. Mike was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions via email and had a very quick turn around response time, sometimes even same day! Once we arrived we were able to meet up with Paul, the property manager, who met us face to face out front and walked us up to the condo while explaining all of the ins and outs (no boring what to do or not to do paperwork to read, a real person was explaining this to us!!) Paul took his time telling us all the great aspects of the condo from its 2 block walk to the beach or the 1 block walk to the main strip with all the restaurants and shopping. Paul also made himself available to answer any questions or concerns during our stay. The condo itself was amazing, very clean, accommodating for adults and children (we were even able to rent a pack n play so we didn't have to lug ours). Prime location and a parking space provided just a short walking distance away. We loved our say and this condo! 2 sets of coin operated washers and dryers are located in the same building as well as elevators. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the breath taking 6th floor view of the beach. Even though we were not high enough to see the water we were able to watch the sunset every night. There are elevators so no need to worry about stairs. The AC units were amazing and keep the condo extremely cool while we were in it. Full kitchen allowed for meals when we didn't want to go out. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning here again one day. The pictures are accurate and the condo is exactly how it appears online!

Older building but our suite was thoroughly updated and nicely air-conditioned. Terrific view from front lanai to watch beautiful Waikiki sunsets. Large bedrooms and although initially concerned with previous reviews about a "gap" in the bathroom door, not a big deal at all! Quiet and very safe location, but still within walking distance of the main shopping and dining locations in Waikiki. I recommend the food trucks at end of street for very good ramen and shaved ice @ reasonable prices. Parking spot that comes with the unit was also a bonus. Although we were technically not Outrigger's guests, the front lobby staff was very friendly. My main gripe was paying a $200 "cleaning fee" and still being asked to clean out the fridge + take out the garbage at end of stay.

Opted to do this condo rental for the space & kitchen amenities. So HAPPY that we did! This provided us ample space and sleeping options with the 2 bedrooms and the living room sleeper sofa! We were even provided with a porta-crib for the baby! Condo was tastefully appointed - modern furniture & remodeled bathroom. Location was very convenient to shopping & restaurants on Kalakaua, as well as access to Waikiki Beach. Lanai was great for meals and lounging. LOVED this property! Would definitely stay here again! On a small round across from food trucks and restaurants, but only a block away from the main attraction and two blocks from the beach. Small (as most condo's are in Waikiki) but smartly laid out plans to create a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. AC blew cold, windows to the lanai was huge and wide, great for indoor+outdoor living. Parking is offsite the next street over (short cut through the Trumps parking lot). I only have 2 hang ups, which isn't bad but should be noted. Lovely sliding bathroom door BUT a gap opening along the back allowing for sight into the the bathroom window which reflects the shower. And the key card entry is very sensitive, two of our three cards got deactivated (no, we did not leave it with our cell phones or by magnets) by the second day, you can not bother the staff because it's a privately owned property and our property manager was off, so it was a scary two days of wondering if our third card would be deactivated and my party of 6 would have no way of entering or contacting someone for help. Overall, my family had a great stay and would definitely rent the same place again.

Did not like that the key cards did not work at night time on the main doors once the doors were closed, Paul the Manager said it was because our cards had probably been put next to our credit cards but this was not the case and by the looks of the cards they had been well used which seemed like they had been de-activated before we got them. It would have been nice if we could have had our problems sorted out by going to the reception area however because the Condo was privately owned we could not use the reception facilities or the swimming pool at the nearby Outrigger Hotel. Overall though we really liked the Condo and we enjoyed being in Walkiki.

Sometimes you have doubts about have you booked into the right accommodation whilst looking at the endless choices on the market,well all I can say this ticks the boxes for all you require on a stay in Waikiki. Shops,Restaurants,Bars & of course the Beach all on your doorstep what more do you really want. The Condo is of good standard & has all you require for a pleasant stay ( apart from no scissors, opening your fresh coffee etc) whilst swimming at the beach in front of military museum we encounterd a Turtle just to add a special memory of our visit. The balcony was a great asset, not only to watch the fireworks, but to eat breakfast & evening drinks whilst chilling out. You won't have issues on purchasing food & drinks in this location, with ABC,7eleven, & Longs Drugs stores all within 200metres. Would we stay here again, you better we would Thanks for the memories.The Beaumont Family

We had an amazing week in Waikiki staying here. With 2 adults and 2 grown teenagers we all had plenty of space. The best part of the property is the balcony with the wide doors that open to the living room. It was where we spent the majority of our time when we weren’t actually sleeping. I will defiantly book again here when we come back to Oahu.

You have to try the restaurant below the building, Ginza Bairin - some amazing tonkatsu! Having a kitchen for making a quick breakfast is great before going on a day trip. It includes a coffee machine, microwave, stove, cookware, etc. There is ample seating, including some chairs and a couch in the living room area.The frustrating: There are two separate bedrooms, but only one has a dedicated AC unit. For the other room to get AC, the room has to be opened out into the living room, which means not as much privacy for whoever stays there. The bathroom is a bit impractical - the raised sink is really high. We had someone who was around 5 feet tall in our group who could barley use it - I don't know whether someone who is handicapped would be able to use it. The bathroom could also do with more towel bars - we ended up hanging our towels on hangers which were in the closet. Given that the space can hold 4 people, it'd be nice to have the bathroom accommodate said amount of people. The place does have an assortment of beach-related gear for use (snorkels, chairs, umbrella, body-boards, etc.), but we didn't use it. This would definitely be nice for a family who wants to walk to the nearby beaches! A nice addition would be a foldable drying rack for putting wet items, since we didn't want to have to do laundry every single day.Tips: Laundry costs $2.50 per cycle, but you can use your credit card / an app to pay, which is nice.Our interactions with the rental company were frustrating. They took 25 minutes longer to drop off the keys than they said they would, and only gave us 3 keys for 4 people, one of which didn't work. I texted them asking for more, and they never replied, only to call when I was napping (didn't get the call) and show up shortly after to *let themselves in* while we were there to drop off the keys! Very unprofess

Location was perfect for night walks down Kalakaua Ave. A block walk to the beach was awesome. There is also a shaved ice shop called Lahaina just a few steps out the door- kids had two every day. Free parking was awesome- it's a block away but no problems at all- easy to get to. There are beach things you can use but we had our own, the table out on the Lanai was nice to sit to have a meal or conversation. We were greeted by two parakeets in the morning. The only negative was the dish washer. The soap would clump up and not clean the dishes well. I would say I highly recommend this place but, I don't want the secret to get out of how nice this place was and it be booked for our next trip. Kidding... Would happily stay here again.

Location, location, location! In the heart of Waikiki, one block to the beach, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. What more could you as for! The property itself was as expected and even had beach chairs and toys for the kids. Parking is not a big deal at all. A short walk to and from the parking lot located across from the Army museum. Overall we enjoyed this location and would love to be back some day.

The only downfall is that the parking is quite a ways away so having to coordinate how to get all of your beach things to and from the car etc. can be frustrating. Also we had a little hiccup with the air-conditioning on our first day but it was fixed promptly the next morning. My last concern would be that you are asked to take the garbage out before you leave, it may seem petty but with trying to get all of your luggage and everything out as well and then going around and collecting garbage to take out to the dumpster is just a real inconvenience.

We have stayed the place for 18 days last month. We really enjoyed this place: great location, only 5-10 mins walk to beach, large lanai with open and fantastic city view... There was a large glass table in the lanai. We spent many time there : eating, reading and very relaxing. The place was just like advertised on VRBO. It had everything we needed. We liked to have air conditions in both living room and one small bedroom. It kept us cool in the afternoon. Also, the apartment came with one car free parking nearby. The parking lot was open outdoor and secure. It was very easy to park there. Plus it was always hard to find parking near Waikiki beach! We had only one issue. We were not allowed to use the luggage cart in the building per the property manager. It was not convenience to us sometimes when we had multiple heavy shopping bags .

Great response times and customer service from them. The parking a block away was really only an inconvenience when arriving and departing. We didn't mind the short walk the rest of the time. There is a beeping warning signal from a building next door alerting cars exiting of oncoming cars that was slightly irritating but the biggest drawback for us was the hours and outrageous prices of the on-site coin operated washer and dryer. As long as you don't need to do laundry or run out of towels, this rental is great! Clean, modern and comfy and so close to all the conveniences.

It was exactly what we needed, it was comfortable and everything was just simple. This place was nice and clean, easy to find and communication was easy as well. The price was great for the area and the fact that there are actually separate bedrooms made it more worth it.

I totally understand washing towel ourselves, but their laundry facility is very small and crappy. So I hope they think about solutions.
